喷嘴行业的发展史看到百度贴吧上很多喷嘴公司的广告,回想自己多年来在这个行业所了解的一些情况,准备梳理一下,整理出有关这个行业的发展概况,希望对现有的厂家、即将进入这个行业人士能有一些帮助。
准备起草的内容:1、主要喷嘴厂家的发展历史2、喷嘴的主要应用3、喷嘴的发展历程4、未来喷嘴行业的发展探索。
我只希望能够抛砖引玉,文字中绝不会诋毁任何厂家,只是站在一个公平公正的角度去评判整个行业的发展,如有不对的地方,请各位看客指正,但是杜绝谩骂。
喷嘴行业的起源1、最早本没有喷嘴这个行业,美国有一个小伙子,曾经是一个五金加工匠人,在日常的工作中,发现了客户关于喷嘴的需求,也制作了很多各式各样的喷嘴,只是没有成系列,随着工业的发展,这种需求也越来越大,这个小伙子就将所有做过的喷嘴,进行归类整理,形成系列化,并且注册了一个公司:Spraying Systems Co,就是美国喷雾系统公司——全世界最大的喷嘴公司(已经超过70年的历史),这个小伙子就是美国喷雾公司的创始人:JIM BRONSON--每一个喷嘴人应该铭记的一个伟人,喷嘴行业的创始人。
2、中国较早的喷嘴公司:江苏博际喷雾系统有限公司。
早在80年代初,在江苏扬州有一个小县城叫做江都,有一个小厂叫做江都气动附件厂,是一个村办企业,主要从事爆米花机、管道接头等产品,后来进行改制,由当时的销售科长管序荣承包下来,为宝钢进行管道接头的加工。
当时宝钢引进了新日铁的一套连铸生产线,由于当时进口喷嘴价格昂贵,宝钢考虑国产化,就由当时的江都气动附件厂进行产品测绘,在宝钢技术人员的帮助下,终于历经重重困难,实现了连铸喷嘴的国产化替代,从此江都气动附件厂就进入了喷嘴这个领域,而且随着宝钢的支持以及自身的努力,他们已经成为中国钢铁行业喷嘴的王者,年销售额过亿,并且更名江苏博际喷雾系统有限公司——他们是中国喷嘴行业的开创者,向他们致敬!3、在广东东莞的一个涂装车间,有一个人,叫做宋志明,90年代后期他发现车间里涂装喷嘴价格昂贵,更换频繁,发现这商机之后,他毅然举债开模具,仿制出第一批国产的卡夹式涂装喷嘴,并且成立了一个喷嘴公司——广东长原喷雾公司,后来经过多年研究发展,终于从涂装喷嘴向金属喷嘴再向过滤器行业发展,企业更名为广东长原喷雾净化科技有限公司,成为广东喷嘴起源的鼻祖。

Cluster Head Nozzles
Lechler cluster head nozzles achieve a very large surface of the sprayed liquid by adding various finely atomizing single nozzles. Whenever a fine fog-like full cone atomization with relatively large flow rates is necessary, e.g. gas exchange processes, steam cooling or dust suppression, Lechler cluster head nozzles have decisive advantages: overlapping hollow cones form a fine full cone atomization with an increased droplet surface area. 长径喷嘴介绍
长径喷嘴主要用于电力行业高压或高温高压场合,主蒸汽、主给水或减温水均采用此典型设计,它具有量程比宽、耐冲击、压力损失小、使用寿命长、测量范围大、测量精度等特点。
长径喷嘴按国标GB/T2624-93进行设计制造,按JJG640-94进行检定。
无需实流标定。
适用范围1、公称直径:50mm≤DN≤630mm2、公称压力:PN≤32MPa3、孔径比:0.2≤β≤0.84、雷诺数范围:10000≤ReD≤1×105、精度:0.5级,1级结构形式长径喷嘴由入口收缩部分A、圆筒形喉部B和下游端平面C组成,其取压方式采用D-D/2取压。
长径喷嘴有两种形式:高比值喷嘴0.25≤β≤0.8低比值喷嘴0.25≤β≤0.5当β值介于0.25和0.5之间时,可采用任意一种结构形式的长径喷嘴,具体结构形式见下图长径喷嘴主要应用于电力行业高压或高温高压的场合,装机容量在50MW以上的主蒸汽、主给水或减温水等均采用此典型设计型式,它具有压力损小、寿命长等特点。

2.碳钢除含碳外一般还含有少量的硅、锰、硫、磷。
3.根据含量的高低又大致可分成低碳钢(含碳量一般小于0.25%);中碳钢(含碳量一般在0.25%-0.60%之间);高碳钢(含碳量一秀大于0.60%)。
4.钢中含碳量增加,屈服点和抗拉强度升高,但塑性和冲击性降低,当含碳量超过0.23%时,钢的焊接性能变坏,因此用于焊接的低合金结构钢,含碳量一般不超过0.20%。
碳量高还会降低钢的耐大塑性变形,称此现象为屈服,而产生屈服现象时的最小应力值即为屈服点。
6. 设Ps为屈服点s处的外力,Fo为试样断面积,则屈服点σs =Ps/Fo(MPa),MPa称为兆帕等于N (牛顿)/mm2,(MPa=106Pa,Pa:帕斯卡=N/m2)2.屈服强度(σ0.2)有的金属材料的屈服点极不明显,在测量上有困难,因此为了衡量材料的屈服特性,规定产生永久残余塑性变形等于一定值(一般为原长度的0.2%)时的应力,称为条件屈服强度或简称屈服强度σ0.2 。
