概述了计算流体力学(CFD)的基本理论,说明了CFD是在计算机上求解描述流体运动、传热和传质的偏微分方程组,并且对上述现象进行过程模拟。着力分析了CFD的主要优点,譬如能以较少的费用和较短的时间获得大量有价值的研究结果,对投资大、周期长、难度高的实验研究来说,CFD优点就更为突出。
本文还简要介绍了旋转锥形射流的基本理论和实现方法,以及实验采集数据的实践工作,据此,对旋转锥形射流的喷射过程和机理作出合理性分析;系统地介绍fluent软件的主要功能,以及旋转锥形射流得建模方法,并介绍以此模拟旋转锥形射流的计算机方法,最终,通过模拟所得到的能量云图,结合试验数据,对加旋体的结构如何影响旋转锥形射流的喷射性能作出合理的说明;使得旋转锥形射流钻孔技术现场应用进一步参数化。

Whirlingwater jetting is a kind of compound jetting of free jetting and whirling jetting, its flowing constitution is complex, mostly it is turbulent flowing. It is very different tothe ordinary jetting for the whirling jetting has a tangential speed(whirling speed), so the jetting water from the whirling jetting nozzle has a high tangential velocity.While the liquid jet out from the whirling jetting nozzle , its expanding velocity is more quick than the jetting without whirling, its convolution ability, intermixing action, and its axial speed are all biggerthan water jetting without whirling

摘 要
笔者依据大量理论文献,结合实验数据和计算机模拟结果,详尽阐述了旋转射流与普通射流的区别,描述了旋转射流的基本特性:它有一切向速度(旋转速度),使喷嘴的流体旋转起来以使从喷嘴喷射出来的流体具有切向速度分量,另外,除了在无旋转射流中的轴向和径向速度分量外,旋转速度(切向速度)使径向和轴向产生压力梯度并影响整个流场。在旋转非常强的情况下,轴向逆压梯度足以形成沿轴向的反向流。旋转射流出射后在周围环境流体中的扩展比相应的无旋转流动的普通射流快,其卷吸能力、掺混作用、轴线速度的衰减均比普通射流大。

Whirlingwater jetting is a kind of compound jetting of free jetting and whirling jetting, its flowing constitution is complex, mostly it is turbulent flowing. It is very different tothe ordinary jetting for the whirling jetting has a tangential speed(whirling speed), so the jetting water from the whirling jetting nozzle has a high tangential velocity.While the liquid jet out from the whirling jetting nozzle , its expanding velocity is more quick than the jetting without whirling, its convolution ability, intermixing action, and its axial speed are all biggerthan water jetting without whirling

摘 要
