1.PURPOSE
目的
The following provides the commissioning procedures for the inspection, testing and commissioning of screw pump xx project, verify the equipment can also achieves its design intent and operability as specified in the technical contract after transportation and installation.
本调试程序包括淡螺杆泵的检查、测试以及调试，以确保该设备在经历运输和安装后，各项功能指标符合技术合同中的设计目的和操作要求。

5.1PERSONNEL ORGANIZATION
人员组织
●Commissioning manager arrange the work. His job consists of putting up the
commissioning inform, holding a commissioning warming-up meeting include of JSA.
调试经理负责安排，包括调试安排的通知，主持召开包括JSA在内的调试准备会议。
●The main commissioning engineer (MCE) is mechanical engineer, the assistant
commissioning engineers are electrical commissioning engineer, instrument commissioning engineer and piping engineer.
机械工程师作为主调工程师，辅调工程师包括电器工程师、仪表工程师和工艺工程师。
●All participants must obey the order of MCE.
所有参加调试人员必须听从主调工程师指挥。
●People partake in commissioning on site: commissioning engineers, Owner, Third party,
inspector, Vendor service, QHSE.
