摘要
行星滚柱丝杠是一种可以将旋转运动与直线运动相互转化的机械传动装置,用滚珠作为中间传动体,用滚动摩擦取代滑动摩擦,这种传动方式与滚柱丝杆类似。行星滚柱丝杠作为一种新型的传动装置,具有摩擦小、效率高、寿命长、体积小、承载能力强等特点。随着未来飞行器和武器装备全电化的发展趋势以及石油、化工、机床等对大推力、高精度、高频响、长寿命直线作动装置的需求。近年来行星滚柱丝杠副成为国内外研究热点。对行星滚柱丝杠副的基本工作原理、现有5种结构形式的特点、应用领域及可能的失效模式进行了概述。从结构设计、力学分析和产品生产三方面总结了国内外研究现状和发展趋势。在此基础上,提出了未来研究扣发展行星滚柱丝杠副的几个方向。

Abstract
The planetary roller screw is a mechanical transmission device can be transformed into each other rotary motion and linear motion, with the ball as an intermediate transmission body, sliding friction is replaced by rolling friction, the drive and the ball screw is similar. As a new type of planetary roller screw transmission device, has the characteristics of small friction, high efficiency, long life, small volume, strong bearing capacity etc.. With the development of the future trend of the all electric vehicles and weapons and equipment, petroleum and chemical industry, machine tool of high thrust, high precision, high frequency response, long-life linear actuator needs. In recent years, the planetary roller screw has become a hot research subject. The planetary roller screw is the basic working principle, the existing 5 kinds of structure features, application fields and the possible failure modes are summarized. From the structural design, mechanical analysis and production summed up the three aspects of the status quo and development trend in domestic and abroad. On this basis, put forward several development directions of planetary roller screw on buckle.
