初中英语七年级下Unit 3 Section B 2b 参考译文Do You Think You Will Have Your Own Robots?你认为你将拥有自己的机器人吗?1. When we watch movies about the future, we sometimes see robots. They are usually like human servants. They help with the housework and do jobs like working in dirty or dangerous places.1. 当我们观看关于未来的电影时,我们有时看到机器人。

它们通常像人类的仆人一样。

它们帮助做家务而且在脏的或者危险的地方工作。

2. Today there are already robots working in factories. Some can help to build cars, and they do simple jobs over and over again. Fewer people will do such jobs in the future because they are boring, but robots will never get bored.2. 现在已经有机器人在工厂工作。

一些机器人可以帮助制造汽车,而且它们可以一遍遍地重复做简单的工作。

将来几乎没有人做这样的工作因为它们很乏味,但机器人从不会觉得厌烦。

3. Scientists are now trying to make robots look like humans and do the same things as we do. Some robots in Japan can walk and dance. They are fun to watch. However, some scientists believe that although we can make robots move like people, it will be difficult to make them really think like a human. For example, scientist James White thinks that robots will never be able to wake up and know where they are. But many scientists disagree with Mr. White. They think that robots will even be able to talk like humans in 25 to 50 years.3 科学家现在正在努力制造一些看上去像人类一样,并且能像我们一样做事情的机器人。

七年级下册英语m3课文翻译

七年级下册英语m3课文翻译

七年级下册英语m3课文翻译A couple of odd things have happened lately.I have a log cabin in those same woods of Northern Wisconsin. I built it by hand and also added a greenhouse to the front of it. It is a joy to live in. In fact, I work out of my home doing audio production and environmental work. As a tool of that trade I have a computer and a studio.I also have a tree frog that has taken up residence in my studio. How odd, I thought, last November when I first noticed him sitting atop my sound board over my computer. I figured that he (and I say he, though I really don't have a clue if she is a he or vice versa) would be more comfortable in the greenhouse. So I put him in the greenhouse. Back he came. And stayed. After a while I got quite used to the fact that as I would check my morning email and on-line news, he would be there with me surveying the world. Then, last week, as he was climbing around looking like a small gray/green human, I started to wonder about him.So, there I was, working in my studio and my computer was humming along. I had to stop when Tree Frog went acrossmy view. He stopped and turned around and just sat there looking at me. Well, I sat back and looked at him. For five months now he had been riding there with me and I was suddenly overtaken by an urge to know why he was there and not in the greenhouse, where I figured he'd live a happier frog life."Why are you here", I found myself asking him.As I looked at him, dead on, his eyes looked directly at me and I heard a tone. The tone seemed to hit me right in the center of my mind. It sounded very nearly like the same one as my computer. In that tone I could hear him "say" to me, "Because I want you to understand". Yo. That was weird. "Understand what?", my mind jumped in. Then, after a moment of feeling this communication, I felt I understood why he was there. I came to understand that frogs simply want to hear other frogs and to communicate. Possibly the tone of my computer sounded to him like other tree frogs.I kept working. I was working on a story about global climate change and had just received a fax from a friend. The fax said that the earth is warming at 1.9 degrees each decade. At that rate I knew that the maple trees that Ilove to tap each spring for syrup would not survive for my children. My beautiful Wisconsin would become a prairie by the next generation. At that moment Tree Frog leaped across my foot and sat on the floor in front of my computer. He then reached up his hand to his left ear and cupped it there. He sat before the computer and reached up his right hand to his other ear. He turned his head this way and that listening to that tone. Very focused. He then began to turn a very subtle, but brilliant shade of green and leaped full force onto the computer. And then I remembered the story about the frogs that I had heard last year on public radio. It said frogs were dying around the world. It said that because frog's skin is like a lung turned inside out their skin was being affected by pollution and global climate change. It said that frogs were being found whose skin was like paper. All dried up. It said that frogs are an "indicator species". That frogs will die first because of the sensitivity. Then, I understood. The frogs have a message for us and it is the same message that some sober folks have had for us. "There areno more choices." We have reached the time when we must be the adults for the planet, for the sake of the future generations of human and for frogs.Because we are related. Then I understood that there are no boundaries, that there is no more time. That we, for the sake of our relatives must act now.And then I understood, not only why the frog was there, but, also why I am here.课文翻译最近发生了几件奇怪的事情。

七年级下册英语第三单元单词造句

七年级下册英语第三单元单词造句全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Awesome Summer VacationHey there! Let me tell you about my totally awesome summer vacation. It was absolutely amazing and I can't wait to share all the deets with you!First off, my family and I went on this incredible journey to a national park. We spent a whole week camping and exploring the great outdoors. The scenery was just breathtaking with towering mountains, gushing waterfalls, and lush green forests. We hiked along winding trails, observed fascinating wildlife up close, and hung out by the crackling campfire every night. My little brother tried his hand at fishing and actually managed to catch a few trout! Although the nights were a bit chilly, we bundled up in warm blankets and roasted marshmallows. It was such an adventure! After our camping trip, we headed to the beach for a couple of weeks. The coastal town we stayed in was so lively and vibrant. There were tons of fun activities like surfing, kayaking, and beachvolleyball. I took surfing lessons and absolutely wiped out the first few times. But I kept practicing and eventually managed to ride some awesome waves! My parents liked to go for long strolls along the shoreline, collecting pretty seashells. In the evenings, we'd walk down to the pier and watch the gorgeous sunset over the shimmering ocean. We ate delicious seafood like shrimp, lobster, and fresh-caught fish almost every night. Yum!One of the highlights was when we went on a whale watching cruise. It was so cool seeing those massive whales breach the surface and spout water high into the air. A few dolphins even swam alongside our boat, playfully jumping in and out of the waves. Our guide was really knowledgeable and taught us all about the different marine species we spotted. We even saw a couple of ferocious-looking sharks from a safe distance! It was such an educational and thrilling experience.Towards the end of our beach vacation, we visited this super fun water park. It had tons of awesome water slides, a lazy river, and splash areas for the little kids. My favorites were thedeath-defying free-fall slide and the crazy twisting tube slides. I must have gone on those at least a dozen times! We spent the whole day there, going from ride to ride and floating around inthe wave pool. By the end, we were completely exhausted but had an absolute blast. After two awesome weeks at the beach, it was time to head home. But the fun wasn't over yet! We stopped at a massive amusement park on our way back. From the second we entered the gates, I was awestruck by the gigantic roller coasters and dazzling lights everywhere. We went on so many wild rides like the corkscrew loop, the tilt-a-whirl, and the tower of terror drop ride. I've never screamed so much in my life! The best one though was definitely the supernatural-themed indoor roller coaster. It was dark, foggy, and there were all these crazy special effects like ghosts jumping out at you. So scary but so fun! We also played tons of games, watched incredible acrobat shows, and ate lots of yummy junk food.By the time we finally made it back home, I was absolutely pooped but full of the best memories ever. We unpacked our bags, printed out all our vacation photos, and I spent hours going through them reminiscing about each amazing experience.I kept thinking about how lucky I am to have such an awesome family and that we got to make so many wonderful memories together. This was definitely a summer vacation I'll never forget!Well, that's my crazy fun-filled summer in a nutshell! I can't wait to go back to school and tell all my friends about the epic adventures I had. Hopefully your summer was just as awesome as mine. See you in a few weeks!篇2Exploring NatureHi there! My name is Timmy, and I'm in the seventh grade. Today, I want to share with you some cool words we learned in our English class from Unit 3. It's all about nature, and it's super interesting!Let's start with the word "forest." Last weekend, my family and I went on a picnic in a beautiful forest. We saw tall trees, colorful flowers, and heard birds chirping happily. It was like stepping into a magical world!Another word we learned is "river." I love going fishing with my dad by the river. We sit on the riverbank and wait patiently for the fish to bite. It's so relaxing to be surrounded by the sound of flowing water.Do you know what "mountain" means? Well, I do! Last summer, my friends and I went hiking in the mountains. Weclimbed up steep trails and enjoyed the breathtaking view from the top. It was tiring but totally worth it!Next, we have the word "ocean." I'm lucky to live near the coast, so I often go to the beach and play in the ocean. I love feeling the waves crashing against my legs and searching for seashells in the sand. It's so much fun! Now, let's talk about "desert." My cousin went on a desert adventure and told me all about it. He said the desert is a huge sandy place with barely any plants. It's really hot during the day and gets very cold at night. Sounds like a challenging place to survive! The last word is "island." I dream of going on a vacation to a tropical island someday. I imagine lying on the beach, sipping coconut water, and watching the palm trees sway in the breeze. It would be like paradise!Nature is amazing, isn't it? There are so many wonderful places to explore and discover. I hope you enjoyed this little adventure through the words we learned in Unit 3. Remember, learning English can be fun too! That's all from me for now. See you next time!Yours,TimmyWord count: 249 words篇3Hi there! My name is Emma and I'm in 7th grade. I wanted to share some stories and examples using the vocabulary words we've been learning in Unit 3 of our English class. Get ready for a rollercoaster ride through my life over the past few weeks! It all started when my best friend Sophia and I decided to attend a summer camp for two weeks during our break from school. We were so excited and made a pact to have as many adventures as possible while we were there. On the very first day, the counselors gathered everyone to announce the camp schedule and rules. I was absolutely amazed by all the awesome activities they had planned. Things like canoeing, hiking, swimming, archery, and even a talent show! I couldn't wait to get started. The first few days were a blur of fun. Sophia and I signed up for everything we possibly could. One morning, we went on a nature hike and our counselor pointed out all the flora and fauna around us. I was in awe of the towering trees and vibrantwildflowers. That afternoon, we had the archery session and I surprised myself by being a natural marksman! Bullseye, after bullseye.A couple days later, the entire camp gathered around the lakefront to try canoeing. I was a bit apprehensive at first, worried the canoe might capsize and we'd get drenched. But our instructors were experts and taught us proper form and technique. By the end, Sophia and I were gliding across the water with remarkable grace. We even raced a few other canoes and emerged victorious! When the talent show was announced, Sophia and I immediately knew we wanted to participate. We spent hours every night practicing our dance routine to one of the latest pop songs. We choreographed some stellar moves and even made matching outfits and hairstyles to perform in. Finally the night arrived and we were a huge hit! The audience was cheering and singing along. We later found out we won first prize!Towards the end of camp, we had an outdoor skills challenge where we learned to start campfires, set up tents, cook over an open flame, and identify different plants, trees and animal tracks. This was one of my favorite parts because I lovethe outdoors. I felt like a blossoming naturalist, absorbing all the knowledge from our instructors. On our final night, there was a massive bonfire and farewell party. Sophia and I rushed around bidding adieu to all our new friends, exchanging addresses to keep in touch. We posed for a gazillion photos to commemorate the incredible memories. As we sat around the crackling fire eating s'mores, we felt a surge of nostalgia. Camp was finally coming to an end and we'd soon be heading back home. Those two weeks flew by in the blink of an eye! Sophia and I emerged with a fresh appreciation for nature, new skills, wonderful memories, and a fierce determination to convince our parents to send us back again next summer!I hope you enjoyed reading about my exhilarating camp adventures. Looking back, I utilized so many words from Unit 3 like: attend, announce, schedule, gather, awesome, canoeing, hiking, swimming, archery, talent, nature, hike, flora, fauna, awe, towering, vibrant, wildflowers, archery, marksman, bullseye, lakefront, canoe, capsize, drenched, form, technique, gliding, race, victorious, routine, choreograph, stellar, matching, outfits, hairstyles, perform, cheering, singing, emerged, skills, challenge, campfires, tents, flame, identify, plants, trees, tracks, naturalist, absorbing, bonfire, farewell, bidding, adieu, nostalgia, crackling, s'mores, exhilarating and determination.I tried to use as many of the vocab words as possible in context with real situations from camp. Using new words in authentic ways is the best way for them to stick in your brain! I can't wait to dive into the next unit. Catch ya later!篇4Learning English Words is Fun!Hey there! My name is Emma and I'm a 7th grader. I know a lot of you probably think English class is boring, but I actually find it really interesting, especially learning new vocabulary words. Our teacher just introduced the words from Unit 3 and I've been having a blast trying to use them in sentences. Let me share some with you!First up is the word "facilitate." It means to make something easier or help cause something. Like if my mom facilitates my little brother getting ready for school in the morning by laying out his clothes and packing his lunch, that makes the morning routine go much smoother. She's a great facilitator!Another good word is "initiate." It means to cause a process or event to begin. Like when I initiate a game of tag at recess by tapping someone and yelling "You're it!" I've just initiated the tag game. Initiate is a fun word to say too - initiate, initiate, initiate! Then there's "collaborate." We use this one a lot in group projects when we all have to collaborate, or work together, to get the job done. My friends and I have to collaborate on our English skit this week by sharing ideas and dividing up the work. Collaborating is way better than having to do everything alone."Intricate" is a crazy looking word that means something has a lot of small, detailed parts. My dad loves building intricate model airplanes and cars with tons of tiny pieces that all fit together intricately. Sometimes I try to help but I get confused by all the intricate details.Have you ever been "astounded" by something? That means you were amazed, stunned or shocked in a good way. Like I was astounded when my parents surprised me with a puppy for my birthday last year! I just couldn't believe it and was astounded with happiness.Let's see, what other good words do we have? Oh yeah, "initiate" is another repeat from earlier. But that's okay, repeatingwords helps cement them in your brain. I initiate studying for tests by making flashcards of key terms and definitions. Initiate, initiate, initiate that studying!Okay, now for "fluctuate." This one refers to something shifting up and down in an irregular pattern. Like my hockey team's game scores fluctuate a lot - one week we'll win big, the next week lose, then win again. Our scores just seem to fluctuate up and down without any consistency. Hmm, I wonder if I can get an extra point for using "inconsistency" in that sentence too? It fits!"Intricate" is making another appearance too. You know what else is intricate? All the stitching and beadwork my grandma does for her custom jewelry-making business. She spends hours carefully doing intricate bead patterns and embroidery stitches to make her necklaces and bracelets look amazing.Sometimes I look at words too literally though. Like for "diminish" which means to decrease in size or importance over time. I was totally picturing Tiny the dinosaur from Meet the Robinsons shouting "I'll never diminish!" while shrinking down smaller and smaller. In reality, it's more like how my excitement for summer vacation tends to diminish after being out of schoolfor a month or two. That initial "Wahoo, no school!" feeling just diminishes. Now "disseminate" is a fun one that makes me think of dandelion fluff floating through the air. It means to spread or disperse something, usually information, over a wide area. Like how my school disseminates announcements and event details through emails, the newsletter, and those annoying automated phone calls. They really disseminate that info to all the families! What's something that's not fun though? When a friend or classmate tries to "manipulate" me into doing what they want against my wishes. Manipulate means to control or influence something in a devious way. I don't like being manipulated at all!I much prefer if people are just honest and straightforward instead of manipulating situations to get their way. Unless we're talking about expert manipulators like David Blaine doing cool magic tricks - then being a skilled manipulator is awesome!Let's switch gears to "cultivate" which means to work on developing something over time, like cultivating a talent or cultivating a strong work ethic. My dance teacher is always pushing me to cultivate my ballet skills through extra practice at home. I have to really cultivate my focus too so I don't getdistracted and goof off instead of cultivating what I've learned in class. How about "consistent?" We talked about inconsistency earlier, so consistent is pretty much the opposite - it means staying the same over a period of time without changing much. Like a consistent work schedule where you always have the same hours and days off each week. Or a consistent sleep routine of going to bed and waking up around the same times daily. Consistency can be good...or bad if you're consistently forgetting to do your homework! Yikes.Okay, I've only got a couple words left to cover. There's "mechanism" which is basically a system or process for causing something to happen, especially with machines or nature. Like the mechanism of a mechanical pencil that pushes the lead out when you click the end. Or the mechanism of a flower blooming as it goes through its life cycle stages. A mechanism just governs how something works or operates.Lastly, we have "justification" which is the reasons given to defend or explain someone's beliefs or actions. Like if I stayed up too late playing video games, I wouldn't really have a good justification for being tired at school the next day. A justification needs to be a legitimate, compelling excuse - not just "Sorry, Ifelt like it!" I'd need to give my teacher way better justification than that.Phew, I think that's all the Unit 3 words! See, learning vocabulary doesn't have to be a snooze-fest. You can have fun practicing definitions and using the words in normal conversation. Or at the very least, get some silly imagery stuck in your head - like me picturing that diminishing dinosaur. Hey, whatever helps cement those words, right?Anyway, I hope sharing my sentences gave you some ideas for using the Unit 3 vocabulary effectively. Just don't manipulate me into doing your homework for you! But we can definitely collaborate on study sessions if you need some help facilitating those words into your own noggin. Just let me know! Until next time, happy cultivating those linguistic skills, word nerds!篇5My Awesome Summer VacationThis past summer was the best ever! I had such an awesome time. I went on so many adventures and had a bunch of new experiences. Let me tell you all about it!First, my family took an incredible trip to the beach. We stayed in a cute little cottage right near the ocean. Every morning, I would jump out of bed and rush outside to gaze at the vast blue sea stretching out endlessly towards the horizon. The brilliant sun would glisten on the gently rolling waves. I loved digging my toes into the warm, grainy sand as the refreshing saltwater breezes tousled my hair. Some days, I would spend hours frolicking in the shallow tide pools near the shore, discovering all kinds of fascinating marine creatures like spiky sea urchins, slippery schools of fish, and rubbery tentacled octopuses. Other times, I would challenge my brother to build the most elaborate sandcastles we could construct before the incoming tide inevitably demolished our handiwork. In the evenings, we would take long, leisurely strolls along the beach, searching for shells, beach glass and other intriguing treasures washed up on the sand. As the sun sank below the horizon in a blaze of orange and pink hues, we would gather driftwood to build a crackling beachside bonfire. We would toast gooey marshmallows and swap silly ghost stories and jokes long into the night under the twinkling canopy of stars. After a blissful week of beachy fun, we headed inland to explore the mountains. My uncle has a charming A-frame cabin nestled deep in the forest. As soon as we arrived, I was captivated by the crisp, piney scent of the towering evergreen trees and the invigorating chill of the fresh mountain air. Each morning, I awoke to the cheerful melodies of songbirds greeting the rising sun. I could gaze out the window and observe quirky little chipmunks and squirrels frolicking and foraging for nuts and seeds on the forest floor. Occasionally, I might even catch a glimpse of a noble deer grazing on leaves or a black bear lumbering along in search of food.During the day, we went on all kinds of outdoor excursions –hiking rugged trails through lush meadows and pine groves, fishing in the ice-cold rushing rivers and streams, and canoeing across the serene, glassy surfaces of pristine alpine lakes. At night, we would build a roaring campfire and roast juicy hot dogs and plump marshmallows for s'mores under a dazzling canopy of a million twinkling stars. One of my favorite activities was our camping trip to the peak of the towering mountain. As we climbed higher and higher along the precipitous, winding trail, the trees gradually thinned out and the views became more and more breathtaking. Finally,we crested the summit and were rewarded by a panoramic vista of the whole magnificent mountain range, presided over by the luminous full moon hanging majestically in the indigo sky. We pitched our tent, built a crackling campfire, and settled back to gaze in awe at the incredible shooting stars zipping across the glittering canopy of stars overhead. My summer vacation was simply overflowing with delightful adventures and marvelous memories. From the sunny, refreshing days playing in the ocean waves, to the starry, invigorating nights camping in the tranquil forest, every moment was a wonderful chance to explore, discover and experience the incredible beauty of nature. I feel so grateful to my family for providing me with such an epic summer that I will cherish forever. Now that I'm back for my final year of middle school, I am energized and eager to work hard, so that maybe I can look forward to more amazing summer journeys next year!篇6My Summer AdventureSummer vacation was finally here! No more waking up early, no more homework, and no more tests for a couple of months. Iwas absolutely elated to have all this free time to do whatever I wanted. On the first week, I slept in really late every day. My parents would try to wake me up, but I would just pull the covers over my head and murmur "Just five more minutes..." I felt so lazy, but I told myself I deserved it after working so hard all school year. After catching up on sleep, I was restless and craving adventure. I begged my parents to take me on a trip somewhere fun and exciting. At first, they hesitated because travel can be expensive. But after lots of pestering on my part, they finally agreed we could go on a little weekend getaway. We piled into the car and headed for the mountains. I loved the breathtaking scenery as the road winded through valleys and up steep inclines. The tall, craggy peaks were visible in the distance, seeming to pierce the clouds. When we arrived at our cabin rental, I was awestruck by the rustic charm and pristine natural surroundings. That first evening, we went on a little hike to a waterfall nearby. I was enthralled by the thunderous roar of the water cascading down the rocks. I had seen pictures, but being there in person was a whole different experience. We dipped our toes inthe shallow pool at the base of the falls, and the icy temperature made me yelp! The next day, we went deeper into the forest on the trail system, meandering among the towering pines and lush ferns. The earthy, natural scents reinvigorated my senses. We came across a babbling brook, so we stopped to hunt for unique rocks and try skipping them across the tranquil surface. I managed to get a few to skip a few times before they inevitably plopped into the water. At one point, my dad pointed out a furry creature up ahead on the trail. As we slowly approached, we realized it was a porcupine ambling across the path! We gave it a wide berth, not wanting to get quilled. I had only seen them in picture books, so experiencing one in the wild was an absolute thrill. That evening, we built a campfire in the fire pit outside our cabin. We roasted marshmallows and smashed them between graham crackers and chocolate bars to make ooey gooeys'mores. I devoured three of them before realizing how full I was getting. Afterward, we just sat around the flickering flames, listening to the chirping of crickets and occasional hoots of an owl. It was so peaceful and serene. The weekend seemed to fly by way too quickly. Before I knew it, we were packing up and heading back home. I was a bit sullen, not wanting the magic to end. But my parents promised we could go on another little adventure again soon if I behaved myself! When we arrived back home, I felt rejuvenated, as if I had been transported to another world for a few days. The clean air, exercise, and digital detox had been so restorative. I realized how slack and lethargic I had become after being cooped up all school year. This trip was the kick in the pants I needed to start really enjoying my summer freedom.Over the next couple months, I kept that adventurous spirit alive. Instead of just lying around the house all day, I started going on bike rides to explore new trails and neighborhoods. I joined a summer reading club at the local library to stay mentally active. My parents also enrolled me in a weekly day camp, where I got to try all sorts of new activities like archery, canoeing, and outdoor cooking.Whenever I felt my childhood restlessness settling in, I would just look back fondly on the sights, sounds and experiences of that wonderful weekend getaway. It sparked an insatiablecuriosity about the world around me that I hope persists forever. This summer was certainly one I'll never forget!。

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly farmers. They showed us around and told us about all the different kinds of crops and animals.First, we visited the vegetable garden. Oh my god! There were so many kinds of vegetables. It was like a colorful carpet. How could they grow so well? The tomatoes were as red as fire, and the cucumbers were as green as jade. Aren't they amazing? Then, we went to see the animals. The cows were eating grass peacefully, and the sheep were running around happily. The little chicks were just like fluffy yellow balls, so cute! I couldn't help thinking, are they as happy as we are on this trip? After that, we had a picnic on the grass. We shared our food and laughed loudly. It felt like we were one big family. Isn't this kind of moment precious? Finally, before we left, the farmers gave us some fresh fruits and vegetables as gifts. We thanked them and said goodbye. This trip was really unforgettable. It made me realize how beautiful the countryside is and how hard the farmers work. I will always remember this wonderful day.翻译:《我的学校旅行》上周,我的学校组织了一次精彩的旅行。
