2020年英语四级作文预测:范文(5) Effects of Financial Crisis on College Students1.金融危机给各行各业都造成了一定影响2.金融危机对大学生造成何种影响3.作为大学生,应怎样应对这种影响【作文范文】Effects of Financial Crisis on College StudentsSince the financial crisis swept the world, the global economy has sunk into a severe recession. It's hard to get through a day without hearing or reading news about the devastating effects of the crisis: A world of companies go bankrupt, millions of employees are laid off, high-return investment bubbles burst, and huge sums of loans can never be retrieved. Its impact on our daily life can be felt in all walks of life.College students inevitably fall victim to this pervasive slump as well. On top of that, internships and job vacancies are reduced to the minimum as companies keep shrinking. New graduates find themselves hard to get a job, not to speak of a satisfactory one. What comes next? Poor students will be hard-pressed if they find student loans unavailable any more. As a result, some even cannot afford to continue their studies. Lastly, more students are probably out there anxiously looking for part-time jobs now that they have to help cover their expenses in this gloomy economy. Theirinnocence and eagerness might be taken advantage of by some malicious businesspeople, or even criminal gang.In response to these threats, we students must act promptly and wisely. Since we definitely will be facing a competitive job market, it's crucial that we submit high quality resumes. Therefore, we must commit more to our professional studies. Even do better, master more relevant job skills as a double security. Furthermore, apply for scholarships and grants, as these are still available and we don't have to pay them back. As for the safety issues, trust our instinct - there's no free lunch in this world. Anything that promises quick returns without much work is a sure trap. Stay alert and protect ourselves.。

英语作文大学生如何应对金融危机

英语作文大学生如何应对金融危机

英语作文大学生如何应对金融危机In recent years, financial crises have become a common concern for many individuals, especially college students. As they navigate their educational journeys, they may face unexpected financial challenges that can affect their academic performance and overall well-being. Here are several strategies that college students can employ to effectively cope with financial crises.Firstly, budgeting is essential. Students should create a detailed budget that outlines their income and expenses. By tracking their spending, they can identify areas where they can cut costs. This may include minimizing discretionary spending, such as dining out and entertainment. Using apps to manage finances can also help students maintain discipline in their spending habits.Secondly, seeking financial aid is crucial. Many colleges offer financial assistance programs, scholarships, and grants that students may not be aware of. It is important for students to research and apply for these resources to alleviate their financial burdens. Additionally, talking to financial advisors at their institutions can provide valuable insights and guidance. Moreover, students should consider part-time employment or internships. Working even a few hours a week can provide financial relief and valuable work experience. Many colleges have job placement services that can help students find suitable job opportunities that fit their schedules.Another effective strategy is to build an emergency fund. Even a small amount saved regularly can accumulate over time, providing a safety net during financial crises. Students should prioritize saving a portion of their income, no matter how small, to prepare for unforeseen expenses.Lastly, maintaining a positive mindset is vital. Financial crises can be stressful, but students should focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on the problems. Engaging in stress-relief activities, such as exercise, meditation, or talking to friends and family, can help students manage anxiety related to financial issues. In conclusion, while financial crises can be daunting for college students, there are several strategies they can adopt to cope effectively. By budgeting, seeking financial aid, working part-time, saving for emergencies, and maintaining a positive attitude, students can navigatethrough tough financial times and continue to pursue their academic goals.中文翻译:近年来,金融危机成为许多人,尤其是大学生普遍关注的问题。
