就业前景：主要到医疗卫生单位，医学科研等部门从事医疗及防预防止疾病，医学科研等方面工作。随着高等医学教育事业的迅猛发展，医学院校办学条件得到较大改善，招生不断扩大，临床医学专业毕业生的数量和质量大大提高。但是在全国总的毕业生就业形势严峻的情况下，临床医学专业毕业生就业形势不容乐观。
还是“非典”那个时候，被人们指责的医生站在了第一线，当年被人们成了“白衣天使”的医生，到现在近10年过去为什么会变成了这个样子？

通宵值班是家常便饭，取消休假更是习以为常，毕生之所学随时都得派上用场，还得用实力把下达的病危通知书撕得粉碎~~~~~~咱们的校训“博学厚德扶伤济世”，我到现在还不能真正理解，我只知道我必须努力，尽自己所学减少病痛，不能成功的话我可丢不起那个脸。
但我不知道这个世界是怎么看待我们的，往往在新闻媒体上看见的医疗纠纷，人们几乎每一次都是站在病人的立场上去指责医生的不是，没有几个人去体会医生的辛苦。
医院不是转世投胎的阎罗殿，也没有百分百的把握能够治疗好每一个患者，医生本来也是有自己的上班时间，却往往为了一个手术几个科室的人熬过了几个昼夜~~~~~~虽然病人的心情可以理解，但毕竟生死由命，富贵在天，事以至此，难以挽回。
前几年一直都是医疗改革大做文章，但似乎这些更加剧了医患矛盾。
以前是病人有病没钱看，现在是病人有病没处医，医患矛盾的严重已经导致出现了医院不敢接收病危病人，医生也是凡人，现在的紧张气氛逼得医生不敢去医治病人，严重造成了现在所谓的“医德问题”。
不是因为医生不能承担责任，而是病人家属给了太多太多的心理负担，甚至威胁到医生的人身安全，试问在这样的负担下，谁还敢去治愈病人？还是“非典”那个时候，被人们指责的医生站在了第一线，当年被人们成了“白衣天使”的医生，到现在近10年过去为什么会变成了这个样子？难道10年就可以重塑一个社会对一个职业的道德准则？难道10年就可以让一个职业从以前的无尚光荣变得如此不堪入目？鲁迅先生弃医从文，是因为社会“病”了，而现在的情况，又是谁病了呢？我只是希望能有人可以试着站在医生的角度去看待这个问题，也许可以看到的不只是病患的痛苦，也可以看到社会的另一面。
不过我还是坚信，白衣胜雪，芳草萋萋~~~无愧于己，无愧于心，无愧于白衣之圣洁。

”作为南昌大学医学院的一名学生，永远不忘的校训“厚德，笃学，慎思，敏行！”选择医学不是为了未来的我能赚大把的钱，钱是身外之物，再多又怎样。
永远一颗不变的心——为人类的健康事业而奋斗终身。
不少人都曾经这样问过自己：“人生之路到底该如何去走？”记得一位哲人这样说过：“走好每一步，这就是你的人生。
”是啊，人生之路说长也长，因为他是你一生意义的诠释，人生之路之路说短也短，因为你生活的每一天都是你的人生。
每个人都在设计自己的人生，都在实现自己的梦想。
南昌大学医学院是一个大的百花我只是百花园里一颗不起眼的小草，可小草也有一个大大的理想，就让我在这里畅想一下自己的职业生涯！第一部分自我认知古希腊哲学家苏格拉底曾提出一个著名的命题“认识你自己”，人之所以能够认识自己，在于在于其理性。
圣人老子说：“知人者智自知者明”。
只有先了解自己才能确定适合自己的职业生涯的发展目标。
性格类型，我属于思考型。
善于思考，有较成熟的观点，一切以事实为依据，一经做出决定，能持之以恒。
我平时生活，学习有规律，时间观念强。
气质：我属于胆汁质的人。
行动迅速，精力旺盛，性情直率，进取心强。
做事沉着踏实。
平时喜欢独立计划自己的活动，喜欢对将来发生的事做出决定。
兴趣：爱运动，喜好演讲，乐于助人，喜欢从事社会福利和助人工作，帮助他人排忧解难。

第二部分职业认知临床是研究病因，诊断，治疗和预后，提高临床治疗水平，促进让你体健康的科学。
就业前景：主要到医疗卫生单位，医学科研等部门从事医疗及防预防止疾病，医学科研等方面工作。
随着高等医学教育事业的迅猛发展，医学院校办学条件得到较大改善，招生不断扩大，临床医学专业毕业生的数量和质量大大提高。
但是在全国总的毕业生就业形势严峻的情况下，临床医学专业毕业生就业形势不容乐观。
毕业生就业期望值过高：很多年来，临床医学专业毕业生相对于其他专业的毕业生就业的确定性比较强，就业形势一直较好，是我们缺乏竞争意识，没有紧迫感，多少有点优越感。
多数毕业生看好大城市和沿海经济发达地区，把择业定位在大城市，大医院，经济效益好的单位，就业期望值高。
然而，大城市和发达地区的医疗卫生机构日益饱和，医学人才市场上的竞争日趋激烈。
大中城市的综合性医疗机构，经济发达地区的县级医疗机构原则上都需要硕士，其次就是获得英语六级，计算机二级证书。
因此，临床医学专业毕业生的择业期望值过高，造成就业难。
毕业生供需矛盾：临床医学毕业生多，但需求不足，学历层次供需不平衡，各级医疗单位都有精简机构和分流人员的趋势，使传统的临床医学专业毕业生就业的主要接受能力有所下降，对医学高层次人才的需要日益迫切。
地区之间供需不平衡，经济的发达地区和一些中心城市医疗机构需求量不多，但要求高，想去的毕业生多，而符合条件的毕业生少，经济不发达地区和农村乡镇医院需求量多，但愿意去的毕业生少，地区供需不平衡。
近年来医学技术发展迅猛，知识更新加快在校学生不仅应该完善自己的基础文化知识以及考试知识，还要培养各方面的知识技能调整自己的心态，自已在人际交往，组织管理，语言表达，动手等综合能力上不断提高。
在应聘时，不少医院都要求求职者具备复合型能力，不仅要对外科熟知，动手多例手术，而且还要在内科或者是专科干过几年。
而近几年新兴起的整形外科手术也是求才若渴。
传统意义上比较小却而很实用的专业，例如眼科，口腔科，耳鼻喉科等人才需求也持续增长。
随着医疗制度改革不断深化，民办医院将会得到更大的发展这样会使临床专业的学生更为抢手。
尽管当前临床医学专业毕业生总的就业形势严峻，但由于人们的工作压力生活不断加大，人的患病率也在增加，现有的医疗系统还不能慢足更多病人的需要，只要每一位毕业生不断努力，找准定位还是能够找到一份时候自己的工作。
第三部分生涯规划大学三年扎实的学好专业知识，拿到相关的证书。
大三要对自己想升的本科学校有所了解做好复习，准备参加专升本的考试使自己在学历上提高一个层次，同时，增长自己的知识。
本科学习至少2年时间，还是扎实学好专业技能。
本科毕业第一年参加医师证的考试，再去实习，实习能否给自己一个固定的工作还是要靠自己的努力凭借自己的年轻的优势去自己梦想中的地方闯荡，争取找到可以在编制内的工作，努力将自己的才华和能力证明给大家看，争取做一名出色的临床医生。
第二年，通过第一年的实习，积累了些经验，获得了更多知识，这一年准备参加医师证的考试。
医师证对医生很重要，无证不通，我性格沉稳适合做内科医生，并将以后奋斗的方向放在内科上。
第五年，在自己所属的医院做好本职工作，并不断学习，争取进修研究生，使自己学历更高一层，并处理好内部关系，扩大自己的人际关系网，工作上争取晋升。
第十年，自己不准备换工作，并全心全意付诸医学领域，并发展自己的内科，争取当一名内科主持医生。
十几年的经验和学习还是不够的，自己还得多学习，多操作丰富自己的阅历，争取不惑之年能做一名主任医生。
后几十年，自己还是不断从事内科，全心全意为人民服务，做好本职工作，不放弃。
第四部分职业目标（1）职业方向及总体目标：成为一名优秀的临床内科医师。
（2）角色及其建设：爸爸说读医是辛苦的，但是无论怎样都要好好的读，读要刻苦努力，这样以后，才能真正成为一名好医生，一名出色的负责任的医生。
