摘要速器在原动机和工作机或执行机构之间起匹配转速和传递转矩的作用,在现代机械中应用极为广泛。减速器按用途可分为通用减速器和专用减速器两大类,两者的设计、制造和使用特点各不相同。

20世纪70-80年代,世界上减速器技术有了很大的发展,且与新技术革命的发展紧密结合。通用减速器的发展趋势如下:

①高水平、高性能。圆柱齿轮普遍采用渗碳淬火、磨齿,承载能力提高4倍以上,体积小、重量轻、噪声低、效率高、可靠性高。

②积木式组合设计。基本参数采用优先数,尺寸规格整齐,零件通用性和互换性强,系列容易扩充和花样翻新,利于组织批量生产和降低成本。

③型式多样化,变型设计多。摆脱了传统的单一的底座安装方式,增添了空心轴悬挂式、浮动支承底座、电动机与减速器一体式联接,多方位安装面等不同型式,扩大使用范围。

Abstract Between prime mover and working machine or actuating mechanism, the fast

implement gets the rotation rate mating and transfers revolution regulation effect,

application is extremely broad in modern machinery. Reduction gear may be the reduction gear being applied or used universally and special use reduction gear two major kinds mark according to use, and both design , fabrication using a characteristic to differ from one another. 20 centuries 70-80 age , in the world reductionear technologies have had very big development, and with the new technological revolution development rapid and intense be tied in wedlock. Reduction gear developing trend being applied or used

universally as follows:

(1) high tone , high-performance. The column gear wheel adopt acieration to quench ,

grinds a toothcommonly, load support capability volume is small above improving 4 times, weight is light , noise is low , efficiency is high , reliability is high.

(2) dyadic building block combination design. The fundamental parameter adopt

preferential number , dimension specification is tidy, part General Availability and mutual exchange sex are strong , the series mass-produces and costs down easy to expand and to be good for in a new guise, organization.

(3) the pattern diversifies , modification design is many. The unitary base having shaken

off tradition has assembled way , has added the hollow shaft hang , unsteady supporting base , electric motor and reduction gear one style linkup, much bearing assembles face Deng Bu Tong pattern , the range expanding usage
