中国快递业发展策略研究

摘要

随着全球经济的快速发展,国际贸易的繁荣,电子商务的新起,给快递市场的繁荣带来了无限生力,快递市场丰厚的投资回报率,吸引了大批国际快递巨头进军中国,使得快递市场的竞争异常激烈。另一方面,企业和个人对快递服务提出的个性化和多样化需求,使快递企业面临更加严峻的挑战。

如何在竞争中求生存谋发展,是目前快递业急待解决的首要问题,也是本文研究的重点。

本文立足于快递业的发展战略,从快递企业如何在竞争中求发展这一根本问题入手,探讨、分析快递企业在中国的经营现状、问题、对策和发展策略。文章分为五部分:

第一章:快递基本概念、特点的介绍,快递业对我国国民经济发展的作用。

第二章:运用定量分析的方法建立经济预测模型,预测未来快递市场规模。

第三章:第一部分主要分析了我国快递市场不同类型快递企业的经营现状,从市场分额的角度对快递企业做了简单对比;第二部分基于中国快递企业的现状,从阻碍快递企业发展的角度入手,分析了现阶段我国快递企业存在的一系列问题和面临的挑战。

第四章:针对第三章的问题,提出相应的改革对策和措施。

第五章:以快递企业发展战略的角度出发,结合快递企业自身的优、劣势,提出未来发展的策略。

Abstract

Along with global economic fast development, International trade’s prosperity, Electronic commerce rising up, it brought the infinite activation for prosperity of the express market. For the high investment return of express market, which attracted large quantities of international express enterprise to invest to China, lead to the more intense competition in Chinese express market. On the other hand, the personalization and the diverse demand from the company and the individual which proposed to the express service causes the express enterprise faced with more difficult challenge.

How to keep alive and develop in competition is the first question for all express enterprise right now, which is the point we will discuss in this article.

Based the strategy development of express enterprise, we will research and analyze the status, problems, method of management and development strategy from the basic question “how to keep alive and develop” in this article, which include in5 chapters.

Chapter 1: introduce the basic concept and characteristic of express, and how the express influence the Chinese economy.

Chapter 2: Using quantitative analysis method establish economy forecast model, used to forecast the scale of express industry.

Chapter 3: the first part, analyze the present management situation for all kinds of express enterprise in Chinese express market, and contrast these enterprises from market share; the second part: based on the present situation of Chinese express enterprise, discuss the problem which is the encumbrance of express enterprise develop and how to face with the challenge.

Chapter 4: give the answer and solution for question on Chapter 3
