选择目前要使用通话模式,点击“确认”达成操作。

中联电话交换机常见问题及解决方法
如果无法确定未接外线的中继端口是多少,可以用以下方法找出:比如交换机是6+24的配置,一块中继板6个外线端口,从运营商接了3条外线进入,但是不清楚具体接在哪些端口,可以在任意分机上提机拨17+端口号,指定中继出局。如果拨1701后是拨号音,说明此端口是正常的;如果是忙音,说明此端口现在有人占用或者中继开关已经关闭;如果是静音,说明此端口外线有问题或者外线为空,这时01这个号就是前面所说的要找的空中继的端口号。一次这样下去从1701—1706去试,听静音就是空中继,记下相应的端口号。注意:01端口在软件中的端口号是对应00,02端口在软件中的端口号是对应01,以此类推。

中继引导语音无法录制
用户操作不当
在总机上(8000分机)提机输入*101*333333#听证实音后挂机;再提机输入*107*#后录音,录制完成后挂机即可。用*107#放音可听自录语音,录音不理想可输入*107*#重新录制。录音问题一般都是由于没有输入*101命令而无法录制。
修改分机弹性号码不成功

一:概述: K-8120 是适用于 PC/286/386/486/586/及各种工控机,兼容机(ISA)的长距离,高传输速率, 多站点的 CAN 总线通讯板,两路独立的串口,采用光电隔离技术,使用两根线每路可连接 110 个工作站。

中联AK8120程控电话交换机利用普通话机编程说明6.2 话机编程6.2.1 编程需知①. 主控板第1位DIP开关应置OFF,出厂默认:ON(即PC机编程模式);②. 编程分机命令通过话务转接台或一部双音频话机在8000号分机上输入(8000号分机又叫总机)。
③. 输入正确的命令及参数,将听到一次证实音,表示已确认,输入错的命令或参数,将有忙音提示。
6.2.2 设置系统参数 *000 主机初始化请谨慎使用此项命令,只有当主机软件升级、机器工作异常或参数发生重大变化时才可以使用,它将主机的所有参数恢复出厂状态。
初始化命令1:* 000 * 123 #初始化命令2:* 000 * 124 #说明:-- 命令1将所有参数恢复为出厂默认值;-- 命令2除费率参数和话单外,其它参数恢复为出厂默认值。
*101 功能设置开关为了防止非法人员设置修改参数,特别增加了功能设置开关,只有具有授权密码的人员才能解锁,才能进行各项参数设置修改。
功能设置开命令:* 101 * 六位密码#功能设置关命令:* 101 #密码更改步骤:1. 摘机2. * 101 * 六旧位密码* 0 #3. 听证实音后挂机4. 摘机5. * 101 * 六新位密码* 1 #6. 听证实音后挂机。
说明:-- 出厂时没有密码;-- 主机停电或复位退出编程;-- 用户设置密码后许可靠保存。
*102 设置系统日期当主机长时间掉电、第一次安装、使用过初始化命令或时间有偏差时,需要使用该命令。
任何分机拨165(出厂默认165)主机将有语音报出系统日期。
设置系统日期命令:* 102 * YYYYMMDDWW #操作:* 102 * 2001121001 #说明:-- YYYY代表年份,MM代表月份,DD代表日期,WW代表星期。
举例:设置系统当前日期2001-12-10星期一。
*103 设置系统时间当主机长时间掉电、第一次安装、使用过初始化命令或时间有偏差时,需要使用该命令。

附件:1、来电转接说明:分机可将外线来话转移到系统内部任何分机操作方法:分机与外机通话时,得知被叫分机号码后,拍下话筒处叉簧一次再拔被转接的分机号,然后挂机。
当被转接的号码响呤号直接接听2、离位转移说明:某分机用户因故离开办公室或坐位时,可将来话转移置别的分机上。
操作方法:摘机拨打“151xxxx(xxxx为分机号)”听证实音后挂机。
以后如有来话则转到代接分机上。
注:若该机提机后则解除离位转移功能,须重新设置。
3、免打扰说明:每个分机均可单独设置不接收来话呼叫操作:摘机拨“152”听到证实音挂机。
此后如有来话呼叫,主叫方听忙音。
注:1、总机强插入可以呼叫2、若该分机提机则取消免打扰4、呼叫保护说明:分机在通话期间,禁止总机强插,以确保传真等重要通讯不受干扰。
操作:摘机拨“153”听证实音挂机。
注:为了预防设置呼叫保护后,长途来话不致丢失,建议在设置呼叫保护时,先设置忙代接。
5、三方通话说明:任何分机呼叫多部用户分机,同时参与通话操作:主叫分机摘机拨打“154 xxxx、yyyyy…….(xxxx、yyyy…为参与的分机号)”,被叫分机振铃,提机参加多方通话。
6、代接电话说明:任何分机代接正在振铃的其它分机呼叫。
操作:某分机振铃无人接听,其它分机用户摘机拨“(155xxxx(xxxx为振铃分机号码)”则由代接分机与主叫通话。
或者拨130直接代接未知响铃分机。
7、遇忙转移说明:分机正在通话期间,若有来话,由代接分机接听。
操作:分机摘机拨打“156xxxx(xxxx为代分接分机号码)”,以后分机忙时,来话呼叫自动转到代接分机接听。
8、遇忙回叫说明:若遇被叫分机、外线占线或忙时,当被叫用户或外线有空闲后,系统先自动接通主叫机,主叫振铃,主叫机摘机后,被叫机才振铃。
操作:摘机,拨被叫用户号码或外线遇忙,不挂机,5秒内按3,听证实音挂机等侍。
9、分机功能清除说明:可以对已经设置的分机功能进行全部清除操作:拨“150”将清除用户设置的下列服务功能:呼叫保护离位转移忙时代接遇忙回叫闹钟服务注:不能清除已设置的分机密码。

当您安装、使用本产品时,请务必遵守下述事项: 1、请让本产品远离产生电噪声的设备,如荧光灯、马达和电视机等,此类噪声源会干 扰集团电话的性能。 2、请让本产品远离灰尘、湿气、高温(超过 40 度 )及振动等,此类环境会减少集团 电话的使用寿命。 3、本产品只能连接至产品标签上指定类型的电源。如果要连接电瓶,确保电瓶极性及 电压正确。备用电池应放在通风处并远离发热设备和火源。 4、系统主机的接地电阻应小于 4 欧姆。接地条件直接影响通话质量、防雷设施和系统 工作的稳定性,未接地或未正确接地,主机内 k20 抗雷击保护将不起作用,有时甚至可能 对工作人员的人身安全造成威胁。 5、请勿在有雷电时使用有线电话,雷电有导致电击的危险。 6、为减少发生电击的危险,非专业人员请勿拆卸本产品。 7、此为 A 级产品,在生活环境中,该产品可能会造成无线电干扰。在这种情况下,可 能需要用户对其干扰采取切实可行的措施。
