First of all, the Internet has brought people great convenience in getting information, entertainment and contact with each other. As for our students, it is a useful tool when we meet problems. When we are tired, a piece of light music will help us relax. If we have free time, we can enjoy movies or interesting cartoons. What’s more, we can also watch live programs on the internet or see it later if we are not available at that time. But there is also bad influence. An excellent student flunked (考试不及格) because he could not concentrate on his study for being too indulged in computer games. The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents, which affects teenagers ' mental health. Many games involve violence, such as fighting and killing. When they enjoy the pleasure of success, a violent turn of mind is developed and rooted in them, which may induce future violent behaviour in their life. 一学期的教育教学工作又过去，回忆过去的工作，在学校工作的安排下、同事的支持与帮助以及本人的努力下，无论在思想方面、工作方面、教学方面都取得了显著的进步。
首先，在思想方面。
本人热爱祖国，拥护中国共-产-党的领导，时刻铭记党的教育方针、政策，严格要求自己，无论在校内校外或是在待人接物、言语行动等等方面，处处都以为人师表的形象立之。
为了祖国下一代的健康成长并成为对社会有用的人才, 甘愿做一名默默无闻的辛勤园叮其次，在教学方面。
本学期本人担任初一年级语文科目教学和初
一、二的习字教学工作。
为了教好语文，本人系统地认真研究了初中的语文教材和相关的练习，并买来一些语文工具书籍。
同时加强与其他语文老师的交流，认真研读他们的教案、教学心得。
经常抽空去听其他语文老师的课堂教学，并认真、详细地做好听课记录。
平时，本人还大量查阅有关语文教学方面的书籍、报刊、杂志，将一些
优秀的与本地区情况相近的论文摘录下来作为教学备用资料。
对于语文科组的各项活动，本人都认真积极地参与，并做好记录、整理。
在上每节课之前，本人尽可能从网上、报纸、书籍上搜集相关的资料，结合本校学生情况，认真备好课，设计好教案。
同时，针对课堂上学生的表现、反应在课后写好教学反思，总结每节课的成功与不足之处，以方便今后的教学。
总之，都是为了通过积累他人的经验和自己的教学体会，以提高自己的语文教学水平。
经过一系列的努力，在本学期的语文教学中也取得了明显的效果：
第一，学生对语文科目的兴趣有所提高。
本人在吸收他人经验及结合自己的理解和学生的实际情况的基础上，尽力改变以往的以教师讲解为主学生被动接受知识的填充式教学方法，按照新课程标准，在课堂上通过设计一些与学生实际相贴近的问题，以启发的教学方式去引导学生思考并回答问题。
在教学活动中尽量做到活跃课堂气氛，让学生装始终处于一种积极的主动的状态，在轻松的氛围中理解、接受知识。
并适当地及时地鼓励、表扬学生的表现，肯定他们的回答，让他们从回答问题中树立信心。
还通过设计一些难度较大的与现实有关的问题，让学生分组探讨。
这不但刺激他们的求知欲望，让他们在探讨的过程中掌握知识，完成教师的教学目标，而且还让他们从中体会到一种团队合作精神，集体的凝聚力，从而提高他们的主动性、创造性，增强了他们对语文这一学科的兴趣。
第二，学生的阅读理解能力有所提高。
学生的知识面相对狭窄，平时阅读书籍、报刊、杂志等较少，这就使学生的阅读理解能力较差。
针对这种情况，本人充分利用学校的现有书籍，有选择的向他们推荐一些书籍，延长他们的借书时间，尽力扩大他们的知识面，以提高他们阅读理解的能力。
而在课堂
上，注意设计一些简单的问题，让学生通过阅读后回答问题，并适当地引导，以提高他们的阅读理解能力。
经过一段时间的强化后，学生的知识面不但扩大了，而且阅读理解能力也大大提高了。
第三，学生口头表达能力有所提高。
本校的学生由于一些原因，口头表达能力较差。
为了提高学生口头表达能力，本人在课堂上，多注意让一些羞于开口的同学起来回答问题，先用一些简单的容易回答的问题，通过耐心引导其回答，并加以肯定、表扬，从中锻炼他们的胆量，树立他们的信心。
平时，还注意指定一些简短的文章给他们朗读，并且在班里举行一些朗读比赛，以提高他们的朗读能力，从而提高口头表达能力。
经过一段时间的锻炼，学生们口头表达能力有所提高，第四，学生写作能力有所提高。
为了提高学生的写作能力，本人在平时常布置一些简短的小作文，并在课堂上当场完成。
小作文的内容多是些学生比较熟悉的，学生写起来也容易。
在批改时充分肯定学生的闪光点，并且在班上公开表扬，让学生尝试到一点成就感，最终调动其写作的积极性。
增加了学生对写作的兴趣。
此外，本人还经常对学生进行书法指导等一些活动，全方位地提高学生的语文水平。
总之，本人自踏上教师这一岗位以来，爱岗敬业，一直在努力做好本人的本职工作，时刻不忘自己是一个为人师表的老师。
虽然经过努力取得一些进步，但在教学水平及经验上尚有很多的不足之处，仍须努力学习，从实际工作中提高自己的教学水平和工作能力。
