1.1 问题分析针对原 NSM262ZQF 垃圾车存在的问题,分析原因有以下几点:(1)由于摇臂只能摆到垃圾车厢中上部固定的部位,导致垃圾只能倾倒在车厢的中部,中心越堆越高,而车厢周围边缘空间却没有充分利用,垃圾无法平铺在车厢中,从而产生车厢有效装载量小的问题。
(2)原产品的整体式垃圾斗是依靠横杆阻挡垃圾斗实现翻转,垃圾斗要碰撞横杆,不仅产生冲撞噪声,而且易松动零件间的连接,甚至损坏零件。
(3)装载垃圾后,垃圾斗重量大,摇臂需要较大的力才能使垃圾斗翻转,因此需要较大的动力输入。
