， PLC、DCS控制系统之
间的差异 PLC系统与DCS系统的结构差异不大，只是在功能的着重点上的不同，DCS着重于闭环控制及数据处理。PLC着重于逻辑控制及开关量的控制，也可实现模拟量控制。 DCS 的特点是：（1）控制功能强。可实现复杂的控制规律，如串级、前馈、解耦、自适应、最优和非线性控制等。也可实现顺序控制。（2）系统可靠性高。（3）采用CRT操作站有良好的人机界面。（4）软硬件采用模块化积木式结构。（5）系统容易开发。（6）用组态软件，编程简单，操作方便。（7）有良好的性价比。
DPU ： Distributed Processing Unit主控制器（分布式处理单元）即分散处理单元，执行工程师组态的控制策略，既可实现离散梯形逻辑控制，也能实现连续调节控制。DPU可执行70多种特殊功能及150多种过程控制算法，实现数据采集、标度变换、报警限值检查、操作记录、顺序事件记录等功能。
OPC Over speed Protect Controller超速保护控制。分为两个部分：A：103%超速，机组不跳闸，快关调速器门，待转速下降至正常值后，重新打开调速器门。B： 110%超速，汽轮机跳闸、发电机跳闸。
机组运行工况：MCR 机组运行最大负荷工况，主要是在满足蒸汽参数，炉膛安全情况下的最大出力。锅炉BRL对应于汽机TRL工况，即ECR额定工况，机组在额定铭牌出力下的长期连续运行工况。 TRL 工况是指汽轮机的能力工况，TMCR是汽轮机的最大出力工况，VWO是阀门全开工况，THA是汽轮机额定出力工况。
主燃料跳闸功能
主燃料跳闸（MFT）是FSSS系统中最重要的安全功能，当出现任何危及锅炉安全运行的危险工况时，MFT动作将快速切断所有进入炉膛的燃料，即切断所有煤和油的输入，实现紧急停炉，汽机跳闸，以保证设备安全，避免重大事故发生。同时，该逻辑中具有首次跳闸原因指示功能，它能对引起主燃料跳闸的最初原因记忆并在CRT 上显示出来，为故障原因分析及解决提供了条件。当出现下列任一种情况时，会引发MFT：1、二台送风机全停；2、二台引风机全停；3、二台空预器全停；4、二台一次风机全停；锅炉总风量小于30%(250t/h)，延时2秒；5、汽包水位高III（大于 +250mm，水位变送器三取二，延时5秒）；6、汽包水位低III（小于－250 mm，水位变送器三取二，延时5秒) ；7、炉膛压力高II （大于+1.96kPa ，三取二，延时2秒）；8、炉膛压力低II（小于－ 1.96 kPa，三取二，延时2秒）；9、燃料失去。10、手动MFT.MFT 后，会引发一系列的设备跳闸和关闭，从而实现保护功能。
