2020年英语工作坊研修计划
一、指导思想
当今教育应以立足课堂，以学生为主体，充分发挥学生学习自主性，提高课堂教学的有效性为重点。
坚持科学育人，扎实有序地开展小学英语学科的教学研修工作，提高教师教育教学技能，更好地发挥名师，骨干教师的示范，辐射，引领作用，促进所有教师的共同发展。
二、研修目标
1、将网络研修与教育教学实践相结合，利用湖南省中小学教师发展网这一技术支撑，基于信息技术手段开展线上研修、线下实践开展学习，树立终身学习理念。
2、带领组织组员积极参加常规研修，认真观看研修课程，参与研修讨论，完成研修作业，提出具有建设性的研修问题，学习专家们的自然拼读教法及运用，学习英语教学的先进理念和方法，并逐步内化为个人能力，切实解决自己在教育教学中遇到的突出问题。
三、个人自我诊断（SWOT）分析
S 我的优势：
正所谓“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者”，我是一个非常热爱英语，以学习英语为乐的人。
所以我也非常乐于从事英语教育，喜欢英语学科。
同时，在未正式进入学校之前，我曾经在英语培训机构任教，能够和学生进行更好的互动，并对他们进行多样的评价。
培训机构养成的TPR教学习惯能够使课堂氛围更加的轻松活跃。
这种教学方法也更容易被中年级刚接触英语的孩子们接受。
W 我的劣势：
我是一个非英语专业，非师范专业毕业的人，所以在英语学科的专业性上，在教育教学的专业性上还有待提高。
此外，自然拼读虽然有过接触，但是并没有接受系统的训练。
此外，我还同时担任语文学科的教学，所以在教育教学过程中可能“鱼与熊掌不可兼得”，而不得不偏移重心，而对英语教学的研究有所懈怠。
O 我面临的机遇：
1、信息技术的飞速发展带来了海量的学习资源，只要有学习之心，就可以找到适合自己的学习资源。
2、国家越来越重视教育，对教师的培训也越来越重视，我们有很多的机会去提升自己的专业素养。
3、英语工作坊为我们一线教师提供了一个很好的平台，我们可以在这里接受专家的指点，学习理论和实际操作知识。
T 我遇到的挑战：
1、农村的孩子英语基础
薄弱，英语学习氛围不浓厚，家庭英语教育跟不上。
2、在农村一线工作，除
了担任英语学科的教学，还担任语文教学以及学校的相关工作，所以会有心有余而力不足之感。
3、学校的英语教师大都是语文老师兼职，所以专业的教师基本
没有，那么在英语教研上就会有一定难度。
四、研修方法和措施
1、认真学习英语工作坊推出的研修课程，做好笔记。
2、积极参加研修沙龙的研讨，汲取他人优秀的观点和看法，改正自己的不足。
3、阅读相关的专业书籍，提升自己的专业素养。
4、遇到问题不要逃避，在研修问题中提出来，在大家的意见中找到解决方法。
5、将在英语工作坊当中学到的理论知识运用到自己的实际教学当中，并反思自己的不足，积极改正。
五、预期研修成果
1、能够在平时的教学当中将自然拼读方法运用自如。
2、能够上一节纯粹的自然拼读课，并且可以取得比较好的效果。
3、将自己在英语工作坊中的学习资料，想法进行总结归纳，形成一篇具有实质意义的关于自然拼读的论文。
