光控计数器使用说明书
一.系统组成及工作原理
1.1 系统组成
整个系统由五个部分组成:光控电路、触发脉冲、加减计数、显示译码和数码显示,其工作原理框图如下:
1.2 工作原理
首先由光控电路将接收的光信号转换为电信号,经施密特触发器整形触发脉冲,输出计数脉冲信号。
再通过计数器和译码器,在LED数码显示管上显示数目的增加或减少,实现自动计数的功能。
二.使用说明
设计上下两路光控电路,模拟当人进入或走出房间时,先后触发两路光控电路产生脉冲信号。
先挡住上路中的红外线发射二极管,再挡住下路中的发射二极管,LED数码管上显示数目增加;反之,先挡下路二极管,再挡上路,LED数码管上显示数目减少。

2)方式一:按【清除/HI】或【列印/LO】键切换至各个常见称量,按【③/重示】或【扣重/④】键左右移动小数点,按【取样】键选择单位kg或g或lb。
方式二:若常见称量无所需称量,则按【净毛重/设置】键进入自由称量设置,窗口最左边数字闪烁。
按【③/重示】或【扣重/④】键左右移位,按【清除/HI】或【列印/LO】键修改数值或按相应的数字键进行修改;当移动到小数点闪烁时,按【清除/HI】或【列印/LO】键选择小数点的位置。
按【取样】键选择单位kg或g或lb。
修改完成后如果按【累计/保存】键则会保存并进入到感量设置。
按【歸零/ESC】键则会返回至称重状态。
3)称量设置完成后进入感量设置。
4)方式一:按【清除/HI】或【列印/LO】键选择常用感量,按【③/重示】或【扣重/④】键左右移动小数点。
5)方式二:若常见感量无所需感量,则按【净毛重/设置】键进入自由感量设置(按照最小刻度1/2/5原则来设置),窗口最右边数字闪烁。
按【③/重示】或【扣重/④】键左右移位,按【清除/HI】或【列印/LO】键修改数值或按相应的数字键进行修改;当移动到小数点闪烁时,按【清除/HI】或【列印/LO】键选择小数点的位置。
修改完成后如果按【累计/保存】键进入到校正状态。
按【歸零/ESC】键则会取消当前设置,并回到称量设置。
6)感量设置完成后进入校正。
如果按【扣重/④】键则会进入校正,按【歸零/ESC】键则退出校正并返回秤重状态。

2)按【③/重示】或【扣重/④】键可循环选择参数。

■使用说明
1、“R”键既是复位键又是确认键,在每次参数设置完后必须按此键确认,方可按新设 置的参数工作。 2、接点信号输入计数时,如因输入接点接触不良或回跳导致误计数时,请在计数信号输 入端⑧、⑨之间接1个4.7μF/50V电容器,且⑨接电容器的正极,⑧接电容器的负极。 3、计数信号输入线与复位控制线应尽量短,应避免与其它如电源线和动力线同管或绞合 走线,必要时请使用屏蔽导线且复位端切勿输入电压,以免损坏产品。 4、传感器请选用本公司XL系列直流(DC6V~36V)PNP或NPN常开型光电开关或接近开关。 5、HHJ5-C出厂时常规制式为N制式,需C、R、T制式时请订货时注明。

前言CE系列氧化锆氧分析仪适用于工业炉窑烟气中含氧量的连续监测,作为操作人员调节燃风配比的依据,或与自控系统连接,实现低氧合理燃烧,达到降低燃耗、稳定工艺、提高产品质量、减少环境污染等目的。
具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
CE系列氧化锆氧分析仪检测器,采用了日本的离子镀膜技术,大幅度的提高了氧化锆探头的使用寿命,平均寿命为18个月,一般可达2-3年。
传感器采用最新工艺烧结制作,有效的克服了国内同类产品中离散性大,热震性差的问题。
氧化锆探头的整体可靠性及稳定性都居于国内领先地位。
该仪表转换器采用了16位的ATMEL系列单片微处理器,具有很强的运算能力,锆头控温达到±2℃,系统的测量精度≤±2%。
小信号处理及仪表电源采用多重隔离电路,有效的隔绝了工业环境中的各种干扰,仪表运行更加可靠,先进的3点标定方式,在保证测量精度的前提下,大大的减少用户的维护工作量,双节点的开关量输出更加方便的满足了用户的不同需求。
一、氧化锆测氧工作原理氧化锆材料是一种氧化锆固体电解质,是在纯氧化锆中掺以一定量的氧化钙或氧化钇经高温烧结后形成的稳定的氧化锆陶瓷烧结体。
由于在它的立方晶格中含有氧离子空穴,因此,在高温条件下它是良好的氧离子导体。
浓差电池氧化锆探头检测框图利用它的这一特性,在一定的温度下,当传感器两侧的氧含量不同时,它便是一个典型的氧浓差电池。
如果在氧化锆管内外涂制纯铂电极,用电炉对氧化锆管加热,使其内外壁接触氧分压不同的气体,氧化锆管就成为一个氧浓差电池,在两个铂电极上将发生如下反应:在空气侧(参比侧)电极上:O+4e→2O2-2+4e在低氧侧(被测侧)电极上:2O2-→O2当这两种迁移达到平衡后,便在两电极间产生一个与氧浓差有关的电势信号E。
氧电势值E符合能斯特方程:E=RT4FLnP AP X式中:R-气体常数T-锆管的绝对温度F-法拉第常数PX-被测气体氧浓度百分数PA-参比气氧浓度百分数,一般为%。

CEMS-Thermo 分析仪快速操作手册1. 200LS 探头控制器200探头控制器连接采样探头和分析仪器,它为探头提供稀释气和校准气,为分析仪器提供样品气。
常用操作及常用参数1.电源开关通常为关闭状态(电源开关关闭时,无论模式选择开关在何位置,系统将自动保持”采样”模式)2、零气压力表和压力阀调节内部零气压力阀(仪器内部右侧,调节时需拉出手轮),零气压力调节在20PSI.3、真空表测量探头的真空度,正常工作时不能小于13 in Hg(英寸汞柱)。
4、稀释空气压力表和压力阀调节内部稀释空气压力阀(仪器内部左侧)稀释空气压力调节至40 PSI5、模式选择开关前面板上,标有零气(Zero)、采样(Sample)、跨气1(span l)、校跨气2 (span 2)…校准步骤:a.打开200LS 电源b.模式开关旋至Zero 处,此时通入零气,观察分析仪示数,大约十分钟后示数稳定,可进入分析仪零点校准操作。
(见后)c.模式开关旋至span1 或span2 处(若后部span#气管接口接入的是SO2,则校SO2,接入的是NO,则校NO),此时通入跨气,观察分析仪示数,大约十分钟后示数稳定,可进入分析仪跨度校准操作。

C40计数器/定时器说明* C40为6位LED 数码显示,可由用户设置为计数器或定时器。
* 可由用户设置为递增或递减工作方式。
* 可由用户设置为连续(自动)或间断(手动)工作方式。
* 当作为定时器使用时,其时间单位可设为0.01秒;0.1秒;1秒;0.1分钟;1分钟五种,供用户选择。
* 当作为计数器使用时,为了消除输入信号触点抖动的影响,使计数正确,本仪表可由用户设置防抖动时间。
其值为(0~99ms)。
* 在连续工作方式下输出脉冲宽度可由用户设置。
其值为(0~9999 ms)。
* 断电时可保存当前计数/定时值,上电时恢复该值。
