什么叫胀紧套胀紧套(简称胀套),锁紧联结盘(简称锁紧盘)是一种近代新型先进的机械基础件。

永不松动的螺母
永不松动的螺母中国高铁构建了世界最大规模的高铁体系和技术平台,引领世界高铁潮流。
然而,高铁上使用的螺母却要进口,我们只能购买仅有45名员工日本小企业哈德洛克(Hard Lock)工业株式会社的永不松螺母。
不仅仅是中国,全世界科技水平远远领先的国家,包括英国、澳大利亚、美国,都要向日本Hadelok公司订购小坚果,这是世界上唯一的一家。
可想而知,哈德洛克坚果的市场份额之大,一颗坚果已经做到了极致。
01 不松动原理▼这种螺母是由Hard Lock创始人若林克彥自己设计研发的,第一个版本称为“U螺母”,使用板簧卡住螺丝钉螺纹的方法,让螺母保持牢固,不会松动。
但是第一代产品有些小问题,就是装配在挖掘机和打桩机上的U螺母,因为震动太大而出现了松动的现象。
若林克彥又设计了他的第二代产品,现在市面上都是第二代产品(即哈德洛克螺母)。
哈德洛克螺母防松原理:首先这些螺母是成对使用的,分为凹螺母和凸螺母。
注意安装顺序。
凸面螺母先安装在底部,凹面螺母安装在顶部。
凸螺母是偏心加工制造的,凹螺母是普通的中心圆加工。
当两个凸凹螺母拧在一起时,就像在螺母中插入了一个楔子,从而实现了防松的效果。
02 仿造者无一成功▼Hard Lock螺母成功后,市面上出现大量Hard Lock螺母仿造品。
公司创始人若林克彦却在公司网站上发布了Hard Lock螺母的设计图纸,并仔细讲解了Hard Lock螺母的原理和制作过程。
虽然模仿者很多,但成功者几乎没有,这就是技术的关键。
原因在于发明这样结构的螺母不难,难的是需要在使用中不断地改进。
从这家公司的设立到日本最大铁路公司的全面使用,公司创始人用了近20年的时间。
这20年中他们不断的技术改进,才使HardLock螺母成了世界上唯一绝不松动的螺母。
哈德洛克公司在其官网上特别注明:本公司常年积累的独特技术和诀窍,对不同尺寸和材质有不同的对应偏心量,这是Hard Lock螺母无法被模仿的关键所在。

Por favor, lea detenidamente y al completo este manual de instrucciones y asegúrese de haberlo entendido.Guarde bien este manual de instrucciones.Antes de la utilización del vaso de expansión (conocido también como calderín, depósito de presión, hidrosfera, etc.) familiarícese con este manual de instrucciones y las indicaciones deseguridad contenidas en él.Indicaciones de seguridadAdvertencia•Para evitar lesiones, asegúrese de liberar del sistema de presión el aire y la presión del agua al completo antes de abrir el vaso de expansión.•Se recomienda proteger el sistema con una válvula de alivio de presión adecuada, la cual esté ajustada al valor máximo de presión de la caldera o por debajo de éste.•La presión de entrada debe estar, aproximadamente, 0,1–0,2 bares por debajo de la presión de conexión de la bomba y debe ser comprobada a intervalos regulares.•En caso de no respetar el ajuste de presión exacto, podrían producirse daños en la membrana de EPDM del vaso de expansión. Un cálculo más preciso se obtiene a partir de la presión de conexión de la bomba × 0,9. Ejemplo: La presión de conexión en el presostato del grupo de presión doméstico está ajustada a 1,5 bares: 1,5 bares × 0,9 = 1,3–1,4 bares.•La temperatura máxima del agua y la presión de trabajo máxima se encuentran en la placa de características del vaso de expansión.•Si el vaso de expansión mostrara signos de fuga, óxido u otros daños, no se debe seguir utili-zándolo.•La instalación del vaso de expansión debe corresponder la normativa local y estatal vigente en cada caso relativa a la obtención de agua.•Proteja de las heladas el vaso de expansión, las tuberías y todos los componentes del sistema. Informaciones del productoA cerca del vaso de expansiónEl vaso de expansión, también conocido como hidroesfera o calderín de presión, está diseñado para una presión máxima de 5,4 bares y su estanqueidad ha sido comprobada por el fabricante a una presión de agua de hasta 5,4 bares.El calderín de membrana tiene una conexión de 32,89–33,25 mm. Además, este tanque de presión tiene una válvula integrada (comparable a la válvula de un neumático de coche) para controlar o regular la contrapresión de la membrana.A cerca de la membrana de caucho de etileno-propileno-dienoLos vasos de expansión están equipados con una membrana de EPDM (siglas del inglés Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, caucho de etileno propileno dieno) o caucho butilo, que es resistente al calor y al envejecimiento. Esta membrana de caucho pertenece al grupo de los elastómeros. Este plás-tico se caracteriza por su resistencia al aire caliente, al clima y a la influencia del ozono. El elastómero muestra una baja permeabilidad al gas, buena resistencia química y hasta los 100 ℃ muy buenas pro-piedades de amortiguación contra la vibración y la energía de impacto.En el rango de bajas temperaturas, el caucho de etileno-propileno-dieno o caucho butilo permanece elástico hasta los –70 ℃. Las principales aplicaciones y usos del caucho de etileno-propileno-dieno secentran en la fabricación de mangueras de aire y los revestimientos internos de neumáticos, los fuelles de calefacción, las mangueras de vapor y los revestimientos de depósitos. Otras aplicaciones son lá-minas, membranas, sellantes y cintas sin vulcanizar.El caucho etileno-propileno-dieno está aprobado como compuesto de la goma de mascar según lo establecido en la normativa correspondiente sobre la aprobación de aditivos. Por ello, este material es completamente inocuo y adecuado para ser utilizado en sistemas de agua potable.Instrucciones de montajePara asegurar la máxima vida útil de su vaso de expansión, este debe ser instalado siempre en un lugar cubierto y seco. El vaso de expansión no debe entrar en contacto con las superficies duras circundan-tes, como paredes, etc.Instale el vaso de expansión en un lugar adecuado para evitar daños por fugas de agua. El vaso de expansión siempre debe estar ubicado detrás de la bomba. Si el vaso de expansión se encuentra a menor altura de la requerida, debe instalarse una válvula de retención. Si el vaso de expansión está instalado lejos de la bomba, instale el presostato cerca del vaso de expansión. El vaso de expansión debe ser instalado tan cerca como sea posible del presostato, conversor o sensor de flujo. Quite la tapa protectora y compruebe la presión inicial.2. Compruebe si la presión inicial se corresponde con valor indicado en la placa de características.La desviación máxima respecto al valor especificado es de ±20 %.3. Coloque el vaso de expansión lo más cerca posible del presostato para prevenir posibles pér-didas de carga durante la transmisión.5. Conecte el vaso de expansión con la bomba.6. Una vez finalizada la instalación, conecte con la corriente.7. Ponga en marcha la bomba y deje que el vaso de expansión se llene hasta que el interruptorde presión o presostato apague automáticamente la bomba. Tenga en cuenta que el interruptor de presión no está incluido en el volumen de suministro.8. Abra y cierre el grifo de suministro de agua repetidamente para eliminar el exceso de aire delsistema de tuberías.9. Abra el grifo de agua para dejar salir el agua del tanque. Si se produjeran pausas al drenar elagua o arrancar la bomba, debe aumentarse la presión de conmutación del presostato o redu-cirse la presión de entrada del vaso de expansión. Repita los pasos anteriores hasta que la bomba arranque sin pausa.10. Compruebe las conexiones en busca de fugas.11. Si la instalación se ha realizado correctamente, el sistema estará listo para funcionar.12. Compruebe la presión de trabajo con regularidad durante el funcionamiento.Cambio de membrana1. Corte el suministro de agua y la corriente. En caso necesario, drene el agua del sistema detuberías.2. Desconecte el vaso de expansión del sistema de tuberías y deje salir el aire con ayuda de laválvula de presión inicial.3. Afloje la conexión atornillada de la contrabrida y retírela.4. Sustituya la membrana.5. Vuelva a fijar la contrabrida.6. Restaure la presión de entrada del vaso de expansión.7. Revise el vaso de expansión en la contrabrida en busca de fugas.8. Conecte de nuevo el vaso de expansión al sistema de tuberías.9. Repita los pasos de instalación mencionados anteriormente.Cuidados e indicaciones de mantenimiento•Deje que el vaso de expansión sea revisado anualmente por personal cualificado.•Antes de realizar trabajos de mantenimiento, detenga el funcionamiento y desconecte el vaso de expansión de la corriente. Deje que el vaso de expansión enfríe.•Preste atención a que la presión inicial se corresponda con el valor especificado en la placa de características. La tolerancia máxima para ese valor se sitúa en ±20 %.•La presión inicial debe ser más baja que la presión de conmutación del presostato y entre 0,1a 0,2 bar por debajo de la presión de conmutación de la bomba.•No desmonte nunca el vaso de expansión hasta que no se encuentre completamente vaciado y sin presión. Revise la presión inicial y la presión de trabajo varias veces al año.•Determine el diámetro de la abertura antes de adquirir una membrana de sustitución. El diáme-tro de abertura de la membrana se corresponde con la abertura del vaso de expansión. Alle bisher angewendeten mechanischen Spannmittel z. B.Spannbacken, Segment s pannbacken, Spannzangen oder Spreizdorne zei-gen gegenüber den wesentli c hen Kriterien der hydraulischen Dehnspanntechnik bezüglich Genauigkeit und sicheres Spannen erhebliche Grenzen auf. Das Prinzip der hydraulischen Dehnspanntechnik ist die gleichmäßige Materialausdehnung einer nicht unterbrochenen Innen- oder Außenhülse, die an den Enden mit einem Grundkörper (Futter oder Dorn)durch ein metallurgisches Diffusionsverfahren verbunden ist. Zwischen Grundkörper und Dehnhülse verbleibt entsprechend der benötigten Spannlänge eine Druckölkammer, die an einen Zuführkanal angeschlossen ist. Kammer und Zuführkanal bleiben mit einem weitgehendst gasfreien Drucköl gefüllt. Das Druck öl wird entweder mechanisch über einen Kolben oder kraftbetätigt durch ein Hydraulikaggregat je nach den Erfordernissen dosiert mit Druck beaufschlagt, so daß sich die meist aus gehärtetem Spezialstahl gefertigte Dehnhülse völlig gleichmäßig über die gesamte Mantelfläche ausdehnt. Solange die Werkstoffdehn g renze, etwa 0,7% vom Spanndurchmesser, nicht überschritten wird, geht die Dehnhülse nach Druckwegnahme wieder genau auf Fertigungsmaß zurück. Die günstigen Dauerfunktionseigenschaften sind bei einer mittleren Dehnrate von 0,3%vom Spanndurchmesser gegeben, d.h. ein 50 mm Spanndorn hat z.B. eine maximale Spanntoleranz von 0,15 mm. Durch die große Mantelfläche der Druck ölkammer ergibt sich im Vergleich zum aufgebrachtem Spanndruck eine enorm hohe Haltekraft, ohne daß es dabei am gespannten Teil zu Deformierungen kommt. Da Grundkörper und Dehnhülse durch das Fehlen vom mechanischen V erbindungen praktisch ein Teil bilden, werden Rundlaufgenauigkeiten in der G rößenordnung von 1–3 μm erreicht. Die Dehnspanntechnik findet vorteilhafte Anwendung praktisch auf allen Gebieten der Zerspanung und des Messens sowohl bei der Werkstück – wie auch der Werkzeugaufnahme.Functional DescriptionWhenever a proportioning, uniform distributed area clamping pressure and highest run-out accuracy is required, the new and versatile “Hydro –Actuated Expansional Clamping” technology will be used. All mechanical clamping fixtures like clamping jaws, collets, segmented clamping jaws and straddling mandrels – compared to hydro – actuated expansional clamping – are limitited as far as accuracy and r eliable clamping is concerned. The principle of the hydro – actuated expansional clamping technology is the uni-form material protaction of an uninterupted internal or external sleeve, con-nected on both ends with the basic chuck or arbor through a metallurgical diffusion process. Between the basic chuck or arbor and the sleeve remains a small chamber, which is conntected to the input channel.Both the chamber and channel are filled with degasified oil. Whenever the oil will be pressurized either mechanically or by a hydraulic unit the sleeve – mostly made from special steel – will be uniformly expanded. As long as the elongation limit of the material – approximately 0,7 % of the clamping diameter – is not exceeded, the sleeve material will return to the original dia-meter if the unit is depressurized. The best long term results are given with an average elongation rate of 0,3 %, witch means a clamping mandrel with 50 mm diameter will have a clamping tolerance of 0,15 mm (2 inch dia. with 0,006 inch tolerance). Due to the large area of the c lamping sleeve the clam-ping grip will be extremly high without causing deformation on the work piece.
