最新英语伊索寓言读后感1.Impression after reading--- The Fox and the Grapes The first day of my holiday , I read a small story from "Aesop's fables," the story of the fox and the grapes, And I have some ideas for this story.Firstly, the story is saying about this: On a hot summer's day there was a extremely hungry fox ,and he saw a lot of grapes in the garden. He wanted very much to pick it down and to eat them, but he could not pick them at all. The Frustrated fox did not to come up with an idea to get the grapes, but to go away! And as he walking,he still comfort himself with that this grape must be acid! It is very clearly that his own ability was too small, and he did not to think it by heart, but he was looking for an excuse to say that time are not mature. How ridiculous it is !But to think about it, I don't like this fox? Every time my mother Check my homework and pointed out the mistakes, I would say: "Well,I was doing right, then accidentally change wrong." In fact, I understanded that I had done wrong. I think this kind of phenomenon also exists in other familys , and not just mine. But this is just an excuse! After Seeing this story, I realized that when we were wrong, we should not find an excuse to cover up our own problems and we should brave to admit the mistake and try to correct the mistakes.Only in this way we might succeed someday. Otherwise, we don't become sour grapes fox?译文:看过《伊索寓言》中的故事《狐狸和葡萄》后,我有很多的想法。

《伊索寓言》读后感英文500字Reading "Aesop’s Fables" was an enlightening experience for me. It taught me the importance of wisdom, kindness and compassion in life. The stories were interesting and well written, with excellent use of language to effectively convey the moral of each story. I found myself reflecting on each story and identifying with the characters. Through these stories, I learned lessons I can apply in my own life. For example, one of my favorite fables was “The Lion and the Mouse”. This story show s us that even the smallest of creatures can make an impact on our lives. It reminded me never to take things for granted, no matter how small they may seem. Another one that stood out to me was “The Fox and the Grapes”. This teaches us that it is easy to make excuses for our shortcomings and failures, instead of working hard to overcome them.Overall, “Aesop’s Fables” provides a valuable insight into what is truly important in life. It has helped me realize that we should not take things for granted and have faith in ourselves. It has also made me more aware of how my actions may affect others, no matter how insignificant they may appear. Reading this book has been an extremely rewarding experience, and I am sure that it will remain with me for years to come.。

1.《伊索寓⾔》英⽂读后感 I think where a good book is. For our middle school students, can it give us wisdom and Enlightenment. Therefore, my favorite book is Aesop's fables, which was written by Aesop, who was knowledgeable in ancient Greece, and condensed his wisdom and hard work. Now I really want to say that this book is my good friend, because it has helped me and let me know a lot of truth. In this book, I like the story of bat, thorn bird and diving bird best. The story is that the three of them had a lucky haircut and made a lot of money, and then invested in the sea transportation business. As a result, they encountered storms and capsized on the way. Three people suffered heavy losses. After a long time, others asked them to do the same business, but they said nothing and saved their life. After reading this story, I feel that they are very smart, because they suffered a big loss in this matter, they remember this painful lesson, and always remember it, which has become a reference for them not to make the same mistake again. I can't help thinking that I am the same, but I don't have a long memory. After a fall in a certain place, one after another fell in the same place and suffered a lot of dumb losses. Now I have learned that I should remember the lesson and understand how I can never make the same mistake again. I learned this. I feel smart and never make mistakes again. I have maintained such a vigilant heart both in my study and in my life. Aesop's fables are really interesting. The more you read them later, the more exciting they feel. A story called sick deer deeply taught me. It's about a sick road. Because some fair weather friends came to his house, they finally ate up all the food in his house. Later, the deer starved to death because there was nothing to eat. I was shocked when I read this story, because I have many friends, but many of them are empty bags and don't do their jobs. My mother often told me to break away from them, but I didn't listen. Now this story makes me very worried about myself. Will I have this ending one day. For my own tomorrow, I decided not to associate with those people. I made some good friends with good character. As a result, my grades have become better and my moral character has been upright. This makes me happy and makes me realize that making friends means making some capable people who are harmless to themselves and have good conduct. It's good for me to make friends with less useless people. After reading Aesop's fables, I think every story is meaningful. The stories of dolphins and monkeys are especially suitable for our life. He told a monkey that he cheated the dolphin who saved him because he fell into the water and said he was a noble friend. But the dolphin knew he was lying and drowned the liar. I think this story reminds some dishonest people in our life. Told us that people should be honest and not deliberately deceive others, otherwise they will cause trouble. Because what people need is sincerity, not dangerous deception. With an honest bridge, people's relations will be closer, so as to make our harmonious society more harmonious. After reading this story, I knew that I should never lie to my parents and all my friends. As a result, they all thought I was a good child and praised me when they saw me. This makes me deeply realize that if I want to leave a good image in the eyes of others, I don't rely on flattery, but I should have a shining heart to others, full of sincerity between heart and heart.2.《伊索寓⾔》英⽂读后感 This book is my favorite for three reasons: first, I like the author's self-improvement spirit very much; Second, small stories and great principles are short and thought-provoking; Third, I learned a lot of knowledge from it. Aesop's fables is named after the author. The whole book consists of 310 short stories. Each short article has one knowledge, and each knowledge condenses into an ocean, with sarcasm, kind advice and more hardship. The author of this book is Aesop, a child who grew up in suffering. In his childhood, he was a mute, but his mother loved him very much and often told him stories; After his mother's death, Aesop followed the old man who had taken care of him, left home to roam around, and learned many stories about birds, insects and animals. They lived happily together for many years. One day Aesop dreamed that the God of luck smiled kindly at him, put his fingers into his mouth and relaxed his tongue. When he woke up, he was surprised to find that he could speak. Therefore, Aesop's Fables was born. In the story of goat and donkey, I learned that harming others will eventually harm myself. The result of calculating others can only be to lift a stone and hit yourself in the foot; In the story of Fox and leopard, I know that wisdom is better than beautiful appearance, and so on. Looking at it, I seem to have become a little writer. No, I also compiled a fable "vanity of pencil": that day, the pencil put on the pen cap and began to be complacent. The master came and pulled out the pen cap. The pencil fell heavily to the ground from a height of 100000 meters and suddenly lost self-confidence. This story tells us that it is terrible to have no self-worth.3.《伊索寓⾔》英⽂读后感 During the summer vacation, I read a lot of books. What impressed me was Aesop's fables《 Aesop's fables is known as the ancestor of fables, and its emergence has laid the cornerstone of fables as a literary theme. I think Aesop's fables is the crystallization of people's life experience and experience. It is not only profound, but also very charming and approachable. Although it is short and simple in structure, it is vivid and contains profound meaning《Aesop's fables are mostly animal fables. It uses anthropomorphic techniques to make them think, move and talk like people, so as to form a living world. There are many stories in Aesop's fables, among which my favorite is wolf and shepherd. It says that once upon a time, a wolf coveted the sheep at the foot of the mountain. In order to eat the sheep, the wolf came up with a wonderful way. The wolf follows the sheep honestly every day and is the guardian of the sheep. At first, the shepherd was always on guard against Wolves and always on guard against Wolves. However, after a long time, the shepherd found that the wolf not only didn't want to eat the sheep, but also often came forward to help him protect the sheep. Gradually, the shepherd stopped guarding against the wolf and thought it was a very honest, loyal and trustworthy "shepherd dog". In this way, the wolf gained the shepherd's trust and became his friend. Until once, the shepherd needed to go out because of an emergency. In a hurry, he handed over the sheep to the wolf for protection, and the wolf readily agreed. After the shepherd left, the wolf killed all the sheep and dragged them into the cave to enjoy them slowly. When the shepherd came back, he found that a sheep was missing and surrounded by blood. He knew that he had been deceived. After reading this story, I learned that it is difficult for a fierce and dangerous man to get rid of his bad nature. We must not be blinded by his occasional kindness and docility, because there are often hidden mysteries.。

《伊索寓言》英文读后感

《伊索寓言》英文读后感

《伊索寓言》英文读后感After reading Aesop's Fables, I was struck by the timeless wisdom and insight contained in these short tales. Though the stories were written over 2,500 years ago, their lessons on morality and ethics are still relevant today. Through his use of animal characters and simple yet powerful storytelling, Aesop challenges readers to consider the virtues of honesty, courage, kindness, and humility. One of the most famous fables, "The Tortoise and the Hare," teaches us that hard work and perseverance are more important than natural talent. It is a story that continues to be relevant today, where the "get rich quick" mentality is pervasive in society. Even in our personal lives, it is easy to become discouraged by the accomplishments of others and believe that success can only come through talent or luck. However, the tortoise's slow and steady approach is a reminder that with patience and hard work, one can achieve great things.Another fable, "The Ant and the Grasshopper," highlights the importance of preparation for the future. The ant's diligence in storing food during the summer months is contrasted with the grasshopper's carefree attitude. As winter arrives, the grasshopper finds himself without food, while the ant is able to survive comfortably. This fable serves as a reminder that we must take responsibility for our own preparedness and that one cannot rely solely on the present moment. While many of the fables have obvious moral lessons, there are others that challenge readers to think more critically about the world around them. "The Fox and the Grapes" is a prime exampleof this. In the story, a fox sees a cluster of grapes hanging from a vine and attempts to reach them but ultimately fails. Rather than admit defeat, the fox convinces himself that the grapes are sour and not worth his efforts. This fable is an excellent commentary on human nature and our tendency to reject things that we are unable to obtain.Overall, Aesop's Fables is a must-read for anyone looking to gain insight into the complexities of human nature. The stories are accessible to readers of all ages and provide valuable lessons on morality and ethics. Through his use of animal characters and simple but powerful storytelling, Aesop challenges readers to consider the virtues of honesty, courage, kindness, and humility. These themes remain relevant today and are essential for leading a fulfilling and successful life.。

《伊索寓言》英文读后感

《伊索寓言》英文读后感I recently read a collection of Aesop's Fables, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. These fables, often taught to us in childhood, are moral stories that contain lessons that are powerful and resonant to this day. Even as an adult, I find myself learning from and appreciating these ancient tales. One of my favorite fables is "The Ant and the Grasshopper." In this story, a hardworking ant spends the summer months gathering food and preparing for the winter. The grasshopper, on the other hand, spends his days singing and frolicking, not thinking about the future. When winter arrives, the ant is prepared and well fed, while the grasshopper is cold and hungry. The lesson is clear - hard work and preparation pay off in the long run.Another fable that struck a chord with me was "The Lion and the Mouse." In this story, a lion catches a mouse in a moment of weakness. The mouse pleads with the lion to let him go, promising to one day repay the favor. The lion, amused by the mouse's bravado, sets him free. Later on, the lion falls into a trap and is unable to free himself. The mouse, remembering his promise, gnaws through the ropes and sets the lion free. This fable teaches us that even the smallest beings can have a big impact and that kindness can go a long way.Overall, I found Aesop's Fables to be entertaining and enlightening. These stories have stood the test of time and continue to be relevant today. The morals within these fables are timeless, and it's easy to see why they have been passed down through the ages. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good moral story to readthese fables, whether for the first time or as a nostalgic revisit to their childhood.。

五下二单元英语作文读后感伊索寓言

五下二单元英语作文读后感伊索寓言

五下二单元英语作文读后感伊索寓言全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1Reflections on Aesop's FablesAesop's Fables have been a delightful part of our English lessons this unit. These short tales, while simple in their storytelling, carry profound morals and life lessons that have stuck with me. As a young student, I find these fables not only entertaining but also incredibly insightful andthought-provoking.One of the fables that left a lasting impression on me was "The Ant and the Grasshopper." It tells the story of ahard-working ant who spent the summer diligently gathering food for the winter, while the grasshopper lazed around and played music, mocking the ant's industrious efforts. When winter arrived, the grasshopper found itself without any food or shelter, and had to beg the ant for help. The ant, however, refused, reminding the grasshopper of its idleness during the summer months. This fable taught me the importance of hard work, perseverance, and preparation. It highlighted the consequences of procrastination and laziness, and how one's actions (or lack thereof) can have far-reaching consequences. As a student, I realized the significance of staying focused, managing my time wisely, and not leaving everything until the last minute. This fable inspired me to be more like the ant – diligent, disciplined, and forward-thinking.Another fable that resonated with me was "The Fox and the Grapes." In this tale, a hungry fox tries to reach somehigh-hanging grapes but fails despite its best efforts. Instead of admitting defeat, the fox convinces itself that the grapes were sour anyway, and not worth the trouble. This fable teaches a valuable lesson about the human tendency to rationalize our failures and justify our shortcomings, rather than acknowledging and learning from them.As a student, I often face challenges and obstacles, whether it's a difficult assignment, a subject I struggle with, or a skill I'm trying to master. This fable reminded me of the importance of humility and self-awareness. It encouraged me to confront my weaknesses head-on, rather than making excuses or downplaying the value of what I couldn't achieve. By embracinga growth mindset and learning from my failures, I can continuously improve and overcome obstacles.Another fable that struck a chord with me was "The Boy Who Cried Wolf." In this tale, a young shepherd boy repeatedly tricks the villagers into thinking a wolf is attacking his flock, solely for his own amusement. However, when a real wolf does appear, no one believes his cries for help, and the wolf ends up devouring his sheep. This fable highlights the consequences of dishonesty and the erosion of trust that comes with repeatedly deceiving others. As a student, I recognized the significance of honesty and trustworthiness, both in my academic and personal life. Cheating, plagiarism, and dishonesty not only undermine my own learning and growth but also damage my credibility and relationships with teachers and peers. This fable reminded me that trust is a precious commodity that must be earned and maintained through consistent integrity and truthfulness. While these fables are simple in their narrative structure, they carry profound wisdom and universal truths that transcend time and culture. They remind us of the importance of virtues like hard work, humility, honesty, and integrity – qualities that are essential not only for academic success but also fornavigating life's challenges and building meaningful relationships.Furthermore, these fables encourage critical thinking and analysis. They inspire us to look beyond the surface and uncover the deeper meanings and morals embedded within the stories. As a student, this exercise in interpretation and reflection has been invaluable, helping me to develop my analytical and reasoning skills. In conclusion, studying Aesop's Fables has been a delightful and enriching experience. These timeless tales have not only entertained me but have also imparted valuable life lessons that will stay with me long after I've completed this unit. They have reminded me of the importance of virtues like hard work, humility, honesty, and integrity, and have encouraged me to reflect on my own choices and actions. As I continue my academic journey, I will carry these morals with me, using them as a guiding light to navigate the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.篇2A Student's Reaction to Aesop's FablesWhen our teacher announced we would be reading some ancient Greek fables called Aesop's Fables in our English class, I wasn't really excited at first. I figured they would be kind of boring old stories with simple moral lessons for little kids. But as we started reading them in class, I quickly realized that these tales, despite being extremely old, actually have a lot of interesting wisdom and lessons that are still very relevant today. The first fable we read was The Ant and the Grasshopper. In this story, there's a grasshopper who spends all summer singing and playing instead of working to gather food for the winter. Meanwhile, the ant works hard all summer long to stockpile provisions. When winter comes, the grasshopper is starving but the ant has plenty to eat because of its hard work preparing. The moral is about being industrious and planning ahead instead of just having fun without a care in the world. I have to admit, as much as I love having fun with my friends, this tale reminded me of the importance of also working hard on my studies and chores so I'm prepared for tests and don't fall behind. It's a good lesson about finding a balance between work and play.Another fable that really stuck with me was The Boy Who Cried Wolf. This is the one about a young shepherd boy who thinks it's hilarious to trick the nearby villagers by falselyshouting "Wolf! Wolf!" a few times, making them come running to help him when there's no real danger. But then one day, a wolf actually does come, and when the boy cries for help, the villagers don't believe his cries because he has lied too many times before. The wolf then gets to eat some of the boy's sheep. The moral here is that lying, even for a silly prank, destroys your credibility, and people won't believe you even when you're telling the truth. As kids, it can be tempting sometimes to bend the truth or fib to get out of trouble or just joking around, but this story shows how that can really backfire. If you lie, even just a little white lie, it chips away at your trustworthiness. This fable made me think harder about being honest, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because having integrity makes people value your word. The fable of The Fox and the Stork was also pretty interesting and had an unexpected twist at the end. In this story, the stork is invited to dinner at the fox's home. But the fox, being spiteful, serves the meal on a flat plate since the stork can really only eat out of tall containers that it can dip its beak into. So the stork can't eat any of the food. Later, the stork returns the favor by inviting the fox over and serving the meal in a tall vase with a narrow neck, which the fox can't reach into with its mouth. The moral seems to be about not taking petty revenge andescalating conflicts, but rather treating others with respect and courtesy, which the fox failed to do initially. It reminds me that if someone is unkind to me, I shouldn't just retaliate and be mean back, because that solves nothing and only breeds more nastiness. The bigger person is the one who can resist paying back rudeness with more rudeness.Probably my favorite of the fables we've read so far is The Lion and the Mouse. In this story, a lion is sleeping in the forest when a pesky little mouse starts running up and down on him. The lion wakes up and is about to swat and eat the mouse, but the mouse begs him to spare its life, saying he may be able to return the favor one day. The lion laughs at the idea that a tiny mouse could ever help him, but he's feeling merciful so he lets the mouse go. Later, the lion gets trapped in a hunter's net, and as he's struggling helplessly, the mouse happens to scamper by. Recognizing the lion, the mouse begins gnawing and chewing at the ropes until he nibbles through enough for the lion to break free. The moral is that no act of kindness is ever wasted, and you shouldn't look down on someone just because they seem insignificant. This story really resonated with me because it shows that even if you're small or don't seem powerful, you can still make a big difference by being helpful and kind to others. Every person has value and the ability to do good in this world ifthey seize little opportunities. I want to be more like that determined mouse and repay kindness however I can.As I think about all these different fables and the variety of life lessons they teach, I'm really impressed by how these extremely old, simple stories from ancient Greece still manage to feelso wise and insightful today. They make you think critically about important values like hard work, honesty, treating others well, being humble, and doing good in this world no matter how small you may seem. Even though they're works of fiction with talking animals as the characters, the morals they convey are deeply meaningful and do a great job of encouraging kids like me to develop positive character traits.I have to give credit to our English teacher for having us study these fables and really taking the time to discuss and analyze the different messages and meanings behind each one. At first, I figured they would just be throwaway folktales, but spending a few weeks closely reading and dissecting these Brief tales has been a great way to learn about ethical principles and life lessons in a fun, engaging way. Even though the actual stories are quite short, the discussions we've had in class have gotten me thinking a lot more deeply about values, morals, and human behavior. I feel like I've gained some genuine wisdomfrom reading these classic Aesop's Fables that I can try to apply to how I live my own life and treat other people as I continue growing up. While they may be very old stories, their lessons about virtues like hard work, honesty, kindness, and humility are still just as important and relevant today as they were thousands of years ago. I have a new appreciation for these timeless tales and the profound yet simple truths they contain.篇3Aesop's Fables: Lessons for LifeAs a student, I've always found the stories of Aesop's fables fascinating. These ancient tales, attributed to the Greek storyteller Aesop, have been passed down for centuries, captivating readers of all ages with their simple yet profound messages. In our recent English class, we explored some of these timeless fables, and I couldn't help but be inspired by their enduring wisdom. One of the fables that resonated with me the most was "The Ant and the Grasshopper." This tale tells the story of a hardworking ant who diligently gathers food throughout the summer, preparing for the harsh winter ahead. Meanwhile, a carefree grasshopper spends his time singing and playing, neglecting to store any provisions. When winter arrives, the grasshopper finds himself starving and begs the ant for food. The ant, having worked tirelessly, refuses to share herhard-earned stockpile with the lazy grasshopper. As a young student, I can relate to the lesson behind this fable. It serves as a gentle reminder of the importance of hard work, discipline, and foresight. In our academic lives, we can't afford to be like the grasshopper, procrastinating and neglecting our responsibilities. Instead, we must emulate the ant's diligence and prepare ourselves for the challenges that lie ahead, be it exams, projects, or future endeavors.Another fable that left a lasting impression on me was "The Tortoise and the Hare." This story follows a race between a confident, speedy hare and a slow but steady tortoise. The overconfident hare, convinced of his superior speed, takes frequent breaks and even falls asleep during the race. Meanwhile, the determined tortoise perseveres, steadily making progress without pause. In the end, the tortoise's unwavering perseverance leads him to victory, overtaking the complacent hare. This fable teaches us the value of humility, determination, and perseverance. In our pursuit of knowledge and personalgrowth, we may encounter obstacles or setbacks that seem insurmountable. However, like the tortoise, if we remain focused, persistent, and never give up, we can overcome even the most daunting challenges. Success is not solely determined by natural abilities or talents but by the resilience and grit we cultivate along the way.Another fable that struck a chord with me was "The Fox and the Grapes." In this tale, a hungry fox spots a luscious bunch of grapes hanging high on a vine. Despite his best efforts, he cannot reach the grapes, and eventually, he gives up, convincing himself that the grapes were sour and not worth the effort. This fable warns against the pitfalls of rationalization and sour grapes syndrome, where we devalue or disparage something simply because it is unattainable or beyond our reach. As students, we may encounter subjects or concepts that seem out of our grasp at first. However, instead of dismissing them as unimportant or unworthy of our efforts, we should embrace the challenge and strive to broaden our understanding. By avoiding the trap of rationalization, we can grow and expand our knowledge, developing a more well-rounded andopen-minded perspective. One of the most poignant fables we explored was "The Boy Who Cried Wolf." This cautionary tale follows a young shepherd boy who repeatedly tricks the villagers by falsely claiming a wolf is attacking his flock. When a real wolf eventually appears, the villagers, having been deceived too many times, ignore the boy's cries for help, and the wolf devours his sheep. This fable underscores the importance of honesty and integrity. As students, we must understand that our words and actions carry weight, and breaching trust can have severe consequences. Whether it's in our academic work, interactions with teachers and peers, or personal relationships, upholding honesty and credibility is paramount. By cultivating a reputation for truthfulness and reliability, we not only foster trust but also create an environment conducive to learning and personal growth. As I reflect on these timeless tales, I am struck by their enduring relevance and the profound lessons they impart. Aesop's fables may be simple in their storytelling, but they contain profound truths that transcend time and cultures. They remind us of the virtues that truly matter – hard work, perseverance, humility, honesty, and integrity. In our fast-paced, modern world, where distractions and temptations abound, these fables serve as gentle reminders to stay grounded, focused, and true to our values. They encourage us to cultivate resilience, embrace challenges, and strive for excellence while maintaining a sense of humility and perspective. As I continue my academic journey, I will carry the lessons of these fables with me, serving as guideposts for navigating the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. By embodying the virtues they teach, I hope to not only excel in my studies but also develop into a well-rounded individual, equipped with the wisdom and integrity to make a positive impact on the world around me.Aesop's fables are more than just children's stories; they are timeless treasures that impart invaluable life lessons. Through their simple yet profound narratives, they have the power to shape our character, instill virtues, and inspire us to become the best versions of ourselves. As a student, I am grateful for the opportunity to explore these ancient tales and to carry their wisdom forward, shaping not only my academic pursuits but also my personal growth and development.。

Expose the darkness of society."But the results of an allegory, everybody knows, is the tortoise wins. Because he unremitting efforts, for the victory. But the rabbit was proud and arrogant. Underestimate others, always thought of myself the most severe, actually has the self-confidence is good, but not too confident, because it will not confident and proud of that. What struck me most is the story of the coward, he spoke a little courage, and living conditions, but very good money, total want the tendency of property. One day, he cut up. So tired, carry wood down and went home. At the foot of the mountain path, see a golden lion, he daren't touch, I thought: this is the living, or statue. This is called "nothing".The gods of the people "is broken, I think the most interesting story, you might as well listen to listen. One of the poor, he gave a large hammering, somebody else do groom, the somebody else is very rich, he asked his master: how rich?Owners thought that a problem is very complex, never solution doesn't open math, but he seemed very understand appearance say: "want to buy a home for the gods, can become rich." Young people from the battlefield, young people close to fight on horse riding.Donkey run to see, he saw all in battle. At that time, his master being cut down dead, horse around him very sad. Don't look past the enemy, also cut down dead.Donkey returned home, sadly, know why to master horse so good, it also does not dispute.A life of ease is behind the risk happens momently, the price is too high, and busy life, seemingly difficult but it shall be well. The story is so funny, also want to listen to one? Then I will tell a story of herdsmen and donkeys.A shepherd in hunting, found a small Wolf, he saw it, and put it on, and dogs home together with, they grew up, he care sheep. One day, a Wolf come away at the sheep, and the Wolf went to chase, but the sheep have been killed, it and then a Wolf ate sheep, it was found that this is so delicious mutton. After coming home, it don't feel like eating anything. 伊索寓言英文加汉语读后感80字

伊索寓言读后感1A few days ago, I read a book called Aesop's Fables, written by Aesop of ancient Greece. This book records a total of 127 stories, and each story is followed by Wisdom Bodhi. The stories in the book are very educational, and the one that left the deepest impression on me is Hercules and Athena. It was said that Hercules stumbled on a small object like an apple on the road and was very angry. He tried hard to step on it, but the small object like an apple grew bigger and bigger under his constant stomping, eventually blocking the road completely. The Wisdom Bodhi in the book tells us that in life, we should try to live in peace with others as much as possible. Simply striving for strength and competitiveness will not be beneficial, and treating others well is treating ourselves well. Life will also become better because of friendship.I also seem to enjoy being competitive in life. In the future, I should always remember this story and remind myself to learn to be patient. There are many similar stories in the book, each one is very exciting, and I still have a lot to say. I will read them again in the future.前几天我读了一本《伊索寓言》,它的作者是古希腊的伊索。

《伊索寓言》的英文读后感

《伊索寓言》的英文读后感

《伊索寓言》的英文读后感500字《The Fables of Aesop》, which contains hundreds of fables and is an extraordinary work of classical literature, has left me with a deep impression. These stories come from ancient Greece, but many of them remain relevant today, such as the timeless stories of ‘The Tortoise and the Hare’ and ‘The Boy Who Cried Wolf’.I find the content of each short story to be very inspiring in terms of human nature. They summarize the practical wisdom of human experience and teach us lessons about life. The stories tell us that things and people are not always what they seem and that we can learn from our mistakes. The characters of the stories are mostly animals, but these animals have human characteristics such as courage, intelligence and insight. In each fable, the author cleverly uses a moral lesson to illustrate a point. For example, in the fable ‘The Lion and the Mouse’, the moral lesson is that “No act of kindness ever goes unrewarded”. This teaches us to be kind even to small creatures and shows us the importance of gratitude.Reading this book also demonstrated to me the power of language. Even though the language is quite old, it is still easy to understand and the stories carry universal truths that all cultures can relate to.Overall, 《The Fables of Aesop》 is an enjoyable and thought provoking work of classical literature that leaves me with profound understanding of the ups and downs of life. The stories are engaging and full of lessons that still apply in our modern time. Ilook forward to revisiting these timeless gems in the future and gaining more insight into human nature.。

I found a "The monkeys lying", the story is this: a love of monkeys lying to Athens on board, the boat was on the storm's attack, turned the boat. Dolphins are very much like a human conversation, access to knowledge. 1.Impression after reading--- The Fox and the Grapes The first day of my holiday , I read a small story from "Aesop's fables," the story of the fox and the grapes, And I have some ideas for this story.Firstly, the story is saying about this: On a hot summer's day there was a extremely hungry fox ,and he saw a lot of grapes in the garden. Otherwise, we don't become sour grapes fox?

After reading "Aesop's fables," the story of The sick lion", I have some ideas. And It tells us a truth, that is: No matter how brilliant in the past, it is hard to avoid the d isrespect and revenge after losing the brilliant!Firstly, the story is saying about this: A lion had come to the end of his days. He lay helpless under a tree. The animals came around him. When they saw that he was going to die, they thought that it is the time to pay him back. So the boar came up and rushed at him with his tusks. Then a bull gored him with his horns. The lion still lay helpless before them.So the ass felt quite safe. He turned his tail to the lion and kicked up his heels into his face .And the lion growled that it is a double death. This story makes us to think deeply. In my opinion, when the lion was young and be in power ,he must do some bad things so he was retaliated when he was seak .When we are young and strong enough,we should do good things to people .When we are in fine time, we should try to do everything well. We all have the day of oldest and powerlest.Onlyin this way , when we suddenly fall down some day, people will not put a cold feet in our body and will not spit on our body at least! So as to the seak lion!If he treat other animals good enough. He will not be treat bad at least!

3.Impression after reading--- the hare and the tortoise兔子和乌龟I read" Aesop's Fables" this book, I am most meaningful one titled" the tortoise and the hare". It tells us a truth, that is: the pride makes people lag behind, and make efforts to the weak can overcome the pride.Firstly, the story is saying about this:One day a hare ridiculed the short feet and slow pace of the Tortoise. The Hare believed that she will beat the tortoise simply. and they agreed that the fox should choose the course and fix the goal. On the day appointed for the race the two started together. The Tortoise never for a moment stopped, but went on with a slow but steady pace straight to the end of the course. The Hare, however, lying down by the wayside, fell fast asleep. At last when the hare waking up, and moving as fast as he could. But the hare only saw the tortoise reaching the goal. The rabbit although ran very fast, but she is too proud of himself that she is sleeping on the runway!
