3 工作原理
视频光信号连接方式
摄像仪由电源电路、摄像机以及光纤网络集线器组成。设备工作时，由隔爆外壳内的 电源模块向摄像头和传输设备提供 12VDC 的工作电源，使用网络传输时摄像头将监测 现场的场景图像以 TCP/IP 协议电信号输入光纤网络集线器。再将工作现场的场景图象通 过 TCP/IP 协议光信号输出，通过传输介质输送给终端设备使用；使用视频信号传输时，

a)本摄像仪的玻璃应使用干净棉纱等定期（每周一次）擦去灰尘。 b）镜头应用光学镜头纸擦拭。移动摄摄像仪时注意轻拿轻放。 c) 用户不能随意更改仪器的电路结构及元件参数，以免影响仪器的防爆性能。 d)仪器的外壳等重要配件，应从仪器的生产厂家购买，严禁代用，以确保仪器的防爆 性能。
1 产品概述 KBA127(A)矿用隔爆型摄像仪采用低照度摄像器件，具有普通视频信号输出、以
太网电口输出和以太网光信号输出特点，用户可以根据自己的实际情况选择输出方式。 该设备具有体积小、重量轻、清晰度高、传输距离长、有辅助照明等优点，适用于含 有煤尘、甲烷爆炸混合物环境。 2 要求 2.1 工作环境条件：
在产品包装的附件中，含有袋装干燥剂。在设备安装到位、并且电气连接完毕后， 将干燥剂放入设备腔体中，注意干燥剂的安装位置，应当避开传动部分和电气连接部 分，同时相对静止不易走脱，避免因为干燥剂吸收饱和后造成线路故障或传动故障。

1.概述
YHW125 隔爆一体化万向摄像仪（以下简称 YHW125 摄像仪）是新一代的防爆监控设备， 它采用了更为先进的制造工艺，凭借成熟的质量管理体系作为保证，使得产品的质量和性能在 同类型的产品处于领先地位。该产品可单独应用在具有易燃易爆气体的环境中，达到监控现场 的目的。

5.防爆结构说明
在进行防爆一体化摄像仪的外壳设计时充分考虑了当爆炸性气体混合物浸入内部，因某种 原因发生爆炸时不致引起防爆一体化摄像仪外部的爆炸性混合物爆炸。从外壳强度和组成 外壳的各组件的结合面间隙、长度及限制外壳最高表面温度等关键着手确保防爆性能。
