Topic: Clothes (fashion show)

Aim: Reinforcing vocabulary knowledge regarding different types of clothing. Recognize different types and colors of clothing visually. Using full sentences to

describe what a person is wearing.

Vocabulary: Shoes, socks, shorts, pants, shirt, sweater, jacket, hat and all colors Procedure:

✓Warm-up: Greeting and class rules. General questions to get learners to start talking.

✓Presentation:Drilling and reviewing vocabulary by using examples of clothing that I will bring myself. Ask questions about which learners are

wearing specific types and colours of clothing and eliciting a response.

Asking specific learners what they are wearing.

✓Practice: Fashion show. Learners (maybe parents) will get an opportunity to do a ‘catwalk’ in front of class. Learners will then respond by calling

out what each person is wearing.

✓Ending: Quick revision of vocabulary and greeting.
