The analysis of the data in table 6:The vast majority of students are willing to communicate with foreigners, only a few students don't want to communicate with foreigners. The biggest obstacle is the lack of intercultural communication platform and poor oral language ability is also a big obstacle. The lack of communication platform is a common problem for all the college students and poor oral language ability is more prominent among the non-language study students.

一、The overall analysis of the sample
The sample of this study includes 172 undergraduate and graduate students from the colleges and universities of Shanghai.The first group includes 58 participators ,the second group includes 56 participators and the third group also includes 58 participators.

The data from the three tables show that, major and abroad experience both have certain effects on intercultural sensitivity; But the impact of gender is not big.
The analysis of the data in table 1: The intercultural sensitivity of the language study students is relatively high,and the students of liberal arts are second high while the intercultural sensitivity of students major in science is relatively low. The analysis of the data in table 2: The impact of abroad experience on intercultural sensitivity is very significant, more than 80% the students who have abroad experience have a relatively high level of intercultural sensitivity, only 1 personal' average degree of intercultural sensitivity is less than or equal to 2; But to the students who have no abroad experience , the number of high level is less than 50% . The analysis of the data in table 3: The impact of gender is not big。 conclusion: Abroad experience is an important approach to improve the intercultural sensitivity, suggest more students can go abroad to feel the real differences among different cultures. Class is another important way to improve college students' intercultural sensitivity . For most students study from class is an important approach to gain cross-cultural knowledge. Many language study students or students from other liberal arts get the benefits . suggest adding such courses for the students major in science to widen students' view and cultural knowledge to meet the demand of modern society.

The analysis of the data in table 5: For college students, the main way to contact with foreign cultures is to watch foreign films or video, learn from class, listen to the foreign language songs and reading foreign novels or magazines, followed by watching international news and other ways, few students make foreign friends to contact with foreign culture, only 4 students have tried to make foreign friends.
