一不定冠词a/an

1. 泛指某人或某物

an honest man a good boy

2. 用于某些抽象名词前,表示”一种”,”一类”,”一件”等.常见名词有failure/success/help/surprise/Shame

3. 与序数词连用表示又一,再一

4. 不定冠词在元音(注意指音节,不指元音字母) 前用an.

在其他情况下用a,即第一个音节为辅音。

1. 特指已提到的或谈话双方都知道的人或物。
