汽车打腊镀膜抛光流程

打腊流程
1,清洗车身，用洗车腊清洗车身，将车身擦拭干净无水渍。

2,验车，检查车身有无划痕，告诉客人并签字。

3.打蜡，（见施工单）把蜡均匀的以圈状涂抹在车漆上，使其吸收（注，因夏季天热发动机盖有高温所以最后上蜡）
4.擦蜡，均匀打蜡保留在车漆上15分钟左右，蜡成粉末用干净的毛巾把车漆上的蜡擦干净。

5 轮胎上光。

6.擦拭内饰，仪表台，座椅等。

7.告诉客人验收。

8.收拾工具，打扫卫生。

抛光流程
1.洗车，并擦拭干净，无水渍
2.防护措施，全车金属条、塑料件、车标等粘上纸胶带，前挡风用大毛巾盖好。

3.抛光，检查车漆上划痕深度，采用不同的抛光盘和抛光剂。

从前至后，从上至下。

4.全车还原，用还原盘，还原剂，抛光机低转速，对车漆上有螺旋纹，太阳纹的进行处理。

5.清洗车漆上的抛光液粉末。

6.告诉客人或业务员。

7 送车打扫卫生。

车内美容流程
1.验车，让客人签字。

2.清洗内饰，按由上至下流程分类的清洗顺序。

3.用吸尘器洗干净后，特别注意死角，烟灰缸，车内一定要注意各种按键，中控台用毛巾覆盖上，以免损坏。

4.检查内饰是否到洁净的效果，最后再洗尘。

5.皮革上光。

6.完毕让客人验收合格后送客，物品归类，打扫卫生。

封釉施工流程
1.接车，看好施工单，准备工具，产品。

2.验车，让客人签字。

3.清洗车身，并擦拭干净，施工保护措施，封好金属条，车标，前挡风玻璃盖上大毛巾。

4.漆面处理，把漆面处理干净，抛光进行除去污垢，划痕。

5.封釉，用震釉机均匀的把釉覆盖在车漆上，其吸收。

6.擦釉，封釉后20-30分钟后用毛巾擦拭干净。

7.塑料保养，轮胎上光。

8.检查车漆有没有残留的部分。

9.施工完毕，客人验收，送客人，打扫卫生。

收拾工具。

晶体镀膜施工流程
1.洗车，将车上污垢清洗干净。

2.用去污泥在车漆表面研磨去污垢，以及虫尸、异物。

3.抛光，检查车身划痕选择适用的抛光液和抛光盘，进行处理车漆氧化层，腐蚀部分，清洗去除，再将漆面进行2次还原，使漆面恢复光泽亮艳。

4.漆面检查，检查抛光效果。

5.清洗车身用毛巾擦拭干净无水渍。

6.镀膜，将镀膜产品均匀涂抹再车漆面上。

（按顺序从前至后，从上至下）
7.擦拭干净，无迎面反光，仔细看好细节部分。

8.告诉客人验收，送客人，收拾干净，打扫卫生。

底盘装甲施工流程
1.将车用举升机举起来。

2.将底盘下护板拆下，放好螺丝。

用胶带把车身底边粘好，用报纸覆盖轮胎里侧。

用布或纸盒铺好地面，防止不好清洗。

3.用胶带把地盘下螺丝粘好，留好一些空眼。

4.施工时注意，避开发动机、排气管、油箱、后备箱、球头。

5.施工完毕后，稍等5到10分钟后再将车放下。
