Comprehensive energy consumption of industrial added value(10 thousands) is from 0.65 tce. to 0.43 tce., down 34.6 %; steel consumption is from 0.47 tce. to 0.38 tce., a decline of 18.2% .
Machinery industry sales in China reached top 1 of $ 1.5 trillion, as the highest in the world, surpassing Japan's $ 1.2 trillion and U.S. $ 1 trillion.
Change the development mode- from quantity mode to quality mode, from lowend product structure to high-end.
Expand international cooperation, and actively introduce advanced technology, talent and strategic partners.
