1、命题人，范克昌，小泊头镇榆树周小学教师，小学一级教师，教龄十年。

2、命题说明：本套试题主要是从听力和笔试两个方面进行检测，每个题都有所特点，考查侧重点有所不同，但是考察较为全面。

听力试题的一、二、三题主要考查学生听单词的能力，配上较为形象的图片能较好的调动学生的感官。

听力的四、五、六题主要是考查学生听句子和对话的能力，难度稍微有所提升。

本次命题是依据课程标准，从学生课本出发，在考察学生掌握基础的同时也检查学生对于所学语言的运用能力。

能较好的检查学生对于所学语言的运用能力，对于今后的教学有较好的借鉴作用。

3、难度和梯度设计。

本套试题由浅入深。

听力部分由开始考查单词，逐步到对句子和对话的检查，步步深入，梯度明显。

笔试部分开始检查对于单词的认读，包括后边对于句子的情境运用这是较为简单的基础知识。

后边的考察难度逐渐加深，主要是对于单词和句子书写的检查，以及最后的看图片，判断正误是对于学生运用语言的能力的检查，难度较大。
