注意:A.

It contains a limited amount of cycle-life, which diminishes as it is being depleted throughout its life. When the available autonomy no longer meets with your needs, you will need to replace the battery.4.3.3 MaintenanceIf you don’t use your bike for a period of time exceeding 2 months, store it in a humidity-free area to protect the electronic components and make sure that the battery is not completely discharged.Note: Never store a completely discharged battery as it might result in permanent damage.During the winter or long storage periods, it is recommended that you chargethe battery halfway every 2 months. Don’t forget to switch it off. Store yourbattery at a temperature between 15°and 25°.4.4 Battery Safety InstructionsYour bike's battery is an electric component made up of chemical elements. For your safety, it is imperative that you obey the following rules:Always handle with great careAlways keep away from childrenDo not disassemble, hit, pierce or submerge itKeep it away from temperatures exceeding 60°CNever create a connection between the contactslocated at the bottom of the batteryNever let the battery charge unattendedNever sleep near a battery that is chargingOnly use the charger that came with your bikeor supplied by your dealerIf your battery is damaged, do not use it5.Safety and maintenance Recommendations 5.1 Safety recommendationsHelmetFor safe riding, always wear a bicycle helmet.TiresInspect the wear of your tires on a regular basis and verify the tire pressureat least once a month. Tire pressure: 40-65 PSI depending on the weight ofthe user.Wheel-rimsTake care of any risk of damage in case of defective wheel-rims. Swap them immediately when the rim is worn out.Important: braking distance increases on humid or slippery groundGearsLike the chain, the freewheel must be kept clean and well lubricated. If the chain has become worn and needs to be replaced, it is likely that the freewheel will also have become worn and should be replaced as well. Take the chain off the freewheel and rotate it with your hand. If you hear a grinding noise or the freewheel stops suddenly after spinning, it may need to be adjusted or replaced. BatteryCf. Chapter. 4WARNING: As with all mechanical components, the bicycle is subjected to wear and tear caused by usage over time. Different materials and components may react to wear or stress fatigue in different ways. If a component is worn, it may suddenly fail possibly causing injuries to the rider. Any form of crack, scratches or change of color in highly stressed areas indicate that the component should be replaced.5.2 MaintenanceCaution:Bike maintenance and repair require specific skills and appropriate tools. Do not repair your bike or change any of its settings if you have the slightest doubt regarding your ability to correctly proceed with such work. Any adjustments or repairs that are not properly done can damage the bike and lead to accidents resulting in extensive injury. Use only genuine replacement parts for safety-critical components and contact your dealer when necessary.16CleaningAlways remove the battery when cleaning. Attention: when the vehicle appears the unusual phenomenon, must certainly switch off the power switch promptly, in order to avoid the accident to expand further. 2, emergency stop switch, some models of electric bicycle, in the speed control handle next to the emergency stop switch, in the riding process in case of emergency, timely press the emergency stop switch and brake brake.3, speed control, turn the speed, turn the installation on the right side of the handlebar, through the rotation can smoothly adjust the speed of the electric vehicle.4, brake handle brake handle operation and operation of ordinary bicycle, electric bicycle brake is different with the brake power-off device, when the micro switch operation to brake in the brake fashion, the output signal to the controller, the controller controls the motor power supply, cut off, the motor stops working.5, display deviceThe electric bicycle has a display device, such as power, power, speed, etc. when the power is on, the indicator light is on and the voltmeter rises to the current voltage (the display data is for reference only). Two, before riding inspection 1, with double support to set up electric bicycles, turn on the power switch, check the electrical performance, speed control hand, power brake handle is normal.2, the battery box lock is locked, after the power supply, the display device is normal.3, check the adequacy of the tire gas, otherwise it will affect the mileage or cause tire damage.4, check whether the abnormal braking system, steering lamp and warming device is normal.Three, operation and maintenance, after checking the normal, open the electric bicycle double support, sitting on the saddle, right hand gently rotating speed, hand electric bicycle slowly start, driving skills and ordinary bicycle basically the same.1, when riding will be opened by the key switch (clockwise rotation a set open position), display panel power indicator, said power on. Some models will be key to continue in the second turn clockwise. You can turn on the headlights. In 2, the red button on the right side of a speed adjustinghandle for cruise control switch, the operation of electric vehicles when the switch is pressed, the output state control handle is locked at a speed adjusting handle will not work, the vehicle lock handle state value operation, this can open speed in hand, is conducive to the long time riding electric reduce hand fatigue again press the switch once or use the brakes will unlock state.3, in the process of driving, as the power consumption, the voltage indicator on the display panel, voltage indicator gradually declined. When down to the undervoltage protection value, it means that the battery is running out and should be switched on by foot. The battery needs recharging before use. The controller will automatically cut off the motor power supply if the battery is used after it is exhausted.4, only when the rider pedal electric driving feet, not carrying children or stand.5, in turn, do not bend the inside pedal at the lowest point, otherwise it may make the pedal contact with the ground, and cause the dumping of vehicles.6, one charge continues mileage, with the traffic conditions, load, wind direction and other factors will be different. On the uphill, crossing, starting repeatedly and moving against the wind, it is recommended that foot assistance is often used. In order to avoid excessive power consumption and increase mileage. And the motor, battery life is good.7, in most of the models in Wolong, with pedal power function.Do not adjust the speed regulation handle, direct ride, the controller detects the rider pedal speed control motor output, output ratio of motor in the vehicle before leaving the factory has been adjusted, which help to increase the riding continued mileage and exercise.8, after use, must close the electric door lock, remove the ignition key.9, Wolong brand electric bicycle with daily water resistance, rainy day driving on the water surface, the water depth should not exceed the electric bicycle controller and wheel center position, otherwise the motor or controller fault caused by water seepage may.10, the whole vehicle should be avoided in the air humidity, humidity and corrosive gas in place, so as not to make the metal parts of electroplating, paint surface chemical corrosion.11, the vehicle should avoid prolonged exposure to the sun and rain, so as to avoid damage to components in the controller, resulting in failure to operate, accidents.12, the controller construction complex, users should not be allowed to dismantle, repair.13, electric bicycles feel heavier when they go back. Normal riding heavier than ordinary bicycles, riding in the motor has a small amount of noise are normal.14, riding should not overload, should not put heavy goods and bringpeople, so as not to damage the battery, motor and controller.15, electric bicycle lubrication is an important part of maintaining electric bicycles. According to the use, the front axle, rear axle, center axle, flywheel, front fork and other rotating parts should be scrubbed and lubricated every six months to one year (recommended using molybdenum disulfide grease). Electric hub for free maintenance parts, users do not have to wash oil. Found unusual circumstances, to our company special repair points for maintenance. The fourth chapter is the adjustment method of productsFirst, the battery box installation, whether Ling series or long series of electric bicycles. Its design is different, the battery box placement position is different, but each electric bicycle has mechanical lock, locking battery box. When the battery is removed, recharge and return to the electric bike, remember to lock the battery box. Two, saddle adjustment 1, saddle height should be riding on the saddle, feet and ground contact is appropriate.2, adjust the saddle height, pay attention to the safety line on the saddle should not show. And note that the fastening torque of the saddle clamping nut and the saddle pipe clamping bolt is not less than 18N.m.Three, handlebar adjustment1, at the front of the handlebar. The two legs clamp the front wheels and the two hands grip the handlebars. Adjust the handlebar cross tube to the car body 90 degrees. Lock the handle and hang the bolt2, adjust the handle height, pay attention to the riser safety line should not show, and pay attention to hanging bolts and fastening bolts, torque is not less than 18N.mFour, cantilever brake adjustment 1, check the right brake handle, when the brake handle of the stroke of 1/2X, should achieve full braking.2. Loosen the screw on the brake wire holder and then pull or loosen the brake wire. On both sides of the brake block from the rim with an average distance of 1.5~2mm and then tighten the screws, adjusted repeatedly until reaching the standard requirements.Five, brake (brake) adjustment 1, check the left brake, when the brake handle travel up to 1/2X, should reach full braking.2. Turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise, then press the nut behind the adjusting screw clockwise. Secure. Forward adjusting screw, the brake is tight. If the brake has been transferred too tight, according to the reverse rotation adjustment screw and a fixing nut, can loosen the brake. Adjust repeatedly to standard requirements. Note that the adjusting screw extends from the right side of the bracket to no less than 4mm. If the above method is out of range, you can reset the adjusting screw and loosen the tightening screw, then pull orloosen the brake wire. Finally, tighten the screw and adjust the brake to the standard requirement.Six, adjust the chain of vehicle riding after a period of time, sometimes the chain will loose, the adjustment method is as follows: remove the plastic sheath on both sides of the rear axle, and the two locking nut is loose, if loose chain, with two adjustable chain nut clockwise adjustment on both sides, until the chain elastic moderate, pay attention to the regulation the same frame should ensure that the rear plane parallel, and finally the lock nut, mounted on a plastic protective sleeve can be. If the chain is tight. Adjust the adjusting nut counter clockwise according to the method of appeal and move the rear wheel slightly forward. If the user can not adjust, to the company special repair points to adjust.Seven, the main fastener torque indicator should periodically check the recommended adjustments, such as: the main fasteners and accessories fork lock nut, front and rear wheel, a saddle, handlebar, brake and other fasteners and accessories inspection and adjustment.Name fastening torque name fastening torqueSaddle front wheel is greater than or equal to 18N.m = 18N.mSaddle tube is larger than 18N.m rear wheel is greater than or equal to 30N.mThe riser is greater than or equal to 18N.m axis nut is greater thanor equal to 30N.mThe horizontal tube is larger than 18N.mThe fifth chapter, the correct use method of the four piecesA charger 1, Wolong brand electric bicycle equipped with electric bicycle charger, there are two main types of charger, a common charger, charging three stepcharging - constant current and constant voltage and floating charge; one is pulse charging charging mode, is the "gold combination" charger.2. The power battery of Wolong brand electric bicycle must be charged with the charger provided by the company. When charging, check the power supply voltage of the charger and match the local voltage.3, for the power supply voltage instability area (refers to the power grid fluctuations of more than + 10%), it is recommended to use AC voltage regulator, otherwise it is easy to cause the charger or the charger overload fuse.4, when the battery needs to be charged, it can be charged on the vehicle. It can also open the mechanical lock of the battery box on the vehicle, remove the battery box from the car and bring it to the place where the power is supplied.5, charging time. Insert the charging plug on the charger into the battery box or the charging socket of the vehicle, then plug the charger power plug into the AC power outlet,At this point, the charging indicator light is on, indicatingthat the charge is being completed, if the car charging, we must ensure that the car power switch closed. The light changes 6, the charger (such as: changed from red to green), said that the battery is sufficient, then the charger will be automatically transferred to the constant voltage charging state, under normal circumstances, according to the power consumption of battery charging time is not more than 12 hours, if more than 12 hours charging time, charging indicator light does not change, should be immediately stop charging, send special maintenance testing company.7, constant pressure in the floating state (such as: green indicator lights), even if the long time does not damage the battery charging.

面越近(大于最小距离) , 打印越深; 气压越高, 打印越深;
