热压机工作原理:利用一个2000W的变压器产生一个低电压的大电流,通过焊接头令其迅速发热。
脉冲电流就是指电流的ON及OFF频率比例,此脉冲比例越大,电流输出越大,焊接头升温越快。

(6)一.机器简介本机是将施胶后的棕丝加压为棕垫的设备,设备加热介质为热油。
二.工作原理本机为多层热压机,其层数可由用户需要订制,其基本原理为:当施胶后的成型棕丝板坯送入热压机后,高压泵电机启动,压机上活动横梁往下移动,当活动横梁碰到行程开关后,压机开始对棕垫板坯加压,当碰块碰到下限行程开关后,压机停止加压,进入保压阶段,完成保压后,压机卸压,卸压完成后,活动横梁提升,当碰块碰到上限行程开关后,高压泵电机停止运转,完成一个热压周期,热压后的`板坯被运走,压机等待和重复下一热油周期,如此往复循环。

脉冲热压机操作流程
一、插电源线,连接空压机气管。 二、打开空压机后,压头自动上升,打 开电源开关。 三、调节温控器设定温度为160度 — 280度。设定 计时器下压时间为8秒 — 20秒。通过精密调压阀调 整到适当压力。
以上参数根据材料不同自行调节参数。
四、将屏幕放到托盘上调整好位置并固定。

1-1插上电源插头,接通气源。

例如:
1)气压设定在3-6kg,发热器温度设定在200℃-260℃之间,熔接时间设定2-6秒。
2)气压设定在4-6kg ,发热器温度设定100℃-140℃之间,熔接时间设定在4-6秒。
2-2 待发热器恒温后,把所需要压接的物件放在平台模上面,然后同时按启平台上两边的按钮开关,便开始工作。
2-3 熔接完成后发热器便自动上升。
3-1 工作完成后,断开电源,关闭气阀。
1.发热器温度较高,切勿用手触摸。
2.热压针去污时可用布沾上少许矽油轻擦。

DUAL AIR FUSION IQ®OPERATOR’S MANUALHOTRONIX®DUAL AIR FUSION IQ®When using your heat press, basic precautions should alwaysbe followed, including the following:1. Read all instructions.2. Use heat press only for its intended use.3. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the heat press in water or other liquids.4. Never pull cord to disconnect from outlet, instead grasp plug and pull to disconnect.5. Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces, allow heat press to cool completely before storing.6. Do not operate heat press with a damaged cord or if the equipment has been dropped or damaged.To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble or attempt to repair the heat press. Take it toa qualified service person for examination and repair. Incorrect assembly or repair could increase therisk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons when the equipment is used. Power supply cord mustbe disconnected before cleaning or servicing press.7. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory ormental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision orinstruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.8. Close supervision is necessary for any heat press being used by or near children. Do not leaveequipment unattended while connected.9. To avoid burns, do not touch hot metal parts or the heated platen during use.10. To reduce the likelihood of circuit overload, do not operate other high voltage equipment on the same circuit.11. When pressed, this button activates a quick release of the heat platen when in the print position and automatically returns the platen tothe UP position. ☆机器工作原理及工作流程: 如上图所示,当机器接通电源后,机器的上、下加热板开始升温,同时真空系统开始工作,使工作
区域内的空间接近于真空状态,保证压合材料与材料之间的空气全部排出。当温度达到半固化片的熔化温度 时,半固化片会熔化从而与铜箔紧密贴合。随后的过程是保温和降温过程,使得半固化片、铜箔成为一体, 完全达到产品的要求并消除材料中间的应力。如果要制成多层板,就可以按上述要求做好内层板,加上半固化 铜箔即可完成,其中半固化片的作用是起绝缘和加固等作用。

4、将工件以热压机下面的油缸为中心,均匀放置板件,且厚度一致,确保各油缸受力均衡。
5、根据工件面积、工件所需压力调节所需油压(普通木皮为20mpa)。
6、根据工件材料调节所需时间和温度(普通木皮温度为90℃,时间为 3 分钟)。
7、左右手同时按两个上压按纽,使压板向上压紧工件。
8、卸压时间到后机器会蜂鸣,用手拉下手动启动机构,取出工件,放于指定位置。
9、工作完毕后,先关闭电热开关,油泵继续运行 10 分钟后方可关闭油泵开关。
10、停机时应让机器处在闭合状态,停机时间长应取出被压板件。
11、关机:关掉机器开关和电源开关。
12、清洁机器及周边卫生。
三、安全注意事项1、非本机指定操作人严禁私自开机操作。
2、操作时注意力要高度集中,保持头脑苏醒,严禁酒后操作。
3、不得私自调节油压校准、安全电缆松紧等,遇紧急状况时应及时拉安全电缆线。
4、机器在运行过程中,严禁将手靠近或接触热压机平台。
5、放置和取出工件时,注意手和前臂不能碰工作台。
6、生产过程中,板材在热压板上的位置必须对称、平行、平整。
每个油缸对应的热压板上必须放有等厚度的板材。
要及时去除热压板上的木皮、木屑、胶块等杂物。
7、工作过程中,不要随便变更加热系统中温控开关(WK)的设定,如果需要重新设立时,应报组长或机修人员进行设定。
8、关闭加热炉时,应先关闭电热管、循环泵继续运行约 10 分钟后方可关闭油泵按钮,否则有烧坏热油炉的可能。
9、热压停机时,热压板应处在闭合状态。
