同步带张紧轮注塑模具设计
摘要
塑料模具具有密度小,质量轻,绝缘性好,耐磨耐腐蚀等特殊性能,已成为各行各业不可缺少的一种重要材料,其制品在工业生产中得到广泛的应用.特别是在计算机,办公机器,照相机,汽车,仪器仪表,机械制造,交通通信,轻工,建筑,日用品以及家用电器行业中得到广泛使用,随着纳米塑料等新材料的出现,今后塑料的应用将会覆盖国民经济的各个领域,尤其在国防和尖端科学技术领域中将占有越来越重要的地位。
同步带张紧轮模具设计就是在Pro E平台上对同步带轮注塑模具进行的注射模具设计。在设计过程中,通过了解和掌握塑料ABS及同步带张紧轮塑料模具设计的有关知识,主要完成注射塑料模具的成型部分、浇注系统、脱模机构、模体等部分的设计,并利用功能强大的CAD软件Pro E进行三维造型及工过程的动画设计以及其动画演示。
利用电脑绘图并模拟动画仿真已成为当今很先进的演示方式。运行的过程中可以很清楚的看到制造过程。通过本次设计,不仅掌握了注射模具的基本设计过程和设计要领,并了解了塑料的基本成型工艺,以及软件Pro E的实体建模、装配建模、制图基础、工过程动画设计等各个环节的基本操作规则及运用方法,从而可以利用软件Pro E或其它三维设计软件完成模具的整体设计,为能够做更为复杂的全机械仿真运动做基础。

Synchronous belt tensioner injection mold design
Abstract
Plastic mould has the particularitu of little density,light quality,good insulated,defend abrade and canker and so on.It becomes an important material in every walk of life.The production is widely used in industroy,Especially in PC office and home electricals,been widely used. With the new kinds of material appearance,plastic’s use will all over every area,especially in national defence and cusp technology and become more and more important.
This graduation project is in Pro ENGINEER platform the injection mold design which carries on to the Meshing belt lid. In the design process,through understood and grasps the related knowledge which plastic ABS and the Meshing belt plastic mold designs,mainly completes the injection plastic mold to take shape partially,pours the system,the drawing of patterns organization,the mold body and so on the partial designs,and carries on the three dimensional modelling and the labor process animation design using function formidable CAD software Pro ENGINEER.
Using the computer to make movie is a present way to show the couse of running and seeing the way of how does the machine work clearly.Through this design,not only grasped has injected the mold the basic design process and the design main point,and had understood the plastic basically took shape the craft,as well as software Pro ENGINEER entity modelling,assembly modelling,charting foundation,labor process animation design and so on each link elementary operation eo rule and utilization method,thus might completes the mold using software Pro ENGINEER or other three dimensional design softwares the overall design,and for the basic of the whole working of
machine movie demo.
