GSG500管束干燥机的结构设计
摘要
管束干燥机是干燥设备中的典型设备,在现代干燥工艺中应用十分广泛一般用于干燥粮食、食品、饲料、化工、轻工、陶瓷、环保等行业中的松散类物料。GSG500管束干燥机的干燥效果很均匀,操作简单,并且自动化程度高,制作要求和生产成本高,运输和安装要求有大型起吊装备。由此可见GSG500管束干燥机是一种应用范围十分广泛,适应性很好的干燥设备,有着广阔的使用和推广前景。
GSG型管束干燥机是目前大部分发达国家使用最广泛、最先进的干燥设备之一,其最大优点是高效节能、安装方便、操作简单。该机是间接加热接触式干燥机,它可以广泛应用于化工、轻工、食品、油脂和粮食饲料等行业的松散类物料。
管束内件在管束干燥机的工作过程中起到了关键性的作用。一方面它使物料产生流动;另一方面,蒸汽从它内部通过,使物料在流动过程中被逐步烘干。因而,它不但是烘干物料的主体,还是传递运动或动力的主体。由于故障就出在它身上,所以,对管束内件的受力分析及对其内部主要结构设计的剖析,就是我们从根本上解决蒸汽泄漏的焦点和关键所在。
本设计主要是阐述了GSG500管束干燥机的工作原理及其工作特性,同时将管束干燥机与同类连续运行的干燥机进行了比较,指出了其利用优势。也阐述了管束干燥机工作时可能出现的问题及其解决方案,从而大大提高了管束干燥机的工作效率。

The Structural Design of GSG500 Dryer
Abstract
Probation dryer drying equipment is typical of modern equipment in the drying process in general very broad application for drying grain, food, feed, chemicals, light industry, ceramics, and environmental protection industries in the category of loose materials. GSG500 control of the dryer drying effect is very uniform, simple operation, and a high degree of automation, production requirements and the high cost of production, transportation and installation requirements of large-scale lifting equipment. This shows that control dryer is a very broad scope of application, adaptability good drying equipment, with wide use and promotion prospects.
GSG500 control dryer is the most developed countries the most widely used and most advanced drying equipment one of its biggest advantage is energy efficient, easy to install, simple operation. The aircraft is indirect contact with heat-drying machine, can also be down principles of counter-current work. It can be widely used in chemical industry, light industry, food, oil and food industries such as feed loose category of materials.
Pipe-clusters play a key role in the working process of pipe-cluster drier, which both makes the raw material flow through the drier and makes the raw material dry gruadually during the flowing of the material. Therefore, it is not only the main part of the drier, but also the main part that transmits movement or monument. Because many malfunctions take place here, analysis of the forces and the inner stoucture are the key for us to resolve the leaking of vapor through it.
The design is described GSG500 dryer control the working principle and its characteristics, while similar control dryer and the dryer running for a comparison, that the use of its advantages. Also expounded on probation dryer when the problems which may arise and their solutions to greatly improve the control of the dryer efficiency.
