益生菌对猪生产性能的影响

摘要

本试验研究微生态制剂对肉仔鸡的作用效果,从而为微生态制剂的开发利用提供依据。选取1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡240只,随机分成3组,即对照组、试验1组(添加0.4%的微生态制剂)和试验2组(添加0.2%的微生态制剂),研究微生态制剂对肉仔鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响。结果表明饮水中添加微生态制剂能显著提高肉鸡的平均体重、免疫器官指数和新城疫的抗体效价,降低料肉比、肠道发病率和死亡率。说明该微生态制剂能显著影响肉仔鸡的生产性能和免疫功能。

Probiotics on production performance of pigs

Abstract

China is one of the world's largest meat producer and cattle-raising country, however, the export of meat and production of only 0.9%~1.2%of the total. Meat products in which the drug residue and contamination of pathogenic microorganisms that hinders the export of livestock and poultry products are two main issues. Anti-infective research and application of probiotics combined on the one hand a partial substitute for antibiotics in the reduction of drug residues. In the other hand, it can effectively control the infection of pathogenic microorganisms on poultry, improve the survival rate of young animals, reduce the incidence of diarrhea and colitis.

The best ideal probiotic strains from the same kinds of animal gut. This study is based on this theoretical basis, to selected 42 of about 20kg of pigs then randomly divided into two groups of three to repeat, each repeat 7. Control group was fed basal diet, test group were fed the diet added 0.1% probiotics, a trial period of 30 days. Experimental results show that compared with the control group, the pigs which in experimental group the average daily feed intake and average daily gain an increasing trend, the average feed conversion reduced the rate of decrease diarrhea. In improving nutrient digestibility in growing pigs, antibiotics ande probiotics have the same effect.
