Unit 11 IllnessLesson 1 My tummy hurts一、教材分析：本课是北师大版教材小学英语四年级下册第十一单元的第一课时。

教学内容包括一个小故事和有关身体部位单词的学习。

故事中Ken没有洗手就生吃没有清洗的绿梅，以致引发身体不适。

从中引出本单元主题句型：What’s the matter? I’m not well. My……hurts。

在Learn to say 中采用图示的方式，直观清晰呈现身体部位的单词，并呈现了如何说明身体哪里疼痛的用法。

二、学情分析：四年级下学期的孩子活泼好动，喜欢尝试新事物，既好奇又好强，表现欲强，学习热情高，擅长模仿，擅长具体形象思维，乐于表演。

同时经过近两年的英语学习，已具有一定的词汇基础和初步的听，说，读，写技巧。

但是学习的注意力有不持久，不稳定的特点。

孩子们有与他人合作，交流的意愿。

因此，针对他们的认知特点和知识水平，教师要运用一些善于调动学生学习积极性的教学手段，尽可能地多让学生在玩中学，学中玩，并要善于关注每个学生的情感，着重以激发他们的兴趣为主。
