Please bring the following documents to Office for Graduate Students’ Affairs at the college
to obtain your diploma and degree certificate:
1.Your passport and a photocopy of it
2.Your visa and a photocopy of it
3.Disengagement Slip
4.A photocopy of your HSK score (Not required for students in programs instructed in English. For those who are enrolled in Chinese-instructed programs before September 2017, if they have failed to obtain the required HSK scores, they will only get a diploma, not a degree certificate).
5.Your invalidated student ID
Warning: Each year, before the 15th of July, in accordance with the regulations on exit-entry, the university will submit information about international students to be graduated to the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Jinhua Public Security Bureau. The latter may invalidate your student visa. Therefore, upon graduation, you are required to leave China as soon as possible or to apply for a new visa at the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Jinhua Public Security Bureau. Otherwise, you may incur an illegal overstay.
