2015.11黑龙江教育·中学2015年牡丹江市中考英语试题围绕“三新”（新时代、新热点、新风尚）命题，突出能力立意，鼓励发散思维，注重考查基础，体现社会主义核心价值观和语言实践能力，力求“活化知识、还原生活”。
2015年是教学《英语课程标准（2011版）》新修订教材后的第一年中考，为了全面检测英语新课标的落实情况，今年英语命题在2014年主体板块不变的情况下，内部结构做了适度调整，具体分析如下：一、三个调整（一）调整了命题原则1.教育性原则：注重材料的教育性和思想性，考查情感态度、文化意识、学习策略，坚持传递正能量。
2.目标性原则：考查语言知识的识记能力、所学知识的领会能力、学习策略和文化意识的实践能力、语言技能和综合运用语言的能力。
3.发展性原则：考查内容“源于教材，高于教材”；落实“用教材教”的指导思想；以利教师改进教学方法，优化教学策略；改善学生学习方式、提高学习效率，促进学生全面发展。
4.还原生活原则：试题内容贴近学生生活、聚焦社会热点、符合时代主旋律。
5.基础性原则：试题注重基础，紧贴教材，没有超纲试题，也没有偏、难、怪、旧题。
6.适切性原则：试题难度比例适当、起点不高、坡度适宜、难点分散；科学设置题型结构，合理制定评分标准。
（二）调整试卷结构单选由25道题减少到20道题，分值变为20分；阅读E 题改为阅读信息选择正确答案；词句运用题增加了用所给单词适当形式填空题，分值变为20分。
（三）调整命题范围为了降低难度，语法项目中过去完成时、过去将来时、直接引语变间接引语、when 和where 引导定语从句不作为2015年中考测试内容。
五册教材共计1976个单词，重点考查黑体词1722个；短语（含句型）共计1335个，重点考查380个（带星号的）。
二、两个不变（一）命题依据不变依据《英语课程标准（2011版）》对语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略、文化意识等五个方面具体内容标准，着重考查语言基础知识和综合运用语言的能力。
