2、若甲方交付的剧本存在质量问题或侵犯第三方知识产权，导致乙方遭受损失的，甲方应承担全部赔偿责任。
3、若乙方未按照合同约定支付报酬，每逾期一天，应按照未支付款项的X%向甲方支付违约金；若逾期超过X天，甲方有权解除合同，并要求乙方支付已完成工作对应的报酬，同时乙方应按照合同总价款的X%向甲方支付违约金。
4、若乙方擅自将剧本披露给第三方或超出约定范围使用剧本，应向甲方支付合同总价款的X%作为违约金，并赔偿甲方因此遭受的损失。
争议解决方式：1、本合同的解释和执行均适用中华人民共和国法律。

一时之间，她也不知道发生了什么事。
多罗茜：揉了揉眼睛，眼睛看了看四周感到一片陌生，也看到了躺在身边的托托多罗茜（小心地，轻轻地）拍了拍托托的背：托托，托托，快起来。
托托：睁开朦胧的双眼看着多罗茜。
