As far as I am concerned, the pressure from jobs ranks the first .It is well-known that the population is becoming larger and larger, as a result, the number of college graduates is in the same trend .But we can not ignore the fact that jobs are not enough for us .Consequently ,we must meet the pressure from jobs. Along with the pressure from jobs,we are also faced with the economic pressure. On one hand, as we are students,so we do not have time to do enough part-time jobs to support ourselves .On the other hand,we have to turn to our parents for help .There are so many things that we can not ignore that we must face .Other kinds of pressure are as follows .Study, the love for our parents ,the marriage and so on.As we can notavoid the pressure, we have to adjust ourselves to the competitive society .The most important of all is that,we must have a good attitude to our daily life, to value, and to the world. At the same time, we should try to improve ourselves in different ways to adapt the society which is full of pressure .I have confidence in ourselves. We can finally conquer the world as long as we believe ourselves and have a bright attitude.学生压力英语作文篇篇2:College PressureI see two kinds of pressure working on college students today: economic pressure, parental pressure. It is easy to look around for rebels — to blame the colleges for charging too much money, the parents for pushing them too far. But there are no rebels, only victims. The pressure is heavy on students who just want to graduate and get a job. If I were an employer I would rather employ graduates who have this range and curiosity than those who narrowly pursued safe subjects and high grades. I know incalculable students whose inquiring minds cheer me. I like to hear the p lay of their ideas. I don’t know if they are getting A or C, and I don’t care. I also like them as people. The country needs them, and they will find satisfying jobs. I tell them to relax, but they can’t.Nor can I blame them. They live in a brutal economy. Today it is not unusual for a student, even if he works part time at college and full time during the summer, to increase to 5, 000 in loans after graduation.Encouraged at commencement to go forth into the world, he is already behind as he goes forth. How could he not feel under pressure throughout college to prepare for this day of reckoning?Along with economic pressure goes parental pressure. Inevitably, the two are deeply integrated.Poor students! They are caught in one of the oldest webs of love and duty and guilt. The parents mean well: they are trying to steer their sons and daughters toward a secure future. But the sons and daughters want to major in history or classics or philosophy—subjects with no “practical” value. Where’s the payoff on the hu manities? It’s not easy to persuade such lovingparents that the humanities do indeed pay off. The intellectual faculties developed by studying subjects like history and classics are just the faculties that make creative leaders in business or almost any general field.Luckily for me, most of them got into their field by an indirect route, to their surprise, after many roundabout ways. They can hardly conceive of a career that was not preplanned. They can hardly imagine allowing the hand of God or chance to nudge them down some unforeseen trail.学生压力英语作文篇篇3:大学生的压力College Students' study and life in face of the pressure of increasing. Secondly, we must learn to relax, in the study work properly recreational sports. At last but not least, we have to learn to talk when necessary by crying to ease the pressure, this is really a good method.大学生在学习和生活方面面临的压力越来越多。

大学生面临许多压力The Pressures on Collese Students英语作文篇1many college students say that they are facing so many pressures in their lives that they are on the go from morning till night. what, then, are the pressures on college students?there are generally three kinds of pressures on college students. the first pressure comes from the students themselves. in order to become top students and to win a scholarship, many students spend more time on studying but less time on recreation or rest.the second pressure stems from their peer groups. finding that their classmates are staying up late, many students will feel guilty if they do something else. they think the only way to overcome the fear of being left behind the others is to study even harder. the last pressure derives from the competition in finding a job after graduation. there is a sharp increase in the number of college graduates in job markets in recent years, making it hard for college students to find jobs. many students believe that the more knowledge they learn now at college, the more chance they will have in finding a job in the future on the job market.a certain amount of pressures is not necessarily a bad thing. it stimulates students to make continuous efforts with their studies. however, too much pressure is certainly harmful toone’s well being. college students ought to come to terms with themselves and the world around them. moreover, they ought to learn how to relieve themselves of unnecessary pressures in their daily lives.大学生面临许多压力The Pressures on Collese Students英语作文篇2with the fast are pace of modern life, more and more people are living under great pressure. some people are afraid of pressure. they think that the stresses and strains of work deprive them of joy and happiness. in their view, stress does harm to them both physically and mentally. that is why they prefer something less competitive and strenuous to something more demanding and challenging. others argue that stress isn’t as bad as it often supposed to be. unless it is overwhelming, a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and stimulation. with out stress, you may slack off and idle away your time. it gives purpose and meaning to an otherwise meaningless, dull life. people under stress tend to bring their potential into full play and to realize their goals. in my opinion, we shouldn’t escape from stress but to face it as it is. what we can do is to adapt to the stress and to profit from it rather than to avoid it. 大学生面临许多压力The Pressures on Collese Students英语作文篇3with the fast are pace of modern life, more and more people are living under great pressure. some people are afraid of pressure. they think that the stresses and strains of work deprive them of joy and happiness. in their view, stress does harm to them both physically and mentally. that is why they prefer something less competitive and strenuous to something more demanding and challenging. others argue that stress isn’t asbad as it often supposed to be. unless it is overwhelming, a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and stimulation. with out stress, you may slack off and idle away your time. it gives purpose and meaning to an otherwise meaningless, dull life. people under stress tend to bring their potential into full play and to realize their goals. in my opinion, we shouldn’t escape from stress but to face it as it is. what we can do is to adapt to the stress and to profit from it rather than to avoid it.178 大学生面临许多压力The Pressures on Collese Students英语作文篇4How can high school students relax under the pressure from school? As we all know the high school curriculum is becoming increasingly tight-scheduled and pressuring. 学生的压力英语作文Being a student can be really stressful. There's just so much pressure to do well in school, to get good grades, to excel in extracurricular activities, and to plan for the future. It feels like there's always something hanging over your head, whether it's a big test, a project deadline, or the looming specter of college applications. It's not just the academic pressure that gets to you, though. There's also the social aspect of being a student. There's the pressure to fit in, to make friends, to navigate the complicated world of relationships and social dynamics. It can be exhausting trying to keep up with everyone else and maintain a social life while also trying to stay on top of your schoolwork. And then there's the pressure from family. They want you to succeed, to make them proud, to live up to their expectations. It can feel like a lot of weight on your shoulders, knowing that your family is counting on you todo well and make something of yourself.Sometimes it feels like there's just no escape from the pressure. It's always there, lurking in the background, waiting to pounce on you when you least expect it. It can be overwhelming, and it's easy to feel like you're drowning in it.But despite all the pressure, being a student also has its moments of joy and fulfillment. There are times when you feel like you're on top of the world, when you ace a test or win a game or get a compliment from a teacher. Those moments make it all worth it, and they remind you why you keep pushing yourself to do better. So yes, being a student is stressful. But it's also rewarding, and it's a time in your life when you're learning and growing and becoming the person you're meant to be. And in the end, that makes it all worth it.。

Pressure comes from all around: from the heavy load of learning, from the fierce competition, from teachers, and from parents. Pressure may affect our studies if there’s too much of it. However, if taken positively, a certain amount of pressure may help push us ahead. Whenever I find there’s too much pressure, I choose to work out or listen to some light music, which seems to be quite effective. There are many approaches to getting oneself relieved when pressure accumulates. I strongly recommend that when you feel much too stressed, you stop whatever you are doing, get out into the open, take a deep breath, and start thinking of something positive.。

But according to a psychologist, on a day-to-day basis, stress may result from the small things: taking an exam, waiting in line, and having too many things to do in a limited time.We all need stress to add flavor, challenge, and opportunity to life, but too much stress can seriously affect our physical and mental well-being, It reduces the body's immunity and harms the brain, If the stress lasts a long time, it may cause physical illness, insomnia, headaches, backaches, ulcers, high blood pressure-even heart disease. When stress does occur, it's important to recognize and deal with it. And it seems that there is hardly any way to avoid it or get rid of it. Moreover, as the pace of modern life continues to quicken, pressure seems to on the increase all the time. The problem lies in how one can cope with stress coming from work and competition. In my opinion, we should first of all plan nour work an d life in a rational way. Don’t set too high a goal beyond one’s own capacity. Besides, we should learn to regulate ourselves and find right outlets to relieve pressure. The best way is to relax ourselves by engaging in sports, parties and tours.如画所描述,一位年人在大声尖叫,说他再也不堪沉重的工作压力和激烈竞争的压力。
八下英语关于学生压力的英语作文
八下英语关于学生压力的英语作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1Student Stress: A Day in My LifeHi there! My name is Alex and I'm a 12-year-old student in primary school. I've been asked to write about the stresses that students like me face on a daily basis. To be honest, being a kid today is no easy feat! We have to juggle so many things – school, extracurricular activities, homework, family time, and trying to have a social life. It can get overwhelming at times, but I'll do my best to walk you through a typical day in my life. The Crack of DawnMy day starts at the ungodly hour of 6 AM. The shrill sound of my alarm rudely jolts me awake from my blissful slumber. I groggily get ready for school, sluggishly going through the motions of brushing my teeth, getting dressed, and packing my bag. The mornings are always a rushed affair, with my mom frantically reminding me not to forget my homework, lunch box, or water bottle. I try my best to be an early bird, but the truth is, I'm a night owl at heart! The School Day SagaAfter a hurried breakfast, I hop on the school bus and brace myself for the day ahead. School itself is a whirlwind of activities – lessons, tests, quizzes, and trying to stay focused amidst the chaos. It's like navigating a minefield of information overload! Just when I think I've grasped a concept, the teacher moves on to the next topic, leaving me scrambling to catch up.Then there's the social aspect of school. Trying to fit in, make friends, and not get bullied is a whole other challenge. It's like walking a tightrope, trying to balance academic pressures with social acceptance. And don't even get me started on the dreaded group projects! Coordinating schedules and dealing with differing work ethics can be a real headache. The After-School HustleIf the regular school day wasn't enough, there's thenever-ending parade of extracurricular activities. From soccer practice to piano lessons, my afternoons are a blur of rushing from one place to the next. And let's not forget the mountain of homework that awaits me when I finally get home. It's like climbing Mount Everest, but with math equations and book reports instead of ice picks and oxygen tanks.By the time I've finished my homework, it's already bedtime. But even then, the worries and anxieties about upcoming tests, projects, and social drama swirl in my mind, making it hard to fall asleep. It's like a never-ending cycle of stress and exhaustion. The Parental Pressure CookerTo make matters worse, there's the constant pressure from parents and teachers to excel academically. It's like living in a pressure cooker, with everyone expecting me to be the next Einstein or Picasso. Don't get me wrong, I love my parents and teachers, but sometimes the expectations can be overwhelming. The Coping MechanismsSo, how do I cope with all this stress? Well, I try to find little pockets of joy wherever I can. Whether it's hanging out with friends, playing video games, or simply curling up with a good book, these small escapes help me recharge and regain my sanity.I've also learned the importance of time management and prioritization. By carefully planning my schedule and tackling tasks in order of importance, I can stay on top of my workload without feeling too overwhelmed. The Light at the End of the TunnelDespite all the challenges and stresses, I try to remind myself that this is just a phase. One day, I'll look back on these years with a mix of nostalgia and relief. For now, I'll keep pushing forward, taking each day as it comes, and cherishing the small victories along the way.So, there you have it – a glimpse into the hectic life of a modern-day primary school student. It's a whirlwind of academic pressures, social anxieties, and extracurricular commitments, but we're a resilient bunch. With a little bit of determination, time management, and a whole lot of coffee (or hot chocolate, in my case), we'll make it through to the other side, stronger and wiser for the experience.Hang in there, fellow students! We've got this!篇2Student Stress: The Struggle is RealHey there! My name is Jamie and I'm a fifth-grader at Oakwood Elementary School. Today, I want to talk to you about something that's been weighing pretty heavily on my mind lately – student stress. As kids, we're supposed to be carefree and happy, right? Well, let me tell you, that's not always the case. Thepressure we face in school can be overwhelming, and it's taking a toll on many of us.First off, let's talk about the workload. It seems like every day, we're assigned a mountain of homework, projects, and tests to prepare for. Don't get me wrong, I understand the importance of learning and working hard, but sometimes it feels like too much. We're just kids, after all! Between math worksheets, book reports, science experiments, and everything else, it's hard to find time to just be a kid and have fun. Then there's the pressure to perform well academically. From a young age, we're taught that good grades are crucial for getting into a good college and eventually landing a great job. While that may be true, it puts a lot of weight on our little shoulders. I know plenty of kids who stress themselves out to the point of physical illness, all because they're terrified of getting a B or (gasp!) a C on a test.Speaking of tests, let's not forget about the dreaded standardized tests we have to take every year. Talk about stress! These high-stakes exams determine so much, from our academic standing to the funding our schools receive. It's a lot of pressure for a 10-year-old to handle. I remember feeling physically sickbefore taking the state test last year, worried that if I didn't do well, it would reflect poorly on me and my school.Aside from academics, there are also social pressures that can contribute to student stress. Fitting in, making friends, and dealing with bullies are all real challenges we face on a daily basis. It's not easy being a kid these days, especially with the added pressures of social media and cyberbullying. All of this stress can take a serious toll on our mental and physical health. I've seen classmates struggle with anxiety, depression, and even physical symptoms like headaches and stomachaches due to the overwhelming pressure they're under. It's not right, and it's not fair to put so much on young kids who are still learning and growing. Now, don't get me wrong – I'm not trying to make excuses or say that we shouldn't have to work hard. Education is important, and I know that we need to put in effort to succeed. But there has to be a better balance. We need more support, more understanding, and more resources to help us cope with the immense pressure we face.Maybe schools could offer more counseling services or stress management programs. Or perhaps we could have more breaks and opportunities for physical activity throughout the dayto help us decompress. I also think it's important for parents and teachers to be more aware of the signs of student stress and to create a supportive, low-pressure environment for us to learn and grow.At the end of the day, we're just kids. We should be enjoying our childhood, making memories, and learning in a healthy, balanced way. The stress we face is very real, and it's time for adults to start taking it seriously. We need your help to find a way to ease the pressure and make school a more positive, nurturing experience for all students. So, there you have it – my thoughts on student stress, straight from the mouth of a 10-year-old. I hope this has given you a glimpse into the struggles many of us face on a daily basis. Let's work together to create a better, less stressful environment for kids to learn and thrive. We've got this!篇3Student Stress: A Heavy Burden on Little ShouldersBeing a student is not easy, especially in today's world where expectations seem higher than ever before. As a primary school kid, I often find myself overwhelmed with homework, extracurricular activities, and the constant pressure to excel inevery aspect of my life. It's like carrying a backpack full of rocks, weighing me down and making it hard to enjoy the simple pleasures of childhood. One of the biggest sources of stress for me is thenever-ending pile of homework. Every day, I come home from school with a mountain of worksheets, projects, and assignments that need to be completed by the next day. It's like anever-ending cycle of work, work, and more work. Sometimes, I find myself staying up late into the night, trying to finish everything, only to wake up exhausted and dreading the day ahead. But homework isn't the only thing that's stressing me out. There's also the constant pressure to perform well in exams and tests. From a young age, we're taught that good grades are the key to success, and anything less than an A is considered a failure. It's like we're constantly being judged and evaluated, and our worth is determined by a number on a report card. Then there are the extracurricular activities. These days, it's not enough to just do well in school – we're expected to be well-rounded individuals with a multitude of talents and interests. So, on top of our academic responsibilities, we're also expected to participate in sports, music lessons, art classes, and a wholehost of other activities. It's like we're being stretched in a million different directions, and it's impossible to keep up.And let's not forget about the social pressures of being a kid. We're constantly bombarded with messages from the media, our peers, and even our own families about what it means to be "cool" or "popular." It's like we're expected to conform to a certain mold, and if we don't, we're somehow seen as outcasts or failures. All of these pressures can take a serious toll on our mental and physical health. I've seen so many of my friends struggle with anxiety, depression, and even burnout because of the overwhelming stress they're under. It's like we're being forced to grow up too fast, and we're losing sight of what it means to be a kid.But it doesn't have to be this way. As a society, we need to start prioritizing the well-being of our children and creating an environment that fosters growth, creativity, and happiness, rather than stress and anxiety. For starters, we need to rethink the way we approach education. Instead of focusing solely on test scores and grades, we should be encouraging our kids to explore their passions andinterests, and to develop a love for learning that goes beyond just memorizing facts and figures. We also need to be more mindful of the pressures we're putting on our kids. Instead of signing them up for every extracurricular activity under the sun, we should be encouraging them to find a healthy balance between work and play. And instead of constantly comparing them to their peers or holding them to unrealistic standards, we should be celebrating their unique strengths and helping them to develop a strong sense of self-worth and confidence. And finally, we need to start talking about mental health and stress management from a young age. Instead of dismissing our kids' feelings or telling them to "toughen up," we should be teaching them healthy coping mechanisms and encouraging them to seek help when they need it.At the end of the day, being a kid is hard enough without all the added pressures and expectations that we're placing on our children. It's time for us to start prioritizing their well-being and creating an environment that fosters growth, creativity, and happiness, rather than stress and anxiety. Because every child deserves to enjoy the carefree, joyful days of childhood – without the heavy burden of stress weighing them down.篇4Too Much Pressure! The Struggles of a StudentSchool is supposed to be a happy place where kids can learn, make friends, and have fun. But for me and a lot of my classmates, it doesn't always feel that way. There is so much pressure on us to do well, get good grades, and be the best. It can be really stressful and overwhelming at times.I wake up every morning feeling anxious about all the things I have to do that day - homework, tests, projects, after-school activities. My schedule is totally packed from the moment I wake up until I finally collapse into bed at night, exhausted. I barely have any free time to just relax and be a kid.In class, the teachers are always pushing us to work harder and do better. They give us so much homework that I spend hours every night struggling to get it all done. And if I don't understand something, I get even more anxious because I'm scared I'll fall behind. The pressure to keep up is intense. Then there are the tests. Oh man, I dread test days! All that cramming and stress leading up to it. Sitting at my desk, palms sweating, trying my best to recall all the information I've had to memorize. If I do poorly, I worry my parents will be disappointedin me. The thought of getting a bad grade gives me so much anxiety. My parents definitely add to the pressure too. They are always pushing me to get straight A's and be at the top of my class. Sometimes it feels like my entire self-worth is tied to my academic performance. If I get anything less than an A, they act deeply disappointed and question why I didn't work harder. It makes me feel like a failure. They also sign me up for so many extracurricular activities - music lessons, sports teams, academic clubs. While those things can be fun, it's also a lot to juggle on top of my already heavy school workload. There's so much crammed into my schedule that I never have any downtime. I'm just going going going from one thing to the next without any breaks. What's even worse is seeing all my friends and classmates struggling with the same stresses that I am. We're just kids, but we're made to feel like our entire future depends on how well we do in elementary school. That's an incredibly heavy burden to bear at our age.I've seen friends have breakdowns, crying from anxiety and overwhelm. Some of them stay up late every night, sacrificing sleep to try to stay on top of it all. Even straight-A students feelburned out and like they can never measure up to the impossibly high standards. It makes me sad because being a kid is supposed to be a fun, carefree time. But instead, so many of us are weighed down by extreme academic pressure. We miss out on just being able to enjoy our childhoods and all the joys of that age.Sometimes I wish I could just be a normal kid who doesn't have to worry so much about grades, tests, and impressing adults. I want to play outside, use my imagination, and not have a care in the world. That's what being young is supposed to be about, isn't it?Instead, I spend so much of my time stressed out, anxious about the future, and feeling like I'm never good enough no matter how hard I try. I worry about disappointing my parents and teachers. I'm scared I'll fall behind my peers or not get into a good college someday. These are very adult worries that no child should have to grapple with.I know school is important and education matters. And I actually do enjoy learning new things. But the extreme pressure and overwhelming workload make it hard for me to enjoy being a student. It robs me of the joys of childhood and turns every day into a stressful slog.I wish there was more of a balance. Yes, let's work hard and do our best. But let's also have reasonable expectations and not crush little kids under the weight of so much academic pressure. We're just young students trying to navigate this world. We deserve to have at least some carefree, happy moments during our childhoods. Moments where we can be kids, not overachieving workhorses. So to all the parents, teachers, and adults out there - please try to ease up on the intense pressure you put on us students, especially those of us still in elementary school. We're just little kids and our brains can only take so much. Give us a chance to actually enjoy our childhoods before they're gone forever. We'll work hard, but let's bring back some balance and joy too. A little breathing room would make all the difference in the world.篇5Pressure, Pressure Everywhere!School is supposed to be fun and a place to learn new things, but sometimes it feels like there's just too much pressure. Between homework, tests, extracurricular activities, and trying to be a good friend, it can get really overwhelming. Let me tell you about all the pressure us kids face these days. The biggest source of pressure is definitely homework and tests. Teachers just pile it on every single day! I'll get home from school and immediately have to start on assignments for math, science, English, and more. Sometimes I'm working until bedtime trying to get it all finished. And we can't forget about those huge tests that determine if we move up a grade or not. The pressure to do well is intense! Then there are extracurricular activities that take up even more time after school. My parents signed me up for soccer, art class, and coding club because they say it "looks good for college." I enjoy those things, but it's a lot when combined with mounds of homework. There's so little free time to just be a kid and play.Speaking of being a kid, there's also social pressure from classmates about friend groups, fashion, technology, and all that. You have to have the coolest sneakers, latest games, and be part of the popular crowd. If you don't, kids can be really mean and make fun of you. The fear of being bullied or left out weighs a lot on our minds. On top of everything, parents also put crazy pressure on us to get perfect grades. My mom constantly nags me about turning in assignments and studying hard. She's already talkingabout how important middle school will be to get into a great high school, which then leads to an elite college. Sorry, but I'm only 10 years old! Why do I need to worry about college already?I try my best, but all this pressure is really hard. Sometimes I crack under the stress and get anxiety about failing or letting people down. Other times, I shut down because it feels like too much to handle. I've seen some friends have meltdowns or become depressed from all the intensity surrounding school and growing up these days. It's just a lot for a kid to go through. What happened to just having a relatively chill childhood? You know, going to school, learning, playing outside with friends when you got home, and not much else. Now it's this constant rat race to be the most accomplished student. We're overloaded with tasks from absolutely every angle at such a young age.I'm just a kid after all. I love learning new things, but there needs to be balance. School should be a fun place, not one that makes students so intensely stressed and miserable. I wish there was a way to get a break from the crazy pressure surrounding academics, activities, social life, technology, getting into college, becoming a successful adult, and all that grown-up stuff. For now though, the pressure rages on from teachers, parents, peers, and ourselves. I'll keep grinding away on thatnever-ending mountain of homework, hoping I have what it takes to survive the stresses of elementary school. Just don't be too surprised if someday you find me having an existential crisis about why I even bother since the pressure will never stop. Until then, I'm off to soccer practice!篇6Title: The Weight on Our ShouldersSchool has always been a big part of our lives, but in recent years, it feels like the pressure keeps piling on higher and higher. From the moment we wake up until we finally crawl into bed at night, we're constantly bombarded with assignments, tests, extracurricular activities, and expectations from our parents, teachers, and even ourselves. The never-ending cycle of homework is one of the biggest sources of stress for many of us. It's not uncommon for us to have hours of work to complete every night, even on weekends. Math problems, book reports, science projects – the list goes on and on. And let's not forget about the dreaded standardized tests that seem to dictate our entire academic futures. It's like we're constantly being evaluated and judged based on our performance in school. Good grades are praised, whileanything less is met with disappointment and lectures about not living up to our full potential. The pressure to excel academically is overwhelming, and it often feels like our worth is solely determined by a number or letter grade. On top of that, many of us are expected to participate in extracurricular activities, whether it's sports, music, art, or clubs. While these activities can be enjoyable and help us develop new skills, they also add to our already packed schedules. Juggling schoolwork with practice sessions, games, and performances can be a real challenge, and it's easy to feel like we're being pulled in a million different directions. And let's not forget about the social pressure we face, too. Fitting in with our peers, dealing with bullying or popularity contests, and navigating the complex world of friendships and relationships can be incredibly stressful for kids our age. It's like we're constantly expected to have it all together, even whenwe're still trying to figure out who we are and where we belong. The mental and emotional toll of all this pressure can be immense. Some of us experience anxiety, depression, or even physical symptoms like headaches or stomach aches due to the stress. We might have trouble sleeping or lose our appetite, which only makes it harder to perform well in school and other areas of our lives. It's important to remember that we're still just kids, and our childhoods are supposed to be filled with play, exploration, and wonder – not constant stress and pressure. While it's important to work hard and strive for excellence, it's equally important to take breaks, pursue our interests, and simply enjoy being kids.We need support from our parents, teachers, and other adults in our lives. They should encourage us to do our best, but also remind us that our worth isn't solely defined by our grades or achievements. We need them to listen to our concerns, validate our feelings, and help us find healthy ways to manage the pressure we're facing. At the end of the day, we're still learning and growing, and mistakes are a natural part of that process. We shouldn't be expected to have everything figured out or to achieve perfection in every aspect of our lives. We're human beings, not robots, and we deserve the freedom to explore, create, and simply be kids without the weight of the world on our shoulders.。

有关学生压力的英语作文(2)学生压力英语作文篇篇4:Pressure may not be the source of power for studentsNowadays, students are facing much pressure than ever before. The explosion of knowledge as well as the population, are throwing great pressure on most students. Throughout our school lives, we are facing the same issue----pressure, which might vary in degree in different periods. When a child begins to go to school, he is likely to get comparison. Ranking is essential to students, even in kindergarten. Kids are learning all kinds of things, which seems to be a competition between different families. However, the so-called all-round development is robbing children’s freedom and put great pressure on them . I know a little girl who always gets nearly full score in English but is still forced to have many lessons during the holiday. She once ended her composit ion with “what a happy Saturday!” But I knew she wasn’t really happy. She had been taught to wrote in that way. I can’t imagine how many kids are living their school lives like this, but I am sure she couldn’t be the only one. Little time for fun she may h ave, she’s not lonely in the big city, as a busy bee. While in some poor areas, students are also studying under great pressure. “Knowledge can change the destiny of a family!” They are taught to study hard the first year in shool. As they grow up, they are taught that entering a good university means a bright future. But for the bright future, they have to face great pressure, from the school, the society, their classmates and parents. They are taught not to be satisfied with what they achieve, because the y can’t imagine how outstanding thosechildren in big cities are. “Time is the only thingyou can use to make up our shortage or resources.” “If you don’t push yourself, you will never know how excellent you are.” Some students can make good use of pressure, while others have mental problems. The great pressure stop some from focus on study. They don’t have confidence in themselves and become negative. When the pressure is more than they can stand, sinking, depression, and even suicide arise. Most students find university lives quite different from what they have expect. Universities are not heaven but another big challenge in students’ lives. “Only when I entered university did I begin to miss my Middle school life.” This is the voice of some students. All the pressure we faced in high school is following us, which is even greater. Besides that, we have to consider more about our future. We gradually realized that a good university doesn’t mean a good employment, which doesn’t indicate a bright and happy fut ure, either. Poverty and the lack of social experience may deprive a student’s confidence. If university students fail to face the pressure properly, Many students ,younger or older, living in big cities or in the villages, are facing great pressure. We ca n’t change the reality, the fierce competition and the explosive population in a short time, so we must learn to adjust ourselves and change pressure into power.学生压力英语作文篇篇5:Graduates’ pressure in finding jobs Nowadays, more and more university graduates complain that graduation does not equate to employment. They experience great difficulties finding satisfactory jobs. What is the cause of this phenomenon In my opinion, there are four causes:First, graduates lack experience. They spend most of their time at school studying academic subjects and lack relevant job training. Only after graduation do they realize it’s hard to find jobs.Second, competition among graduates grows more bitter and more bitter and bitter. The supply of university graduates exceeds social demand. This results in a decreased chance for any individual graduate to find a job.Third, some students don’t study hard. Some of them skip classes just because they have no interest in certain subjects. Some play computer games or pursue other interests. Some sleep in class or in the library. Then they leave the sheltered environment of the university campus, to discover they don’t have adequate knowledge to apply for many positions, which makes them feel lost and frustrated. Finally, some graduates are conceited. They lack experience but ask for a high salary, which is impractical. So, university students should try their best to change this situation. When they are in school, they should make the most of their time and put their heart into their studies. They can hold part-time jobs in their spare time to accumulate relevant work experience. They should take part in some social activities and provide themselves with special training, if possible. When they graduate and apply for jobs, they should attach more importance to accumulating experience than to their starting salary. On University Students’ Pressure in Finding Jobs About a decade ago, university students could find satisfactory and enviable jobs after their graduation. But now, things are different. Todays university students usually have much pressure in finding fairly good jobs. Theyalways say disappointedly that graduation means joblessness. Why nowadays university students have so much pressure in finding jobs? In my opinion, this kind of pressure is mainly caused by three reasons. Firstly, the government is enrolling more and more university students year by year. And the growth of the students number has surpassed that of the need of the society. So, when so many students graduate at a time, the chance of finding jobs becomes tiny. Secondly, todays university students, most of them are the only-child, who are more mentally frail. Since they are indulged greatly at home and havent been trained to do things on their own, once it is their turn to go out of the campus and find jobs by themselves and decide what kind of jobs to choose, they feel bewil dered and dont know what to do. If their first try fails, they will be frustrated and think that it is really hard to find jobs. Thirdly, some university students are not qualified for good and challenging jobs. After entering the university, they dont study as hard as they did in high schools. They begin to sleep during the class or even be absent for classes. Some are addicted to computer games or Jin Yongs novels, or step into the two-person-world too early. Because these things have taken up so much of their time and energy, their study is neglected. After four years of university life, they havent gained the knowledge those fairly good jobs or certain positions require.毕业生找工作的压力当今,越来越多的大学毕业生抱怨说,毕业并不等于就业。
学生们面临压力英文作文
学生们面临压力英文作文英文:As a student, I can say that facing pressure is something that we all have to deal with. Whether it's the pressure to get good grades, the pressure to fit in with our peers, or the pressure to make our parents proud, it can all be overwhelming. But how do we cope with this pressure? One way that I deal with pressure is by setting realistic goals for myself. For example, instead of trying to get straight A's in all of my classes, I focus on doing my best and improving my grades each semester. This takes some of the pressure off and allows me to feel more in control of my academic success.Another way that I cope with pressure is by talking to someone about it. Whether it's a friend, family member, or counselor, having someone to talk to can be incrediblyhelpful. They can provide support and guidance, and sometimes just having someone to listen can make a big difference. Finally, I try to take care of myself both physically and mentally. This means getting enough sleep, eating healthy foods, and finding ways to relax and de-stress. For me, this might mean going for a run, reading a book, or practicing yoga.中文:作为一名学生,我可以说面对压力是我们都必须面对的。
孩子们的学业压力英语作文
孩子们的学业压力英语作文1. Well, I think one of the biggest issues withchildren's academic pressure these days is the intense competition. Everyone is constantly comparing themselves to others and striving to be the best. It's like a never-ending race to get the highest grades, the most extracurricular activities, and the most prestigious university acceptance.2. Another factor that contributes to the pressure is the high expectations from parents and teachers. They often have this belief that success in academics equals success in life. So, they push their children to excel in every subject and participate in numerous activities, thinking it will guarantee a bright future.3. Additionally, the education system itself plays a role in increasing the stress levels. The focus isprimarily on exams and test scores, rather than fostering a love for learning. This creates a constant cycle ofstudying for exams, memorizing information, and regurgitating it on paper, without really understanding the concepts.4. Social media also adds to the pressure. Seeing other kids posting about their achievements and accomplishments can make children feel inadequate and increase their anxiety about not measuring up. It creates this constant need to prove themselves and seek validation from others.5. Furthermore, the lack of balance between academics and other aspects of life can be overwhelming. Children often have little time for hobbies, sports, or simply relaxing and enjoying their childhood. This imbalance can lead to burnout and mental health issues.6. Lastly, the fear of failure is a significant source of stress for many children. They are afraid of disappointing their parents, teachers, and themselves. This fear can be paralyzing and prevent them from taking risks or exploring their true passions. In conclusion, children's academic pressure is a complex issue with multiple factors contributing to it. The intense competition, high expectations, exam-focused education system, social media influence, lack of balance, and fear of failure all play a role in creating this overwhelming pressure. It's crucial for parents, teachers, and policymakers to address these issues and create a more supportive and holistic learning environment for children.。

This pressure comes from a variety of sources and can have a significant impact on the mental and physical well-being of students. In this essay, I will discuss some of the main causes of students' study pressure. One of the primary reasons for students' study pressure is the heavy workload they are expected to handle. With the increasing competitiveness in the job market, students are often required to take on a large number of courses and extracurricular activities in order to stand out from their peers. This can lead to long hours of studying and little time for relaxation or personal interests, causing students to feel overwhelmed and stressed.Another major cause of study pressure is the high expectations placed on students by their parents and teachers. In many cultures, academic success is seen as a measure of a student's worth, and students are constantly pushed to excel intheir studies. This can create a sense of anxiety and fear of failure, leading to increased levels of stress and pressure.Social media and technology also play a role in increasing students' study pressure. With the constant stream of information and distractions available online, students can easily become overloaded with information and struggle to focus on their studies. This can lead to feelings of inadequacy andself-doubt, as students compare themselves to their peers and feel pressure to keep up with the latest trends and developments. Finally, the lack of support and resources available to students can also contribute to their study pressure. Many students do not have access to adequate study materials or support from teachers and staff, making it difficult for them to succeed academically. This lack of support can lead to feelings of isolation and frustration, further increasing students' stress and anxiety. In conclusion, students' study pressure is a complex issue that is influenced by a variety of factors. By recognizing and addressing the main causes of study pressure, we can help students to better cope with the demands of academic life and achieve success in their studies. There is a widespread belief that academic success is the key to a bright future and a better life. As a result, students are constantly pushed to perform well in their studies, leading to a tremendous amount of pressure.Secondly, the competitive nature of the education system also contributes to the high levels of pressure experienced by students. With limited spaces in top universities and a high demand for jobs that require a strong educational background, students feel the need to constantly strive for excellence in order to stand out from their peers.Additionally, the heavy workload and high expectations from schools and teachers can be overwhelming for students. With apacked schedule of classes, homework, exams, and extracurricular activities, students often find themselves struggling to keep up with the demands placed upon them.Furthermore, social media and societal pressures can also add to the stress that students experience. The constant comparison to their peers on social media platforms can create feelings of inadequacy and lower self-esteem, further increasing the pressure to succeed academically. In conclusion, the main causes of student learning pressure stem from societal expectations, competition, workload, and social pressures. It is important for parents, educators, and policymakers to address these issues and provide support systems for students to help them cope with the challenges of academic life. By creating a more balanced and nurturing environment for students, we can help alleviate the burden of learning pressure and promote a healthier approach to education.篇3The Main Causes of Students' Study PressureIn today's society, students are facing increasing academic pressure. Many factors contribute to this pressure, which canhave negative effects on their physical and mental health. In this essay, we will explore the main reasons for students' study pressure and discuss some possible solutions. One of the primary causes of students' study pressure is the high expectations placed on them by parents, teachers, and society. In many cultures, academic success is seen as the key to a bright future, leading to a relentless pursuit of high grades and achievements. This pressure can be overwhelming for students, as they feel they must constantly prove themselves to others.Another factor that contributes to students' study pressure is the competitive nature of the education system. The emphasis on standardized testing and ranking students based on their grades can create a sense of competition among peers, leading to feelings of inadequacy and anxiety. Students may feel like they are constantly being judged and compared to others, which can add to their stress levels.Additionally, the sheer amount of schoolwork and extracurricular activities that students are expected to balance can be a major source of pressure. Many students juggle multiple assignments, projects, and commitments, leaving them with little time for relaxation or self-care. This constant busynesscan lead to feelings of burnout and exhaustion, making it difficult for students to perform at their best academically.Furthermore, social media and the internet have also played a role in increasing students' study pressure. Constant access to information and communication can make students feel like they need to be constantly connected and productive. The fear of missing out or falling behind can drive students to spend excessive amounts of time studying and working, which can negatively impact their mental health. To address the issue of students' study pressure, it is important for parents, teachers, and society as a whole to shift their mindset about success and achievement. Instead of focusing solely on grades and test scores, the emphasis should be on holistic growth and development. Encouraging students to pursue their passions and interests, rather than just chasing after accolades, can help alleviate some of the pressure they feel.Schools can also play a role in reducing students' study pressure by implementing more flexible and personalized learning opportunities. Providing students with choices and autonomy in their education can help them feel more engaged and motivated to learn. Additionally, promoting a culture ofcollaboration and support, rather than competition, can create a more positive and inclusive learning environment. In conclusion, the main causes of students' study pressure stem from societal expectations, academic competition, heavy workloads, and constant connectivity. 导致学生压力太大英语作文Title: The Burden of Academic Pressure on Students。
In today's educational landscape, the burden of academic pressure weighs heavily on students, often leading to detrimental effects on their mental and physical well-being. This phenomenon is particularly evident in the realm of English education, where students face a myriad of challenges that contribute to their overwhelming stress levels.First and foremost, the relentless pursuit of academic excellence places immense pressure on students to perform exceptionally well in English. In many educational systems, proficiency in English is not just a skill but a prerequisite for success in various academic and professional endeavors. As a result, students feel compelled to excel in English exams, essays, and presentations to meet the stringent standards set by educational institutions and society at large. Moreover, the competitive nature of academic environments exacerbates the stress experienced by students. In an era where academic achievements are often equatedwith personal worth, students constantly find themselves comparing their performance to that of their peers. Thefear of falling behind or not measuring up to expectations creates a pervasive sense of anxiety and inadequacy among students, further intensifying their academic pressure.Furthermore, the growing emphasis on standardizedtesting adds another layer of stress to students' academic journey. High-stakes exams, such as the TOEFL, IELTS, or SAT, not only assess students' English proficiency but also determine their future academic prospects. The pressure to excel in these exams looms large, leading students todevote countless hours to test preparation at the expenseof their overall well-being.In addition to external factors, internal pressuresalso contribute significantly to students' stress levels. Many students harbor self-imposed expectations ofperfection, driven by a desire to meet the lofty standards they set for themselves or fulfill the expectations oftheir parents and teachers. This constant pursuit of perfection creates a cycle of stress and burnout, as students push themselves to the brink in pursuit of unattainable ideals. Moreover, the lack of adequate support systems exacerbates the problem of academic pressure on students. In some educational settings, students may feel isolated or overwhelmed by the demands placed on them, with limited access to resources or guidance to navigate the challenges they face. Without proper support networks in place, students may struggle to cope with the rigors of academic life, leading to heightened stress and anxiety. The consequences of excessive academic pressure on students are far-reaching and profound. Beyond the immediate impact on mental and physical health, prolonged exposure to high levels of stress can hinder students' overall academic performance and hinder their ability to reach their full potential. Moreover, the toll of academicpressure extends beyond the classroom, affecting students' relationships, interests, and sense of self-worth.In conclusion, the burden of academic pressure on students, particularly in the realm of English education, is a pervasive issue that demands attention and action. By acknowledging the various factors contributing to students' stress and implementing measures to alleviate their academic pressure, we can create a more supportive and nurturing educational environment where students can thrive both academically and personally. Second, students' spare time is occupied by various training classes. Many parents wish their children to be versatile, so they send them to learn drawing, dancing, singging, playing the piano, and so on, which bring a lot of burden to the students. Third, students have to face the ranking. Ranking system is applied nearly by every Chinese school, which is a way for the teachers to measure the learning quality of students. However, the ranking system makes students nervous, and in order to get a better result, they have to work harder and harder. If the result is unsatisfied, the students probably wil be abused by parents. All in all, nowadays students are under great stress, which casts shadow on their childhood and even adolescence. Therefore, as far as I am concerned, we should give students more spare time, to enjoy life, to have closer touch to the nature, and to spend more time to play and communicate with their peers and parents.初中生压力的英语作文篇2Stress comes in all shapes and size, and has become pervasive, it seems to penetrate everything and everybody, it'shard to get through a day without hearing or reading something about stress. Some doctors refer to stress as some kind of new plague天灾, 灾害, 祸患. However, numerous surveys confirm that the problem has progressively risen since the 1980s. Why all the disorder? After all, stress has been around since Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden. Stress is an unavoidable consequence of life. Without stress, there would be no life. Pressure may not be the source of power for students
Nowadays, students are facing much pressure than ever before.
She once ended her composition with “what a happy Saturday!” But I knew she wasn’t really happy. She had been taught to wrote in that way. I can’t imagine how many kids are living their school lives like this, but I am sure she couldn’t be the only one. Little time for fun she may have, she’s not lonely in the big city, as a busy bee.
While in some poor areas, students are also studying under great pressure. “Knowledge can change the destiny of a family!” They are t aught to study hard the first year in shool. As they grow up, they are taught that entering a good university means a bright future. But for the bright future, they have to face great pressure, from the school, the society, their classmates and parents. They are taught not to be satisfied with what they achieve, because they can’t imagine how outstanding those children in big cities are. “Time is the only thing
you can use to make up our shortage or resources.” “If you don’t push yourself, you will never kn ow how excellent you are.” Some students can make good use of pressure, while others have mental problems. The great pressure stop some from focus on study. They don’t have confidence in themselves and become negative. When the pressure is more than they can stand, sinking, depression, and even suicide arise.
Most students find university lives quite different from what they have expect. Universities are not heaven but another big challenge in students’ lives. “Only when I entered university did I be gin to miss my Middle school life.” This is the voice of some students. All the pressure we faced in high school is following us, which is even greater. Besides that, we have to consider more about our future. We gradually realized that a good university d oesn’t mean a good employment, which doesn’t indicate a bright and happy future, either. Poverty and the lack of social experience may deprive a student’s confidence. If university students fail to face the pressure properly,
Many students ,younger or older, living in big cities or in the villages, are facing great pressure. We can’t change the reality, the fierce competition and the explosive population in a short time, so we must learn to adjust ourselves and change pressure into power.。
