既进行了课程内容的组织学习,又对学员进行培训交流平台的操作性指导;既对学员积极参训的精神热情鼓励,又对学员面对网慢而心急如焚的忧虑耐心解释;既帮助年长教师解决电脑操作不熟的问题,又帮助年轻教师解决远程培训时不够专心的问题等等。

通过引导和督促学员上传资源、发布作业、参与讨论等方式,激发学员网上与同行互相交流的热情,也使他们感受到了网上学习的乐趣,增强他们网上学习的自信,学员网上学习的兴趣十分浓厚。

三、督促学员及时完成作业,认真评论和推荐优秀作业我按照课程发布研修作业,鼓励学员认真独立完成作业,积极上传分享资源,积极评论,按时主动参加在线研、督促学员按时完成和提交作业,并及时地进行批改作业和推荐优秀作业。

通过网上统计数字,发现有哪些学员没能按时提及作业时,给学员发公告和消息,要求学员保质保量提交作业,发现有“应付差事”的现象,就打回重新提交。

四、及时地学发表习简报和公告学习简报是展示本坊培训组织情况、学习进展、学习成果,也是对外交流的重要窗口。

2020年英语工作坊研修计划
一、指导思想
当今教育应以立足课堂,以学生为主体,充分发挥学生学习自主性,提高课堂教学的有效性为重点。

坚持科学育人,扎实有序地开展小学英语学科的教学研修工作,提高教师教育教学技能,更好地发挥名师,骨干教师的示范,辐射,引领作用,促进所有教师的共同发展。

二、研修目标
1、将网络研修与教育教学实践相结合,利用湖南省中小学教师发展网这一技术支撑,基于信息技术手段开展线上研修、线下实践开展学习,树立终身学习理念。

2、带领组织组员积极参加常规研修,认真观看研修课程,参与研修讨论,完成研修作业,提出具有建设性的研修问题,学习专家们的自然拼读教法及运用,学习英语教学的先进理念和方法,并逐步内化为个人能力,切实解决自己在教育教学中遇到的突出问题。

三、个人自我诊断(SWOT)分析
S 我的优势:
正所谓“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者”,我是一个非常热爱英语,以学习英语为乐的人。

所以我也非常乐于从事英语教育,喜欢英语学科。

同时,在未正式进入学校之前,我曾经在英语培训机构任教,能够和学生进行更好的互动,并对他们进行多样的评价。

培训机构养成的TPR教学习惯能够使课堂氛围更加的轻松活跃。

这种教学方法也更容易被中年级刚接触英语的孩子们接受。

W 我的劣势:
我是一个非英语专业,非师范专业毕业的人,所以在英语学科的专业性上,在教育教学的专业性上还有待提高。

此外,自然拼读虽然有过接触,但是并没有接受系统的训练。

此外,我还同时担任语文学科的教学,所以在教育教学过程中可能“鱼与熊掌不可兼得”,而不得不偏移重心,而对英语教学的研究有所懈怠。

O 我面临的机遇:
1、信息技术的飞速发展带来了海量的学习资源,只要有学习之心,就可以找到适合自己的学习资源。

2、国家越来越重视教育,对教师的培训也越来越重视,我们有很多的机会去提升自己的专业素养。

3、英语工作坊为我们一线教师提供了一个很好的平台,我们可以在这里接受专家的指点,学习理论和实际操作知识。

T 我遇到的挑战:
1、农村的孩子英语基础
薄弱,英语学习氛围不浓厚,家庭英语教育跟不上。

2、在农村一线工作,除
了担任英语学科的教学,还担任语文教学以及学校的相关工作,所以会有心有余而力不足之感。

3、学校的英语教师大都是语文老师兼职,所以专业的教师基本
没有,那么在英语教研上就会有一定难度。

四、研修方法和措施
1、认真学习英语工作坊推出的研修课程,做好笔记。

2、积极参加研修沙龙的研讨,汲取他人优秀的观点和看法,改正自己的不足。

3、阅读相关的专业书籍,提升自己的专业素养。

4、遇到问题不要逃避,在研修问题中提出来,在大家的意见中找到解决方法。

5、将在英语工作坊当中学到的理论知识运用到自己的实际教学当中,并反思自己的不足,积极改正。

五、预期研修成果
1、能够在平时的教学当中将自然拼读方法运用自如。

2、能够上一节纯粹的自然拼读课,并且可以取得比较好的效果。

3、将自己在英语工作坊中的学习资料,想法进行总结归纳,形成一篇具有实质意义的关于自然拼读的论文。
