一、船舶操纵基本术语及常识
进出港安全操作： 船舶进出港时，船长应在驾驶台、轮机长应在机舱亲自指
挥操作； 港内航行时，不得超过规定的航速；不做不必要的追越；
避免在弯曲和复杂水域会船；充分考虑风流对船位的影响， 做到应急制动快，停得住； 进出港时，应在指定VHF工作频道守听并加强与交通管理 部门、港口的联系，听从其指挥调度，并做好协调与他船 的避让措施； 进出港时一旦发生险情或事故，应设法使船舶摆脱危险、 减少损失、 做好相关记录， 及时报告当地 海事部门。
