复习策略一、短文改错短文改错的目的是测试考生发现、判断、纠正一些词法、句法以及语篇中的行文逻辑等方面错误的能力。
它既能考查考生的词汇和语法方面的能力，也能考查考生的阅读理解能力。
其考查要点的主要方面有：1．词法的测试词法的测试包括：（1）定冠词和不定冠词的用法；（2）名词的单复数和名词所有格；（3）动词的时态、语态、语气、情态动词和非谓语动词等；（4）人称代词的格、物主代词、指示代词、连接代词、不定代词等的用法；（5）介词的搭配；（6）并列连词、从属连词的用法；（7）形容词、副词的区别以及比较级和最高级的用法；（8）固定搭配和习惯用法。
2．句法的测试句法的测试包括：（1）主谓语在数上的一致；（2）名词性从句；（3）定语从句；（4）强调句型；（5）句子结构的连贯性、完整性、对等性及逻辑性。
3．语篇的测试语篇的测试包括：（1）上下文中的时态是否一致；（2）上下文中的代词是否一致；（3）上下文中的逻辑是否一致；（4）上下文中的词、词组、从句的替代是否正确。

做完上述工作后，就要进入逐行改错的阶段。

（3）最后，把改好后的短文再阅读一遍，检验答案是否正确，感觉是否还有不妥之处，最终形成定稿。
6．要注意的三个问题四不改：①单词拼写不改。
②大小写不改。
③词序错误不改(应从错词或少词方面考虑。
④标点符号不改。
五原则：①忠实于原文原则(不可改变原文的原意。
②一对一原则(一行一错，一错一词。
③错误以改动最少为原则。
④虚词以添加或者删除为原则。
⑤实词以改变形式为原则。
解题规范：要严格按照示范规定的符号改错，切勿离开文后的10道横线在原文的字里行间勾勾画画、涂涂改改。
要记住“√”、“______”、“∧”、“╲”分别表示准确无误、错词纠正、缺词填补、多词删除。
切忌用文字说明或用箭头表示。
二、单词拼写单词拼写是书面表达最基本的技能，它要求考生根据所给单词的首字母或汉语提示，结合文意来拼写单词。
这种题型是融词法、句法、语义、词形于一体的综合运用语言知识的主观性测试题，突出考查学生的语言运用能力。
这类试题体现了“词不离句”的特点，要求学生注意单词在句子中的确切含义与正确形式，而不是孤立地死记硬背单词。
同时兼顾考查学生的词汇运用能力。
测试的重点放在那些字母读音不规则、容易混淆、易漏写或错写的单词上。
拼写题，考查内容比较广泛，注重能力检测，目的是培养学生灵活运用词汇知识和词类构成及转换的能力。
首先，我们要明确考什么样的词汇，以便于选择出重点词汇，重点复习。
通过对1996—1999年及近几年中的高考试题及其它那几年模拟题中单词拼写题的汇总、分析，结合新课程标准的词汇表及高中三年教材中的单词表，我们对基本词汇进行了筛选、归类和整理，突出重点词或考点词。
如，(1名词类：亚洲、欧洲、国家、政府、组织、顾客、乘客、旅行者、餐馆、家具、发音、一月、八月、秋天、九月、伞、科学、地理、日记、圣诞节、先锋、电脑、建设、质量、衣料、秘书、音乐家、想象、宇宙、旅行、贫困、成就、展览、活动、经验、公司、共同、贡献、毕业、二月、失败、安全、博物馆、钢琴家、成功、工程师、教授、历史、重要性、四月、习惯、财富、发明、天气、人口、入口、车站、病人、大多数、头疼、要求、嫉妒、星期、讨论、宇航员、德语、法语、骄傲、考试、性格、安全、纪念碑、药、优点、独立、描述、目的、考试等120多个；(2动词类：吸引、鼓励、欣赏、保护、禁止、发音、庆祝、设计、加强、接受、组织、污染、量衣、考虑、参加、描述、尊敬、减少、允许、劝说、播送、认出、浪费、宣告、交流、打扰、传播、建造、理解、包围、受伤、发表、分享、珍惜、旅行、选择、徘徊、上升、失去、嫉妒、毁坏、收到、加强、区别、建立、奖励、承认、梦想、相信等近200个；其他类：如形容词和副词等70多个。
这样，我们就将教学大纲词汇表上的绝大部分四会词筛选为四百个多个了，更利于高效复习。
其次，要了解此类题的特点，掌握解题技巧。
一要认真阅读全句，正确理解句意，了解句法特点，结合句意、判断词类。
虽然题中有可能已给出应填词的汉语，但英语与汉语并不是永远能一一对等的，因此正确理解全句有利于准确判断应填的单词。
二要分析应填词充当的句子成分，正确判断应填词的词性。
三要判断所填词应采用的正确词形。
若为名词，应注意其单复数、可数还是不可数及其所有格形式；若为动词，应注意人称、数、时态、语态及非谓语动词形式；若为修饰语，应注意修饰名词或代词时用形容词，而修饰动词、形容词、副词或全句时要用副词；若为代词，注意代词的各种形式；若为形容词、副词，应注意等级变化。
“单词拼写”题在高考中主要以汉译英和首字母填空为主。
现在就这两种题型举例子谈谈它们的解题方法。
（一）汉译英，即根据下列句子及所给汉语注释，写出空缺处各单词的正确形式。
做这类题要从语法的角度，认真检查所填英语单词的词形是否正确。
如果填的是名词，要注意它们是单数还是复数；如果填的是形容词、副词，要注意它们是否需要用比较级或最高级；如果是动词，要注意它们的时态、语态以及语气等。
这种题主要考查学生正确分析和理解句子的能力。
解答这类题，应先考虑所填单词在句中作什么成份，用什么词性，再结合句意和语法全盘考虑。
（二）首字母填空“首字母填空题”是高考考查词汇的一个题型，这种题型对考生来说可是个新题型也是个难题。
它主要是通过在句中填入所缺的单词，来考查学生对英语词汇的掌握情况以及在句子中分析、运用单词的能力。
它所提供的只是一个句子及给出首字母的空，供考生来分析、判断。
这类题型考查范围很广，名词、动词、形容词、副词、数词、介词等均有涉及。
因此，做好这种题型十分关键，它要求考生记牢基本词汇，同时应学会在情景中判断使用单词的各种形式，只有将两者有机结合起来，才能做好这类题型。
一要读懂句意，确定单词；二要瞻前顾后，确定形式。
写出单词后，还要注意分析该单词是否需要变化形式。
现分类说明如下 :1．名词一般考虑单、复数和所有格。
2．形容词和副词。
这两类词学生极易混淆，做题时应仔细分析，慎重选择究竟用哪类词，有时还要考虑到形容词和副词“级”的变化。
3．动词。
动词变化形式较为复杂，一般有五种 :动词原形、第三人称单数形式、现在分词，过去式和过去分词。
可综合考查学生运用英语知识的能力。
4．数词。
注意确定用基数词还是序数词。
5．代词。
主要从人称代词、物主代词、反身代词、不定代词和疑问代词几方面考虑，有时还要考虑用单数还是用复数。
6．连词。
若前后两个词或句子存在转折、因果、并列、选择等关系，一般应填连词。
做首字母填空的解题思路一般是：1．通读全句，了解大意。
2．观察信息，确定词性。
3．通读全句，确定时态。
4．固定搭配、典型句型要灵活运用。
5．完成之后，要重新审读，推敲所填写的词汇是否符合题意；是否符合语法、时态、语态、英美语言习惯等。
三、完成句子纵观湖北省2007年高考英语试题“完成句子”部分，我们不难看出该新题型突出考查了学生学习、理解和应用语法基础知识来解决实际问题的能力。
在以往的高考试题中，这一能力的考查主要是通过“单项填空”(2004年以前的名称，“语法和词汇知识”(2005—2006的名称来体现的(2007湖北省的高考英语试题“多项选择”题没有考查语法知识，即从所提供的选项中来辨认正确的答案。
笔者认为这一题型的变化，并没有降低学生对基础语法的学习要求，反而更注重了学生实际运用能力的培养。
学生在学习中要做到以下四点：理解概念；牢记结构；注意语言环境及与之经常搭配的词汇；输出正确的书面形式。
现就湖北省2007高考英语试题“完成句子”部分作如下具体分析，希望能给同学们在今后的学习中有所帮助。
07年湖北高考试卷完成句子部分考查了独立主格结构、宾语从句、主语从句、同位语从句、过去完成时、现在进行时、被动语态、介词短语搭配、形容词比较级句型、倒装句、情态动词+动词的完成式等高中必须掌握的语法知识，考查面广，有些试题考查多个语法知识点，例如第32题，涉及主、从句时态的一致性、现在进行时和宾语从句；值得注意的是，湖北卷中有三题给出的汉语提示不是一个而是两个提示单词，这在一定程度上确保考生的答题方向，引导考生按照题干的语境限定作出正确的解答。
