二、 中职英语学科核心素养的培养策略英语学科核心素养是新课程目标,也是一种新的课程观。

为了使学科核心素养落实到学生、落实到课堂,下面结合江苏省职业学校文化课教材英语第三册Unit 2 “My duties”中Reading板块内容“Excerpt from a Waiter Training Manual”,通过创设系列活动导向教学,进行有效落实学科核心素养的研究。

1. 整合教学资源,开展活动导向教学。

本课主题是关于社会服务,旨在帮助学生认识餐厅服务生的工作职责和注意事项。

为此,教师设计以下活动导向任务:首先,课前热身活动。

教师将团队自主开发的职场英语系列微课中的“餐厅服务员必备英语”上传学习平台,要求学生通过自主学习和小组互助学习,掌握微课中的生词和重点语句,了解餐厅服务员在各服务环节应掌握的重要语句。
