国培计划初中英语库尔勒第二次送教活动简讯按照自治区“国培计划”送课下乡活动通知要求，初中英语库尔勒第二次送教活动（本次主题为阅读课教学）于2016年12月15日—17日在库尔勒市第四中学四楼党建室顺利开展。

新师大教授胡燕花老师领队，为我们带来了非常专业的送教团队，库尔勒市教研室英语学科教研员云中鹤老师全程主持了本次活动，库尔勒市各所学校的英语老师如期而至，积极参与了这场学习和提升的盛会。

15日上午10点开始，云老师简短地致开幕词并介绍培训团队，紧接着两堂常规教学阅读课分别来自库尔勒市第十一中学关东霞老师和我校的文艳老师。

之后专家组织了议课，老师们畅所欲言，就这两堂课中的有点和不足进行了交流，特别是对出现的问题进行诊断并给出了有效的解决策略。

15日下午4点整，由送教团队乌鲁木齐第41中的冯玉梅老师带来了两节示范教学阅读课，冯老师的课堂上，集中凸显了阅读的目的和策略，让学生在阅读中获取信息并培养技能，让人印象深刻。

16日上午，胡燕花老师带来了微讲座——阅读课的目标设定与达成，并引导在座的老师们展开研讨，将理论与我们的教学实践相结合。

下午的时间，关老师和文老师带来了她们经过点拨指导后修改过的两节阅读课，观课结束后，又对此进行了议课总结和提升，老师们收获颇丰。

17日上午我们在机房听了胡老师的讲座——微课与翻转课堂，并在指导下熟悉了简单的技术操作，这场讲座为老师们的教学开辟了新的领域去思考和实践。

为期两天半的送教活动至此圆满结束，老师们不仅收获了大量理论知识，更从观课议课中体会到了理论联系实际、理论指导实际的巨大效用，感谢自治区的送教团队不辞辛劳来为我们传经送宝，相信参与了本次活动的老师们一定是受益匪浅，在这次活动中学习到的知识也必将指导着我们英语老师持续去探索更加高效的阅读课堂。

今天与我一起送教的有县教研室的英语教研员彭老师担任专家指导、基地学校新仓小学查校长为我们做后勤服务。

介绍送教下乡培训的意义首先我们要了解什么是“国培计划”？它是由教育部、财政部XX年开始全面实施的中小学教师国家级培训计划，简称"国培计划"。

“国培计划”以前是省级教育、财政部门负责“国培计划”的组织实施工作。

市县级主要负责派训。

现在是XX年实行国培计划改革：1.省级规划，市级统筹，区县落地，学校参与，重心下移。

2.构建高等学校、县级教师发展中心、乡镇片区研修中心、校本研修四位一体的教师专业发展支持服务体系。

3.将“送教下乡”作为国培计划的重要内容。

基于这些，才有了我们今天最美的遇见。
