摘要

自闭症是一种起病于婴幼儿期，涉及语言、认知、行为、社会交往能力等多方面的中枢神经系统疾病，是损害最严重的一种儿童期神经发育障碍，也是目前全球患病人数增长最快的严重疾病之一。自闭症儿童的最佳康复期是0到6岁，及时治疗可缓解症状。面对目前自闭症儿童机构缺乏，且室内空间功能规划不合理，康复中心内部环境堪忧，加强自闭症儿童康复中心室内空间环境与康复方法相结合就尤为重要了。

本文通过前期对大连市现有部分自闭症儿童康复机构的调研结果，以及相关资料的查阅，基于我国自闭症儿童康复中心现状,阐述了合理构建康复中心室内空间系统环境的意义。通过清晰地限定和表述了自闭症儿童的个性特征、自闭症儿童康复中心的服务特征,证实了对自闭症康复中心室内空间环境进行科学设计的紧迫性、必要性。根据自闭症儿童用房的设计原则，绘制了自闭症儿童康复中心功能房间构成及组织框架。说明设计中儿童生活用房、康复训练用房及服务用房系统，系统分析了空间环境设计构想,通过功能规划设计、空间布局、材料设分析、色彩设计、无障碍设计等方面阐述了设计细节，证实了设计方案的科学性、合理性、可行性。本文意在通过研究自闭症儿童交流康复中心室内空间环境设计,为其未来相关领域的研究提供有益的现实参考,从室内设计的角度为自闭症儿童及相关者创造一个良好的环境,以便更好的提高自闭症儿童的康复效率。

Abstract

Autism is a onset in infancy, involving language, cognition, behavior, social communication ability and other aspects of the disease of the central nervous system is the most severe damage of a childhood neural development disorders, is currently the global prevalence severe disease of the fastest growth. Children with autism is the best recovery period is 0 to 6 years old, timely treatment can relieve symptoms. In the face of the autistic children institutions lack, and functional interior space planning unreasonable, worrying rehabilitation center internal environment, strengthen autism Rehabilitation Center for children with indoor space environment and rehabilitation method combination is particularly important.

In this paper, through the early of Dalian City, the existing part of autistic disorder children rehabilitation institutions, research results, and data access, based on our country's autism children rehabilitation center status, this paper expounds the reasonable construction of the meaning of Rehabilitation Center indoor space system environment. By clearly defined and expressed the autistic disorder children personality, autism Rehabilitation Center for children with service characteristics, confirm the scientific design of the urgency and necessity for Autistic Disorder Rehabilitation Center indoor space environment. According to the design principles of the children with autism, the function room constitution and organization frame of the rehabilitation center for children with autism were drawn. Design children living room, rehabilitation training room and service with the real system, systematic analysis of the space environment design, through the function of planning and design, spatial layout, material design analysis, color design, barrier free design aspects of the design details, confirmed the design plan of the scientific, feasibility and rationality. This article is intended to through the study of autism Rehabilitation Center for children with indoor space environment design and provide useful practical reference for the future in the field of research, from the point of view of the interior design for children with autism and related to create a good environment to improve the self - closing efficiency in the rehabilitation of the disease in children.
