义务教育阶段教学质量监测安排(修)
2013至2014学年第二学期全乡义务教育阶段教学质量统一监测安排为了加强教学管理,全面提高教学质量,客观公正地评价学校和教师的工作,促进学校管理水平不断提升,改进教学方法,努力构建高效课堂。
根据县教体局《关于对全县义务教育阶段教学质量统一监测的通知》精神,现对全乡义务教育阶段教学质量进行统一监测,为确保监测工作有序进行,特做如下安排。
一、监测科目一、二年级:语文、数学三、四年级:语文、数学、综合(品德与社会50分、科学50分)英语五年级:语文、数学、英语、综合(品德与社会、科学、音乐、体育、美术各占20%)六年级:语文、数学、综合(品德30分、科学30分、英语40分)七年级:语文、数学、英语、思品历史(思想品德50分、历史50分)、生地(生物50分、地理50分)八年级:语文、数学、英语、物理、思品历史(思想品德50 分、历史50分)、生地(生物50分、地理50分)各试卷总分为100分。
二、监测形式监测科目的测试全为闭卷形式。
三、命题、制卷、阅卷五年级语文、数学、综合由市教育局统一组织命题并制卷,五年级英语及其它年级监测科目由县教育体育局统一组织命题、制卷。
市教研室随机抽样批阅五年级统一测试科目试卷,其它所有监测科目阅卷由县教育体育局统一组织。
命题按现行学科课程标准,监测范围:六年级全学年教学内容占80%,其他年级教学内容占20%;其余年级以本学年教学内容为准,上册教学内容占40%,下册教学内容占60%四、考试时间四、监测时间2014年7月2日至7日(具体考试日程见安排表)。

2012—2013学年度第一学期期末质量监测由我们市教研室负责命题,各中心学校按市要求组织监考、评卷。
全市一至六年级共11534名学生参加了本次质量监测考试。
我们按中心学校、一类学校和二类学校分类汇总成绩进行比较,分别从考生的平均分、合格率、优秀率、低分率及0分人数等相关数据进行了统计分析,列表如下。

杜莫镇中心学校2012—2013学年度下学期小学期中质量监测工作安排各小学校:为了做好本学期期末质量监测工作,根据县教育局教研室的工作安排,结合我镇的实际,经研究决定,现将本学期期末考务工作安排如下:一、二、考试科目:统一监测一至六年级的语文、数学、英语。
三、领卷时间各校派一名负责人于2013年5月8日早上8:00到中心学校领取被考学校的试卷。
(杜莫小学试卷由寨村小学领队负责,张村小学试卷由杜小负责,六部小学试卷由下樟小学负责。
)四、监考注意事项(1)严肃考纪考风,从小培养学生良好的考试习惯。
(2)监考员必须在8:30前到达考试地点,做好准备工作。
各校做好监考员培训工作。
(3)每场考试提前10分钟进场:①5分钟用于由监考员重新调整好座位,各校考生无条件服从。
②5分钟用于发卷。
10分钟后考生方能答题。
考生考试所垫东西必须是与考试内容无关的厚纸板或香烟盒。

在课堂方面:课堂氛围活跃,学生参与度高,思维活跃,整个班级的听课习惯较好。任课教师本人方面:认真备课,因材施教,与一些需要重点关注的学生积极交流,针对个别需要特别关注的学生,积极与家长联系,做到家校共育,保持教育一致性。并且与班主任认真交流,一起针对问题想对策。未达到的原因:个别班级整个班级学习较为懒散,做作业交作业都不太不积极,书面作业书写差,一起作业完成得也较差。班级英语群也比较沉默,同学们的听读次数太少,课本不熟悉,知识点过手率较低。
让1.2.3班的合格率达到72%以上,让每个班的平均分再多涨一些,让优生更稳定更多,进一步提升每个班的优秀率。重点关注薄弱班级。

优势:在审题方面总体来说有了很大的进步,听力排序题做得较好,关于方位的掌握得不错,笔试部分的书本知识掌握得比较牢固,就单词而言,学生的熟悉度比较高。在画图方面,由于之前练习一直比较多,学生面对这样的题比较熟悉,就画的方面而言,发挥得比较好。
