Unit5 Travelling abroad一、教学目标:教学目标:1.复习和掌握定语从句的定义以及关系代词和关系副词的用法及功能,能够准确的选择定语从句的关系代词和关系副词。
2.提高学生对语法复习的兴趣和积极性,较好的掌握定语从句的用法,能够运用知识点解题。
能力目标:能够熟练运用定语从句的语法规那么组织含有定语从句的复合句。
情感目标:培养学生分析问题解决问题的能力,学会竞争与合作,建立自信心和集体荣誉感。
二、教学方法以学生为主体,尝试创新思维,联系实际采用讨论、协作、探究、竞争的教学模式,引导学生灵活的掌握语法知识。
三、教学手段采用多媒体计算机、网络利用多媒体计算机、网络资源创设教学情景、问题情景,扩大教学容量,增强教学的趣味性和时效性。
〔设计依据:《新课程标准》要求教师在教学中要以学生为主体,采用研究性学习方法,寓教于乐。
检验一节课成功与否,不是教师讲了多少,而是以学生的学习效果为评价标准。
因此我借助多媒体,以网络上一篇小短文导入语法定语从句,让学生通过观察和比较来学习定语从句的相关知识,力求使枯燥的语法生动趣味化;并且考虑学生英语基础的实际情况,教学过程也要表达素质教育的全体性,因此设计任务循序渐进〔如按“词→句→文〞递进〕,由浅入深,由易到难,导引学生参与整个学习过程,获得更佳的学习效果及发展智力,提高思维,观察,注意,记忆,想象,联想等能力。
〕四、课前准备1、布置学生熟记定语从句各关系代词和关系副词的用法。
2、教师准备相关多媒体课件。
五、教学课时:一课时六、教学过程第一步:导入Don ’t forget the things that once you owned.Treasure the things that you can ’t get.Don't give up the things that belong to youand keep those lost things in memory.首先让学生读一下文章,并翻译汉语意思,注意划线句子的语序及句子的特点。

高中英语新课标在八级要求中明确规定要让学生了解英语国家中主要大众转播媒体的情况,而本课阅读课的体裁即为新闻报道,主要通过中国女孩谢蕾的在英国学习的故事让学生体会出国留学的困难与快乐。
在阅读教学中要让学生学会新闻报道的特点,在以后的阅读理解中能发现该体裁,抓住新闻报道的特点,快速找出关键字Who, Where, When, Why, What,从而掌握文章大意。
练习skimming,scanning的阅读技巧。
无论本单元的话题出国旅游还是阅读素材新闻报道,在考试中都会以写作或阅读的形式出现。
所以对学生来说学好本单元的内容是非常重要的。
二学情分析:选修课程分为两个系列。
系列I的课程是在必修课程模块1-5的基础上顺序开设的课程,共有6个模块(即英语6-英语11),学生完成模块英语6-英语8的学习,可以达到八级目标要求。
课标规定在学完必修课本后学生在“说”的方面应达到以下要求:1,能在日常交际中对一般的询问和要求做出恰当的反应;,2(能根据熟悉的话题,稍做准备后,有条理地做简短的发言;3(能就一般性话题进行讨论;4(能根据话题要求与人交流、合作,共同完成任务;5(能用恰当的语调和节奏表达意图。

“阅读”(Reading)部分介绍了主人公谢蕾第一次去国外求学进预科班时所面临的问题,以及房东和导师对她的帮助,要求学生明白国外学习的利与弊,培养正视困难、迎接挑战的信心。
课时三:Grammar (语法复习课)本单元的语法重点是复习非限制性定语从句(Non-restrictive Attributive Clause)。
学生已经学过这个语法点,所以在这节课中,首先对非限制性定语从句的特征、关系词做一个简要回顾,然后通过多种形式的练习,如填写关系词、造句和改错等,使学生逐步掌握非限制性定语从句的用法。

Unit5 Traveling abroad说课稿引言:在英语教学中落实新课程标准,就是贯彻执行国家教育部关于课程改革的决定。
新课程标准的三维教学观,具体到英语学科就是要整合发展学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识五个方面的素养,培养学生综合运用语言的能力。
开展课堂探究是培养学生综合语言运用能力的最佳手段。
所以在我的教学设计里,每一个教学活动中都有情景创设,学生探究,学生处理问题和巩固训练等环节。
一、教学内容分析(一)知识背景及新课程、新教材旅游作为当今社会人们最感兴趣的话题在英语学习占有非常重要的位置。
本单元以Traveling abroad and studying abroad为话题开展听、说、读、写多种教学活动。
旨在通过单元教学,使学生了解在国外旅行或学习时可能遇到的一些问题,并学会怎样去解决问题和避免这些问题的发生。
学会表达和支持个人观点,能用所学的有关 traveling abroad的词汇描述在国外居住生活的情况;在国外旅游时能根据所提供的信息选择恰当的旅游线路,能推测哪些事情可能会发生,哪些事情不会发生,并会正确使用非限定性定语从句.今天我所讲内容为本单元中第六课时的Using Language.在此部分中包含Listening 和Reading and speaking两部分。
在Listening中要求学生现根据秘鲁的地图谈论有关秘鲁这个国家的一些情况,然后完成三个相应的任务型练习。
通过这些题,学生将会获取听力材料中的具体用词和细节要点,同时了解有关秘鲁这个国家的一些情况,为下面的Reading and speaking做了铺垫;Reading and speaking的阅读部分是对秘鲁这个国家的一段介绍,要求学生能用运找读的策略从地图上找到文中提到的地方,并回答几个问题。
然后为大家提供了一个旅游小册子,其内容是在秘鲁旅游的四条路线。

Pre-reading是Reading 的热身活动,要求学生采用与同学讨论交流的方式谈论在国外学习的利与弊,为正文的阅读做好知识上和心理上的铺垫。
Reading是一篇介绍中国女孩谢蕾在伦敦学习和生活的情况,让学生通过实例对比在国内学习生活与在国外学习生活的不同,从而培养他们的国际视眼。
三、学情分析1.情感和认知方面:学生对国外的学习生活情况了解是很感兴趣的。
在以往的学习阅读中对国外的生活学习也有所了解,但不是很具体。
这篇关于中国女孩在伦敦学习和生活情况的介绍和他们的生活比较贴近,在在预读,学习,讨论时会觉得比较亲近熟悉。
2.语言技能方面:我校大部分学生英语语言能力比较若,在思维上相对有较强的独立性,通过老师的引导和提示,一般能够从的文字资料中获取主要信息和基本的内容,能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略完成阅读任务。
但一些学生的分析信息和处理信息的能力还欠缺,尤其是归纳总结能力。
四、教学目标1. Knowledge aims: Duide the students to master the first part of the words and phrases related to the topic, including "lecture, qualification, recommend, comfort, substitute, acknowledge, as far as one is concerned, be occupied with, keep it up, fit in ... and etc.2. 所以在我的教学设计里,每一个教学活动中都有情景创设,学生探究,学生处理问题和巩固训练等环节。
一、教学内容分析(一)知识背景及新课程、新教材旅游作为当今社会人们最感兴趣的话题在英语学习占有非常重要的位置。
本单元以Traveling abroad and studying abroad为话题开展听、说、读、写多种教学活动。
旨在通过单元教学,使学生了解在国外旅行或学习时可能遇到的一些问题,并学会怎样去解决问题和避免这些问题的发生。
学会表达和支持个人观点,能用所学的有关 traveling abroad的词汇描述在国外居住生活的情况;在国外旅游时能根据所提供的信息选择恰当的旅游线路,能推测哪些事情可能会发生,哪些事情不会发生,并会正确使用非限定性定语从句.今天我所讲内容为本单元中第六课时的Using Language.在此部分中包含Listening 和Reading and speaking两部分。
在Listening中要求学生现根据秘鲁的地图谈论有关秘鲁这个国家的一些情况,然后完成三个相应的任务型练习。
通过这些题,学生将会获取听力材料中的具体用词和细节要点,同时了解有关秘鲁这个国家的一些情况,为下面的Reading and speaking做了铺垫;Reading and speaking的阅读部分是对秘鲁这个国家的一段介绍,要求学生能用运找读的策略从地图上找到文中提到的地方,并回答几个问题。
然后为大家提供了一个旅游小册子,其内容是在秘鲁旅游的四条路线。

高中英语BOOK7 Unit5 Traveling Abroad Reading for Writing一、设计的初衷在教学中,我经常被学生提问, “应该怎样快速地提高写作水平呢?”学生总是希望老师能够提供一些速成的方法。
事实上,我们知道英语写作如果没有充足的语言输入,只通过简单的写、改、范文背诵的流程是很难从根本上提高的。
那么,语言的输入,对于课业任务繁重的学生来说,最好的资源莫过于课本里的文章。
我们使用的人教版教材话题丰富,不仅有科技、人文、地理、医学、自然和新闻等各个方面,而且内容的信息量也很大,贴近现实生活,开阔了学生的视野。
所以,我们教师在课堂教学中要有意识地将阅读教学和写作教学相结合,在解读文本时侧重写作技能的指导,除了利用教材输入相关的话题、重点词汇、有用的句型之外,还可引导学生对文章的立意、情感态度目标进行思考。
在有针对性的任务设计中以阅读促写作,以写作提升阅读的效果和目的,从而达到有效运用英语的目的。
二、设计研究1、背景人教版选修7 Unit5 Travelling Abroad Reading: KEEP IT UP,XIE LEI 这一文本通过记者的报道,讲述了中国留学生Xie Lei 在英国求学、生活时遇到的种种困难,以及她如何迎接挑战,最终顺利适应、再接再厉的故事。
2、学习目标高中生在面对是否出国留学这个问题时都会有所纠结,希望学生通过本文XIE LEI同学的留学经验,了解出国留学可能会遇到因文化差异造成的困难和问题以及在学术规范和教育理念上中西方教育的差异。
希望学生能够从自身角度出发,清晰地分析出国留学的好处,培养不怕困难、迎难而上的良好心态。
3、教学步骤Step1 Warming-up呈现自己去国外游玩的照片,向学生提以下的问题 1. If you could go anywhere in the world, which country would you like to visit? 2. 结合课本内容和学生实际,阅读教学采用整体教学模式,主要以任务推动学习,以任务贯穿学习,充分利用课文提供的语言材料,结合高考题型,帮助学生理解课文大意和篇章结构,有意识地让学生在一系列的教学活动中熟悉高考题型,掌握应试技巧。
讨论部分为学生营造民主开放的课堂氛围,让学生学会运用所学知识来谈谈店铺的好处及可能遇到的困难。

Book7 unit5 travelling abroad writing说课稿随着新课程改革的实施,英语综合应用能力标准的提高,写的要求也在逐步调高。
也就是说,在语言输入加大的基础上,逐步突出语言输出的功能,加强对学生英语应用能力的考察,已经势在必行。
而在我的教学实践中,特别是高一、高二阶段,并不是不知道对英语表达能力的培养很重要,但由于写作耗时多,学生懒于动手,思想上也非常不重视,而在平时的教学环节里,为了要进度,写作又被我们老师忽略了,这就造成了高三时老师难动手、学生动手难的双难局面。
而进入高三的复习后,我开始给学生一定的指导,每次一个专项,不断地阐述作文的重要性,发现很多学生写作文的态度比以前认真了,能坐住了,书写更规范了,语言正确率提高了。
可见,学生对作文所持有的逃避或是积极的态度,其实是在于老师的态度,在于老师的指导是否细致到位。
二、教材的处理这节课是新课标选修7 book7 unit5“travelling abroad”单元最后一个环节writing 部分的教学,是根据一定的情境,完成一篇写作。
但是教材中的写作部分,老师们会发现:它的呈现方式大多与高考的作文呈现方式是不一样的,学生往往觉得思绪万千,却不知从何下手。
所以这一部分的教学内容,我通常都是采取将它改编成高考题型的模式(要点式、表格式)呈现在学生面前,让学生明白高考的出题方向。
本节课我是将它改编成了要点陈列的方式,旨在教会学生如何应对要点式作文写作。
三、教学重点我们经常会发现,老师把方法列得淋漓尽致,学生当时也听得激动兴奋,但是一到落实到写的时候,还是差之千里。
所以我关注学生现场的模仿和操练,从心理学的角度分析就是使学生的激奋水平和作业效率之间的关系达到一个最佳状态,它将促进教学效率的提高。
四、课堂教学步骤Step 1:warming up(5minutes)这是用词句文教学法进行的一个设计环节,因为是不熟悉的学生,所以选了一首诗。
