但很多时候就是直接报价了,然后就石沉大海,我再跟踪询盘,隔段时间问问,问了好几次,就是没回复.看到这个邮件,很多新人是否觉得很熟悉,因为自己曾经也是这么写的。
那你是否要思考一下:我的报价邮件格式是否跟同行没什么差别,是否也意味着无法显示出自己的优势了,报价后总是石沉大海的你,是否反思:或者到了该改变的时候了。

如何分析?换个角度或许柳暗花明,假如你是客户,你想得到的是什么样的报价?换句话说,哪种报价让你觉得满意?而报价邮件是报价最直接的载体,所以它给你往往是首当其冲的选择。
我们先来看看报价邮件,有些新人都没有这个概念,这个模糊的概念相当于跟进邮件,其实需要细分出来来定位准确点,有针对性来做更加容易,特别是很多新人会跟开发信混淆,开发信是业务员自主地把自己公司的产品、服务、优势等告知潜在的客户来争取客户的合作;而报价邮件更多的是指根据客户对某个产品的需求(很多时候是询盘)来回复报价信息,两者有阶段性的区别,一个是从零到一,一个是从一到更多,开发信强调的是告诉客户你是谁,你做什么,你的优势在哪里;而报价邮件强调的是告诉客户他定了什么东西,成本为多少.知道了报价邮件的目标定位,就知道了:原来,我们针对的不只是询盘,更重要的是—-客户,让客户满意才是成功的报价。
