邯郸市汉光中学校长王海霞：走在新课堂建设的路上 2009年，全国义务教育均衡现场会在邯郸隆重召开，推进义务教育均衡发展的“邯郸模式”一夜间传遍大江南北。然而，邯郸教育的步伐并没有停歇，一个“推进邯郸教育优质深度均衡”的大幕悄然拉开。在全市校本革命的大潮中，指向教育深处的“强力提师能，创建新课堂”的活动开始了。 新课堂是邯郸市教育局倡导的，相对于传统课堂而言的，充分关注学生学习状态的激情课堂、快乐课题、高效课堂，或者说是审问课堂、释潜课堂等，通过课业革命，提升教育质量。在这里，我不想对这个问题多阐述，而是想站在学校的层面，就如何推进新课堂建设谈谈自己的想法。 从去年到今年，我经历了两所学校的课改历程，也走了两条不一样的路径。 一、课改，源于内心的一个痛。 这件事，要从两年前说起。那时，我还在邯郸市第26中。 在我的办公室里，有一张我和学生合影，我把它放在常能看到的地方，用来刺激我、提醒我、鞭策我。当时，那个班的孩子已经毕业了，我跟他们有半年的邂逅。每天我转课堂的时候，常看到他们班的几个人百无聊赖的趴在桌子上，从小学起，他们已经听不懂老师在讲什么了，那茫然的眼神和从他们身边 花花溜走的岁月成为我心中永远的痛！ 每看到照片，心中就一阵惶恐。作为校长，我感觉，如果有学生趴在课堂上，我们怎么能对得起把孩子送进校园里来，还期待着孩子成才的家长？不改变现状就对不起每一个鲜活的生命，对不起自己的 良心。 虽然，在全市教育均衡政策的推动下，26中发生了翻天覆地的变化，校园的美丽、高雅的文化、教育的特色、别致的设计使学校陡增了一股书卷气。但是，传统的课堂、一般的师资、底子很薄的学生使课堂既看不到希望又没有生机。怎样才能让这样的师资和学生获得充分的发展呢？ 于是，我把目光投向全国，苦苦寻找着良方。在安徽铜都双语学校的一堂外语课，让我在徘徊了 很久之后，彻底下定了改变课堂的决心。 那堂课上的如此生动，学生学的如此自主，学生投入度之高、学习积极性之高、课堂容量之大、 达成度之好一下子打动了我。 苏霍姆林斯基说，有一种可怕的危险──这就是学生坐在课桌后面而无所事事。我下决心改变课堂，一定要给我的学生创造一个高效乐学的环境，把他们的潜能唤醒，给我们的老师插上振翅高飞的翅膀。 二、课改，不一样的土壤不一样的耕种 26中的初中，有20多个教学班。因为规模不大，好掌控。围绕让学习发生在学生身上，把课堂还给学生，我采用了休克疗法。在专家的指导下，在我的强力推动下，自上而下，让课堂一下子扭了个湾。 改革初期，老师不会教了。学生也不会学了，课也上不完了，家长也不理解了。我们就教师、学生、课堂、家长同时培训，周周教研，天天点评。那些天，我的心里压力很大，天天泡在课堂上，晚上也满脑子课改。高兴的是，不到两个月，课堂上道了，老师们研讨的内容也转向深层次的诸如文本的挖掘深度、学生思维的训练设计等上来。课堂一改过去的沉闷，学生动起来了，教学活起来了，学生的学习主动性提上来了，一批尖子生冒出来了，课堂带动着学校的中枢神经一下子又往前迈进了一大步。
