概述Description ：

Gleitmo 605是Gleitmo 白色固体润滑剂的水基悬浮液, 干燥的润滑膜使用在不同的物质表面有很好的附着性。

Gleitmo 605 is a colloidal suspension of Gleitmo White Solid Film Lubricants in water.

The dry lubricating film remaining upon application shows a very good adhesion on the different surfaces types.

应用范围Field of application ：

Gleitmo 605适用于螺钉﹑螺帽﹑木螺钉﹑刨花板螺钉﹑薄钢板螺钉﹑固定螺钉(一般来说电子行业用的各种螺钉)﹑切割环形接口用螺帽等的润滑。

Gleitmo 605 is used for lubrication of threaded screws, nuts, wood screws, chipboard screws, sheet metal screws; clamping screws (generally all screws for the electrical industry) cap nuts for cutting ring joints.

使用方法Method of application ：

由于摩擦的需要, Gleitmo 605可用水稀释 (水质需达到饮用水标准)。 通常, Gleitmo 605的稀释比例为1:3 (离心涂程序的严格要求)至1:7 (滴涂)。 稀释时, 一边不断搅拌Gleitmo 605 一边加水, 在注入浸液时也一样。

为避免腐蚀, 必须用热空气 (约60) ℃吹干浸处理后的零件。零件在施涂时必须不含油脂。在非常干燥的条件下包装零件, 如进行大批量施涂, 采用一般镀锌设备较为方便。

Depending on etiologic requirements, Gleitmo 605 can be diluted with water (at least of drinking water quality). As a Rule, Gleitmo 605 is used at a dilution ratio of 1:3 (for centrifuge coating procedures, stringent requirements) and up to 1:7 (for dipping). For dilution, water is added to Gleitmo 605 while constantly stirring. The same procedure should be followed for replenishing the immersion bath.

To avoid any risk of corrosion it is most urgently recommended drying the parts immediately after the dipping process by hot air (up to approx. 60).℃

The parts to be coated should be degreased. Packaging of coated parts only in absolutely dry condition. The equipment commonly used in the galvanizing industry has proved to be very convenient in case of large coating quantities.

防止结冻! 在封闭的原装容器中, 室温下可贮存12个月。

Protect against freezing! In closed original containers, at room temperature, storable up to 12 month.
