三、工作内容与方法（一）法律咨询：应甲方的要求提供法律咨询意见，包括但不限于合同审查、法律风险评估等。

乙方应确保提供的法律意见合法合规且符合甲方需求。

（二）法律文件起草与审查：协助甲方起草或审查涉及商务活动的各类法律文件，包括但不限于合同协议等。

乙方应确保文件合法合规并符合甲方的利益。

（三）协助解决法律争议：对于甲方因商务活动产生的法律争议，乙方应提供解决方案和法律支持。

如争议无法通过协商解决的，协助甲方依法维权。

（四）定期汇报：乙方应定期向甲方汇报法律顾问工作情况及进展。

如遇重大法律问题或风险点，应及时向甲方报告。

（五）保密义务：乙方应对在提供法律服务过程中获知的甲方商业秘密和机密信息承担保密责任。

未经甲方同意，不得泄露或擅自使用相关信息。

四、费用及支付方式（一）费用标准：根据乙方的服务内容和时间，甲方应向乙方支付法律服务费用______元人民币（或相应金额的外币）。
