北京大学医学继续教育学院关于课程免考管理规定一、学生进入本院选课学习后，符合学院课程免考条件者，可申请办理课程免考，经学院审核批准后，免于课程考核而取得学分。
累计免考课程的总学分不得超过本专业教学计划开设课程总学分的30%。
二、课程免考申请条件如下：1．学生入学前六年内获得的相关课程成绩，且具备以下情况者，可申请课程免考：（1）学生通过以下几种形式获得的课程成绩，经我院确认为同层次的公共课或为同层次、同专业的专业课，与我院本专业教学计划规定的学时数和内容相当，且考试成绩在70分以上，可以申请相应课程的免考：●全日制正规大学中修过的课程；●高等教育自学考试中通过的课程；●教育部批准的全国重点大学网络教育学院中修过的课程。
