记得刚刚走上工作岗位的我曾经信念百倍，认为小学英语教学应当是很简洁的事情，不就是听、说、读、写嘛，没什么难的，但真正开头教学，真正开头接触学生之后，我才感觉到：小学英语教学尤其是我们农村学生的英语教学真是坎坷难行。
教学一开头我就遇到了种种问题。
有一大局部学生在潜意识里根本没有把英语当一回事，有些学生甚至有抵触的心情。
从家庭上看，我们的学生家庭大局部属于农村家庭，英语没有被受到重视，再加上家长能听懂英语的少之又少，更别说辅导了。
从环境上来看，学生除了课堂上短短的40分钟外，根本上就没有使用英语的环境了，放学后听英语磁带的作业也有大局部学生不能自觉完成，再加上英语课课时较少，因此我的英语教学开展得并不顺畅。
面对如此多的问题，我打算从学生的学习兴趣、学习方法和学习习惯方面去入手解决。
现想从我的切身体会谈几点做法及建议：一、要从自身找缘由，培育学生学习英语的兴趣。
自己先要想方法，持有一份乐观的态度，勤思索，乐奉献。
给学生一份爱，让学生喜爱你，从而喜爱上你的英语课。
由于兴趣是最好的教师，当学生喜爱上你的课了，用心地听讲了，那课堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了吗?在培育学生学习兴趣方面，我做了如下工作：(一)、用爱去浇灌学生。
首先专心地给学生一份爱。
由于爱可以溶化人与人之间的隔膜，给学生一份爱，同时你也会收获到他们对您的爱。
我们要在日常生活接触中表达爱，例如下课后，我大多时间都会逗留在班里，跟他们谈谈学习上的问题、说说家常话或开个玩笑逗逗他们，他们会不亦乐乎。

English is often referred to as a global language, and for good reasons. It is the lingua franca of international communication, business, science, and technology. By learning English, our students gain the ability to connect with people from different cultures and backgrounds, broadening their perspectives and expanding their horizons. Moreover, English proficiency is a key factor in securing employment and pursuing higher education in many parts of the world.However, teaching English is not without its challenges. One of the most significant challenges we face is the diverse needs and abilities of our students. Each student comes with unique strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. As teachers, we must be prepared to adapt our teaching methods to cater to these diverse needs. Additionally, we must navigate the ever-evolving landscape of English language standards and teaching methodologies.To address these challenges, I would like to propose some strategiesthat can enhance our teaching methods:1. Differentiated Instruction: Recognize that each student has a unique learning style. By incorporating various teaching techniques, such as visual, auditory, and kinesthetic methods, we can cater to different learning preferences. This can be achieved through the use of multimedia resources, interactive whiteboards, and hands-on activities.2. Student-Centered Learning: Shift the focus from teacher-centered instruction to student-centered learning. Encourage students toparticipate actively in their learning process by asking questions, sharing ideas, and working collaboratively in groups. This not only enhances their language skills but also fosters critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.3. Utilize educational apps, online platforms, and social media to provide students with opportunities for practice and feedback. This can also help bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications.4. Cultural Awareness: Acknowledge and respect the cultural backgrounds of our students. Integrate culturally relevant materials into our lessons to promote understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures. This can be done through storytelling, songs, and discussions about cultural norms and values.5. Continuous Professional Development: As teachers, we must never stop learning. Attend workshops, conferences, and webinars to stay updated with the latest research and teaching practices. This will enable us to refine our skills and adapt to the changing educational landscape.6. Assessment and Feedback: Use a variety of assessment methods to evaluate student progress. This can include formative assessments such as quizzes and oral presentations, as well as summative assessments like exams and projects. Provide constructive feedback to help students identify their strengths and areas for improvement.7. Engagement and Motivation: Keep students motivated and engaged by making lessons fun and interactive. Incorporate games, competitions, and real-life scenarios into our teaching to make learning more enjoyable and relatable.In conclusion, teaching English is a noble and rewarding profession. 不知不觉间，激动人心的收获时刻已经到来，离20XX年高考还剩下30天的时间。
今天，我们相
聚在这里共同见证这历史性的时刻，让我们再搏30天，让汗水哺育
不凡;再搏30天用智慧丰富内涵;再搏30天凭激情创造灿烂;再搏
30天靠实力熬头独占!
时光荏苒，回顾过去的日子，我们高三英语组全体老师在教研组长刘俊英老师和备课组长刘艳老师的带领下，本着“把简单的事做
到极致”的向往，坚定“学校增荣我增荣认真工作不放松”的工作
理念扎扎实实地做好自己的本职工作认认真真履行着自己的神圣职责。
全身心地投入到指导学生的高考复习工作中。
无论是经验丰富
的老教师，还是我们这些刚上高三的年轻老师，我们都能够一心扑
在工作上，认真研究高考资料，互相学习，精心备课，共同研究探
讨解题思路和做题方法，力求教学工作系统扎实，不放过任何问题，使学生形成完整的知识结构和方法体系，我们这些年轻老师因此收
获颇丰。
两位组长还带领着大家认真开好每次教研会，共同研讨设
计出高质量的复习学案，使其真正起到了预期的效果，得到了领导
学生的一致好评。
最后的冲刺已经到了关键时刻，我们高三英语组全体老师会再接再厉，不折不扣地完成学校各项工作任务，进一步抓好课堂教学，
使之科学、严谨、有效;抓好学生的心理疏导，培养学生良好的心态
和健康的心理品质;抓好高考信息的收集筛选，紧紧把握教学方向;
抓好学生的培优补差工作，整合学科教学，使学生的综合成绩更上
一层楼!

新高”。
冲锋的号角已经吹响，前进的战鼓已经擂起，我们高三的
全体英语老师一定会和同学们并肩战斗。

的加油站，愿做他们高考信息的查询台，愿做他们的心理咨询师，
愿为他们诊断学习中碰到的一切疑难杂症。

在此，我代表全体高三英语老师郑重承诺：我们将继续刻苦钻研，

下午好。
首先我觉得非常的荣幸能够在这里和你们面对面。
其实坐在这里我还有点小紧张。
但是也还好，趁这个机会我给大家也包
括我自己鼓鼓劲。
回顾下，长长的三年被我们短短的过过了。
准确
的说已经短到只剩下三十三天。
我真的非常的高兴能够陪你们走到
最后。
因为你们是我的第一届学生，算是我的第一拨桃李。
无论结
局如何，我都牢记你们!
但是，看到你们最近的状态，我真的着急了。
在经历了三次模考之后，听到有些同学在交谈中感叹：“只剩30几天了，能不能上线，结局已经注定。
”也有同学抱怨：“我已经很努力了，付出了很多，成绩却居后不前。
”甚至想“这样一天一天的的煎熬，还不如明天
就高考。
”。
看到你们这样没有精神，我的信心也大打折扣!
但是不是真的什么都不能改变，自己真的只能等待命运的安排甚至接受命运的宣判吗?作为与同学们一起经历高中三年风风雨雨的老师，我想要告诉你们的是：在你们经过十几年寒窗苦读，读过堆积
如山的书籍，做过漫天飞舞的试卷，在喊出我的未来不是梦的口号后，你们就这么认输。
那真的是太遗憾了。
高考虽然不是人生的全部，却是人生极为重要的一步。
而这一切要成为可能，都需要我们
从今天的最后冲刺做起，充分利用这屈指可数、一日千金的关键时刻。
三十三天虽然弹指一挥间，但我们必需意识到：人是不可能被注定的，往往最后的一点坚持，会让你看到别人看不到的风景;越是接
近目的的时候，越能考验一个人的意志。
我们英语当中有句谚语onewholaugheslastisthebest!坚持，咬着牙坚持到最后，只要有了
坚持的愿望，非凡的梦想就绝对不是虚幻。
况且，在你们走过的每一天里，你们并不孤独，你们有家长的精心呵护，有同学的关心帮助，还有老师的耐心指导。
作为你们的老师，我们将是你们最坚强的后盾。
我们老师也做了充分的打好这一
场硬仗的准备，我们会全力以赴，精心备考。
在以后的三十三天里，我们也许会对你们要求更高，训练更强，督促更严，但是，请你们
相信，这一切都是为了你们，为了你们能出类拔萃，为了你们能有
更加辉煌的明天，因此，希望你们能够理解。
五一回家，听到我的小外甥总是背一段话给我听，困难就像弹簧，你强它就弱，你弱它就强。
这个也送给你们，希望你们能有所感触。
最后，我用一句座佑铭与大家共勉：“尽最大的努力，留最小的遗憾”。

我是刚刚工作才3年的年轻教师，当我走进我工作生活的校园，不禁让我想起我还是学生的时候，想到我曾经待过的校园，那是孩
子们的“乐园”。
孩子们在这里成长，在这里学习，在这里交友，
在这里锻炼。
这里处处洋溢着孩子们的欢声笑语，满载着孩子们童
年的幸福时光。
现在我站在三里墩小学的校园里，心里感慨万千，
校园是我们的第二个家。
它像火红的太阳照耀着我们，像春天的雨
水滋润着我们。
让我们无时无刻不忘自己肩上的重任。
我想对这所
百年老校说一声：“我爱你，校园”。
我爱校园迷人的景色。
今年我们搬进崭新的校园，在我的眼里，校园的天总是那么蓝，校园的云总是那么白，蓝天白云之间放飞着
我儿时的梦想，同时也放飞着我学生们的梦想。
漫步校园，“厚德
感恩，择善而行”这醒目的校训，时刻印在我们每一个人的心中。
没错，这就是我们学校的办学理念。
向后走一个操场就呈现在我们
眼前，操场的一边有两个篮球架，它们就像卫兵一样，不怕苦不怕累，日夜守护着我们的校园，操场南边有几棵桂花树，金秋十月，
丹桂飘香，令人神清气爽。
操场的东边就是神圣的升旗台，鲜艳的
五星红旗飘扬在升旗台的旗杆上，显得那么安详。
每逢星期一，全
校师生便来到操场，参加庄严的升旗仪式。
我爱校园多彩的生活。
上课了，朗朗的读书声伴着老师的淳淳教导，孩子们尽情地在知识的海洋里遨游。
一声铃响，校园立刻喧闹
起来。
孩子们奔跑嬉戏着，满脸汗水满脸笑容像小鸟一样自由欢畅。
校园中秋诗歌朗诵比赛，同学们个个激动不已。
国际跳棋，舞蹈，
美术各类兴趣小组丰富着孩子们各方面素质。
周末艺校为孩子搭建
了有一个学习平台。
一只只小燕子慢慢地羽翼丰满起来。
我更爱校园浓浓的师生情。
“学生就是自己的孩子”老师的心里这么想着。
“老师就是我的父母”学生的心里这么想着。
在我们的
学校，几乎全是外来务工子女的学校，这平淡的两句话真切的说出
了师生间的情谊。
这个孩子在家学习没人管，老师就利用课间帮助
孩子理解知识，牺牲自己休息的时间。
那个孩子生病了，老师抱着
就送孩子上医院治疗。
那个孩子放学了，家长工作忙不能及时来接
孩子，老师领着孩子来到身边，指导孩子完成作业等等的事件让我
感受到学校处处传递着爱，老师爱学生，学生爱老师。
我爱我的校园，让我们将“爱”传递，以最饱满的热情投入到工作中，为美丽的校园贡献自己的力量。
