出现频率最高的就是用where、here为词根,再添上一个或者几个介词来构成的格式。
例如hereafter:自此以后;hereby:特此;whereas:鉴于;wherein:在那儿。
等等诸如此类的词语,虽然在日常生活中很少见到,但是在国际贸易之中却是非常常见的,因此在翻译英语这种商务气息词汇的时候也要翻译成具有商务气息的汉语,这样才能让双方准确的对合同进行理解,更好的促使合同的签订。
2、具有很多缩写词经济的快速发展,人们的生活节奏也在逐渐加快,中外双方可以用更多的方式进行交流,比如视频通话,电子邮件等方式进行谈判协商。
因此这就要求在交谈的过程中对语言的把握简洁明了,不拖泥带水,同时也有利于双方的记忆和记录。

比如AGT(A GREEM ENT)协议,契约;A/P(account paid)已付账款;BF(bonded factory)保税工厂;BOOM (build-operate-own-maintain)建造,运营,拥有,维护等等众多的缩写词。
因为这些缩写词是大家在长期的交流交涉之中逐步积累的,所以也是受到双方一致认可的缩写词。
因此在翻译这些外贸缩写词的时候无需强加修饰,只需要正确理解缩写词是含义并能准确的翻译出来就可以了。
