三股锦纶复丝绳索GB 10026—88(渔具材料)本标准等效采用国际标准ISO 1140—1975《三股聚酰胺复丝绳索》。
1 主题内容与适用范围本标准规定了由密度约1.14×103kg/m3的锦纶复丝组成的三股绳索的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于线密度为11～1750ktex，即公称直径4～52mm的绳索。
2 引用标准GB 3938 渔具材料基本名词术语GB 4146 纺织名词术语（化纤部分）GB 8834 绳索有关物理和机械性能的测定3 制造3.1 绳索必须由新原料制成，绳索和绳股必须连续而无捻接。
3.2 经买卖双方同意，线密度大于或等于260ktex（公称直径20mm）的绳索可在绳股中夹有无捻连续的锦纶复丝组成的股芯。
3.3 除特别注明外，三股锦纶复丝绳索应由绳股以“Z”向捻合成，绳股本身为“S”捻。
3.4 绳索各绳股含绳纱数或绳纱及无捻连续的复丝数应相同。
3.5 绳索公称直径4～14mm时，捻系数不大于4.0；公称直径16～52mm时，捻系数不大于3.5。

3.6 绳索应保证尺寸稳定性，在制造中应进行热处理。
