摘要

浙江省依靠长江三角洲的优势地理位置，积极参与国际竞争和经济合作，发展外向型经济，利用外资规模不断扩大。利用外资已经成为促进浙江省经济增长、增加居民收入、扩大就业的重要因素。本文通过深入了解浙江省利用外资现状，对比分析上海、深圳、江苏等省市外资利用情况，讨论了其在外资利用过程中存在的产业结构有待优化，区域发展不平衡，环境资源等一系列问题，并在文章最后针对性的提出了引导外资投向，引进国际先进的技术和管理，促进产业升级等合理化建议和对策。

Abstract

As a result of Zhejiang Province has taken an active part in foreign competition and economic cooperation and further developed the outward-looking economy on its strategic location of the Yangtze River Delta, the scale of utilizing foreign funds is continually expanding.Utilizing foreign funds has become an important factor for pulling the economic growth of Zhejiang, increasing people's incomes and expanding employment.This paper has an in-depth insight into the current situation of utilizing foreign funds, analyzed the situation of Shanghai, Shenzhen and Jiangsu, discussed a series of questions, such as promoting the industrial structure optimization and upgrading, area develops lopsided problem and environmental resources in the process of utilizing foreign funds.And based on the problems, some countermeasures and advice, such as correctly guiding overseas investment, importing advanced techniques and modernized management methods and promoting the industrial structure optimization and upgrading are given in the end.
